Ac Hotel By Marriott Maui Wailea

We had a wonderful stay here in Wailea and would happily come back. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were immediately offered a drink, received a beautiful Hawaiian lei necklace, and were even given a complimentary room upgrade. A fantastic welcome after a long journey! The resort has a beautiful location with amazing views, a great swimming pool and a very good breakfast. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. It is also a great base for exploring Maui. We used the hotel as our starting point for exploring the island, including the Road to Hana and Haleakalā. We really enjoyed our time here. The combination of the beautiful location, views, facilities and especially the warm and friendly staff made this a memorable stay. **Highly recommended. We would definitely come back!**

In my opinion, this is the best Marriott property on the island! I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, and this one continues to be one of my absolute favourites—but Tisha is truly what makes the experience so special. Tisha is absolutely amazing. Her service is outstanding, and she is always so kind, warm, welcoming, and accommodating. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of. Her positive attitude and attention to detail never go unnoticed, and every interaction with her makes our stay even better. It’s rare to come across someone who is so naturally wonderful at what they do. Tisha is professional, thoughtful, and an incredible representative of Marriott. She makes guests feel valued and turns a great hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. She is a huge reason why I will always continue coming back to this property!

Booked a week stay here for a honeymoon. Paid extra for a water view room. Only ended up staying one night because they forced us to. The room was very misleading as only the balcony had a water view. The staff made no effort to make my wife and I feel special for the occasion. In fact, the staff was less than helpful to put it nicely when we voiced our concerns and asked to be moved or refunded. We had only been checked in for less than an hour and they would not budge. Not a great way to start a honeymoon. Would not recommend this place for any stay. Also, the $30 per person breakfast buffet is essentially the same as any ordinary hotel continental breakfast except those are usually included in the booking.

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Wailea. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and all of the modern amenities throughout the property felt fresh and well-maintained. The swimming pool area was another major highlight—beautiful, relaxing, and very clean.Our only minor critique is that we wish the property had a proper, full-service restaurant on-site for more dining variety.What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was LJ at the front desk. From his warm welcome at check-in to his greetings every time we passed by, he made us feel incredibly valued. LJ went above and beyond throughout our entire stay until the moment we checked out, helping us with every need and answering all of our questions about local spots around town. His kindness and helpfulness made our trip so much more pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel!
