Beautiful hotel, and my kids love the koi pond in the north hotel. Pickle ball is nice, although only two courts and no divider between them, so balls go in between games. The gym in South building is in the basement and pretty small, so it gets super crowded. Service at front desk is terrible though, constant long lines, sometimes only one person there. Check in was also late, almost 5 before we got into our room, so that's extremely frustrating, no early check in options, or late check out. Also there's no coffee shop in South building, so you have to talk to North to get Starbucks coffee. Be prepared for expensive $45/day parking too, and Rollaway beds also cost extra. Rooms are nice, but most neighbors with blasting music was annoying, kids running in hallways, and walls and ceiling above us are very thin, no sound proofing.

What’s wonderful about villas are the accommodations like home, plus the amenities and services of a resort. I loved having a fridge, washer, and dryer in my room. Having valet, towel services, and a tropical meditation garden made everything more relaxing. I went to the owner presentation and enjoyed meeting Zam and his manager. Westin has some beautiful locations that prioritize convenience and luxury. Ski in and out locations caught my eye. They’re perfect for families and people who want some independence but enjoy having service when they want it. I loved this location for the wonderful snorkeling. The coral reefs, turtles, and fish were epic. They handled the hurricane so well. Shout out to Ann and John at Pulehu for great service and offering lots of gf and df that weren’t on the menu. Pulehu stayed open throughout the hurricane and fed a lot of people! Justin at the towel place near the beach (see photo) was awesome and that spot has some quality items. The general store was like a boutique and had fun things, plus a coffee shop. Access to all the pools and a departure lounge was awesome! Thank you!
Spacious rooms with the resort located right by the beach. The property is well maintained and staff are very friendly and welcoming. This resort is perfect for families and you often see people participating in the resort activities during the day. If you're not keen to swim in the ocean, they have a few pools to go for a dip in. Definitely recommend.
Beautiful place. Pool side drinks are very expensive. Pools were great and hot tub was so hot ..... gorgeous location, amazing views. Rooms have kitchens, fridge , everything you need. Alot of large grilling areas to cook your own food outside. Busy place but not crowded at all. Very family oriented. Great clean place.
Overall wonderful resort. This is a vacation club, not a hotel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. I very much enjoy the full sized fridges and although we did not do any cooking this trip, the kitchen definitely comes in clutch esp if you have kids. The beach chairs on the sand and snorkels are all separate charges (several of the Marriot hotels on multiple islands include on or both of these features). But this isn’t too big of a deal as you can rent chairs or snorkels for the entire week. The actual beach here is awesome!! You can see whales during the whale season and there is some decent snorkeling right off the shore. Pool is great but would be nice if there was an adult only pool area. Also rooms are wonderful but showers could use some updating.
