I stayed at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, and it's still the hotel we measure every other stay against. Before we arrived I asked the team to help me put together a small surprise for Claudia. They took a simple request and turned it into something genuinely thoughtful and personal. What stayed with us wasn't the champagne or the chocolates, it was the feeling that someone understood why it mattered and carried that through the whole stay. Konrad left us such a thoughtful note while we were there, one of those personal touches you don't forget. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

This an absolutely stunning resort from the first steps through the lobby, the grand stairwell and fountain down by the pool, and the wonderful beach.
There are several find dining restaurants on the property, including Spago, and a place called Ferraro‘s for Italian overlooking the ocean and sunset.
I was really impressed by the fitness center on the lower level. It looks towards the pool area from all the cardio equipment. They have a dumbbell rack to 75 pounds and a full power rack. They also have some different types of Technogym equipment that they keep out on a grass lawn area to do outdoor workouts or TRX.
Reusable water bottles were provided and there are filling stations throughout the property.
Really good luxury resort. The staff is super friendly and shout out to “Maya” from concierge for being super helpful with everything.
We had a lovely time here, plenty of good food options on site plus nearby the resort.
The new spa facility was great only shame was we couldn’t use the padel tennis area as it was still under construction. But hopefully by next time we are there it’s all set and ready to use.
The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless—warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. The property is absolutely stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the ocean views are breathtaking. Every detail feels thoughtfully executed, from the rooms and pools to the dining and overall atmosphere. The staff consistently went above and beyond and made our stay feel incredibly special. This is luxury hospitality at its finest and easily one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to return to Maui and stay here again!
I attended a friend’s wedding at the Four Seasons Resort Maui, and the property was absolutely beautiful. The resort was elegant, the ocean views made a gorgeous backdrop for the wedding, and the beach access was wonderful. However, I was disappointed that wedding attendees who weren’t staying at the resort weren’t allowed to order drinks at the bars or use the beach chairs, even though the resort didn’t appear particularly busy. I understood that some amenities would be reserved for overnight guests, but the restrictions made it difficult to spend time with the bride and others staying there. For such a special occasion, I wish wedding guests had been made to feel a little more welcome.
