Memorable place for my family. Good experience through the stay in the condominium like live locally than travel visit. Quiet and comfortable environment that you can enjoy the private space. Less housekeeping services, more self-service, so you need to order everytime you want helps and supplies, that makes me feel less convienient than before I stayed 10 yrs ago.
We really enjoyed our stay at Mauna Lani point. The condo we stayed at was spotless and gorgeous. It was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen at a rental. The view from the condo was unbelievable. The location is really nice and has a few shops and restaurants.
My adult sons and I loved staying at Mauna Lani Point. The location was close to key sites in the area and still felt very private. B106 had stunning views and was comfortable for our group. The beach and restaurant on the property were both excellent. The snorkeling was some of the best on the island. We went to dinner at the restaurant and we all agreed the food and service were excellent. We absolutely plan on returning.
This was the nicest condo we've stayed in at Mauna Lani Point and includes golf perks. We didn't use them this time, but we'll definitely take advantage of them next time. It was just too windy to enjoy playing golf, but there were so many other things that we didn't miss it. We highly recommend this condo!
We stayed at Mauna Lani Point over the New Year’s holiday, booking and paying a premium specifically for a two-bedroom Ocean View accommodation. Unfortunately, the unit provided did not accommodate us with an ocean view. Upon check in late in the evening, Maria informed us that their reservation team booked us incorrectly. The view was of the golf course, with no partial or obstructed ocean visibility. This was acknowledged on site, and while staff were polite, there were no Ocean View units available during our stay. What has been most disappointing is how this has been handled afterward. Resolution efforts have stretched on for weeks, responses were slow and inconsistent, and refund amounts were communicated, changed, and retracted multiple times. Ultimately, the refund offered did not reflect the true price difference paid during a peak holiday period. Most concerning, attempts to continue communication via email have now resulted in messages being blocked, which has made it impossible to resolve this directly with the property. This was an expensive, once-a-year family vacation, and while mistakes can happen, transparency, accountability, and follow-through, matter especially at this price point. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend confirming room categories in writing and being cautious when booking premium views here. Our room also had a broken shower handle, making it unable to adjust the temperature in the ensuite shower. This was communicated and unfortunately not repaired during our 5 night stay.
