Our first night was kinda rough we discovered the shower didnt drain at all & the TV didnt work. We were fortunate to have Anderson help us out with getting a new room the next day he made sure we had the best accommodations during our week stay. They have a nice pool & lounge area thats sunny during the morning-afternoon then gets great shade later in the day. The valet guys are also the best they were quick & very friendly! The only downside is that the elevators are kinda slow, one of the three wasn't working so it took a while to get to any floor but understandable during check in. The location is great about a 10-15 min walk to the beach & great places nearby to eat. Overall a great stay!
We recently spent a week at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach was within easy walking distance, which allowed us to enjoy the area while staying somewhere much more affordable than many of the beachfront hotels. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Alana - Waikiki Beach during a recent trip and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. Upon check-in, the staff greeted us warmly and handed over their famous, warm chocolate chip cookies, which is always a fantastic way to start a stay. The hotel features a stylish, modern lobby and a nice outdoor pool area that feels like a quiet retreat from the busy streets outside. The rooms are clean and comfortable, boasting private balconies with decent views of the surrounding city. My only minor complaint is that the property sits about a ten-minute walk away from the actual beachfront, so it takes a little extra effort when you want to head down to the sand and surf.
Recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Waikiki and had a very nice experience. Great location for its price point. Nice amenities, clean room, and very attentive and efficient staff. We wanted to get our coffee maker replaced and it was done in short order ( already replaced when we returned to our room). Also, Doubletree cookies... they'll give you as much as you want :)
Attended for work, rooms were very clean. The valet are really nice along with all of the staff of the hotel. It’s located in a very good location to walk to the nearby beaches, mall, and Waikiki strip.
