One of the best hotels we've stayed in. We had a one bedroom suite overlooking the water. The room was spacious and very clean

Absolutely amazing experience. We arrived very early on Monday and we're informed that our room was ready. Also organised a late checkout. So close to amenities - shopping, cafes, restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend.... Also our room had a spa!!

This was a lovely place for my short stay in Napier and well situated. The room was quiet, quite spacious with a jacuzzi tub, plus the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Suggest adding sheer curtains for greater privacy while still providing light, Place a liquid soap dispenser by bathtub and sink, needed to take from the shower

Absolutely loved this hotel. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area. We will recommend it to anyone travelling to Napier as well as encouraging our travel consultant to make this her go to recommendation. The room was outstanding. Clean, bright, great view over the bay and spacious. It was very quiet and peaceful. Had the best sleeps ever. The staff were exceptional. Perez greeted us with a warm welcome and was so helpful suggesting what we should do, eat and see during our visit. Clinton made sure we found the facilities we needed and I am so sorry we didn't get the name if the lovely lady who chatted to us on check out, but thank you to them. The housekeeping staff did a lovely job of making our room newly freshened when we returned each day.

Comfortable, excellent stay ,close to the beach and safe swimming with surf lifesavers right there where you swim ,flat water edge! Plenty of top cafes and restaurants and fish & chips, the fish an chips from the Dutchman takeaways was the best I've had in a long time !! I went to the thirsty whale for dinner, was delicious with water front views. I highly recommend the Crown Hotel 💯🏆
