Great place beautiful outside, and inside. Amazing views and very quiet. Perfect for relaxing and resting. However, my villa’s balcony was flooded for very long time before I got there. There was leak on the third floor and they only stopped one week after I got there and mold was starting to show in the corner. Furthermore, while inside is great and clean unfortunately bedroom smelled like urine. It was unbearable and it crept my family up all nights. Felt sick from it. Shame I really liked the place.

Stayed in a villa on the golf course ! 17p7 was our villa! The location is amazing, the size and the amenities are perfect! Great kitchen, comfortable beds and clean clean villa overall ! Very close to the beach maybe 10 minute walk but we all need to get our steps in. In the morning when you wake up to the sounds of birds and quiet nature it’s amazing ! And the view from the lanai is perfect! Recommended to all !
Unless you want to have to drive to the beach, go to bed early, have no where but your lanai to sit. This is not the place. I also had a cockroach in my room. Outdated, poorly cleaned, no amenities, small pool, no hot tub. Just a pretty view. They will call security if you sit on your balcony and talk past 10 pm. And this was not disclosed until the night before we landed. Our 4 villas were also driving distance from each other even though I booked this in April of 2024. $13,000.00 for 5 nights
Nice location, good views. 2 room suite has plenty of room for 4. Easy access to beach(just a few minute walk). The Downside was that some of the furniture was dated (well worn), and in our suite, we had roaches, and we think termites (cleaned area on countertop 3 times to have what look like wood dust return). Only have of air conditioning worked, so one room cool, rest pretty hot. Would have loved to give it more stars, but for price we paid, expected a lot more.
