The Ritz-carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach

Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this was the most satisfying. The only downside was that the breakfast tip wasn't optional, but a separate 20% pro tax.

The staff in the lobby here are still... I'd give the service at hotels on Oahu, Hawaii, five stars—the service at the entrances of hotels on the West Coast starting with "4" is extremely poor.

Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, the staff kindly explained the facilities in Japanese, which was very helpful. The private pool was also lovely. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it even had a kitchen and a washing machine with a dryer – truly comfortable amenities! I highly recommend it for long vacations! The location was also fantastic! You absolutely must experience that ocean view! You're sure to be impressed if you stay there!

The location and surroundings were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Attention to detail was evident throughout. The washing machine and dryer were provided with enough detergent for two loads per day, and a laundry bag was also available, making them very convenient to use. The bedside outlet was perfectly sized to accommodate my phone, portable charger, and Apple Watch – the most convenient outlet I've ever seen in a hotel. Watching Bohemian Rhapsody in the living room felt like being in a movie theater. The pool was also beautiful, and there was even a private VIP room, allowing for a truly elegant day within the hotel.
