Easy to find and fast SIM card pickup and setup at the airport arrival hall. The ordered SIM card was working on the spot with the data and call minutes allowance.

Very helpful, thanks miss Ngo Linh for supporting. Sim card very fast speed. Exchange money here have good rate as well.

I booked online and it was very easy to redeem at the airport. The counter is simple to find. Staff activated the sim on my phone right away and explained everything. Internet was good speed, no problem at all.

Thanks for Ms Emily. She is so helpful to set up simcard for us. It's so easy to find this counter after getting our lugguage.

This counter saved me so much time. After landing, I was able to get a local SIM with fast internet, exchange USD at a very decent rate, and even book a car to my hotel in central Hanoi — all at one spot. No need to go looking around the terminal or negotiating with drivers. Everything was transparent, well explained, and done with a smile. The staff even gave me a map and suggested a few places to eat near my hotel. This kind of all-in-one service is rare at airports, and it made my arrival in Vietnam so much easier. Definitely worth stopping by.

I purchased a 15-day SIM card, and the airport pickup process was exactly as described. I easily found the counter, and the process began as soon as I showed the staff my booking.I used the SIM across multiple cities — Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City — and had no issues with data connectivity.

Staff are friendly and helpful, easy tofind spot. Credit goes to HAU!! Can be easily booked on Agoda and other travelling apps, quick to validated, esim available

The internet worked flawlessly throughout my trip — fast loading speeds and very affordable. After exiting the airport, I easily found the counter located in the center of the arrival hall. The staff quickly helped me change the SIM card. Just a quick tip: make sure to keep your original SIM card in a safe place!

My was helpful and service was fast, experience is good, difficult to find store but found just under the escalator. Better book sim priorly.

Excellent service! Mr. Khanh assisted us with the SIM card installation, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The setup was quick, and the SIM was ready to use in no time. The 15-day plan offered great value for money, with a very reasonable price compared to other options. Mr. Khanh was friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was working perfectly before we left. Highly recommend this service for anyone needing a short-term SIM card. It’s convenient, affordable, and backed by great customer support. Overall, a seamless experience that made our trip much easier and more connected. Thank you, Mr. Khanh!

Mr. Khanh helped swiftly with all the set up, he is very kind and helpful. Once you meet him you dont have to worry about anything related to setting up the new sim card
