I had an absolutely amazing experience with SST Travels Vietnam (connected via Klook) while booking my 2-day, 1-night cruise, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. What I especially appreciated was how warm and helpful Quyen was throughout the months of planning. She was always happy to point me in the right direction and share helpful suggestions even when I had questions beyond the cruise itself. That personal touch made the whole experience feel so much more genuine and reassuring. Quyen is truly an asset to SST Travels, and I hope the company knows just how valuable an agent like her is. It was an amazing honeymoon in Vietnam that exceeded expectations. Everything went smoothly thanks to Alice and the helpful team, including Ivy our attendant. The service was wonderful, and the food was excellent. Also, thanks for the special arrangements that was done. We were extremely happy.

Although our initial booking for Alisa Cruise was fully booked, she quickly sourced a great alternative, L’amour Cruise, which turned out to be a wonderful experience for our family. She also thoughtfully suggested an additional bed for our kids and ensured all bookings and transportation were well coordinated. Everything is good Right from start to end

It was great, must-try. SST travels is the best. They communicated well in advance for the pickup and drop and also provided luxury limousine vans for travel to and fro from Hanoi-Halong Bay-Hanoi.

I have very good experience with Oriental cruise for Halong Bay trip. My length of visit was for 1N 2D. The tour guide Mr. Bin guided us and managed the whole tour in very good way. Also, less crowd in the cruise make the atmosphere more attractive. Considering the admission fee compared to other cruises, I recommended Oriental Cruise every one.

Aaron has arranged for us to stay on Catherine Cruise which is a nice cruise offering comfortable stay and nice food. We have enjoyed our trip and the relaxing time on the cruise. The most exciting moment was the fine dining during which the restaurant celebrated birthdays, anniversary and honey moons for a few couples. The song and the music were great and we are impressed by the decoration, cake and pops prepared by the restaurant.

We initially booked the Hermes Cruise through EZ Travel, but later the supplier contacted us via WhatsApp to inform us that it was fully booked and suggested switching to another cruise. We would like to thank Aaron from SST Travel for recommending the Calista Cruise. The ship was very new, with great facilities and good food. The staff were young, friendly, and attentive, and the cave tour explanations were very professional. Aaron was proactive and helpful throughout the process, and he also reminded us of the schedule in advance, which made us feel reassured. Overall, however, we were very satisfied with this Ha Long Bay cruise experience. We also feel that Vietnam is a country well worth exploring and traveling in.

Beautiful beach with clear water and soft sand. A great place to relax and enjoy the view. Aaron was super friendly and helpful! He made our stay really comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time on the cruise with Starlight. Dolphin was amazing. The room was spacious and clean and the food was great and we were never left hungry. We started by going to Sung Sot Cave with our tour guide. From here we went to Titop Island where we hiked and went for a swim on the beach. In the evening we went Squid Fishing and enjoyed dinner followed by karaoke with our new friends. Early the next morning we had the option to do Thai Chi and then went kayaking around the caves. Would 100% recommend

The scenery is beautiful, and the boat is fully equipped. Please remember to bring your swim gear, as there is a beach available for use

The travel agency arranged it very well. My questions were answered very quickly. The cruise experience was very good, although the cruise ship is not very new, but I can accept the level of cleanliness, the crew is also very friendly and the food was good. The cruise in the website photo is different from the actual cruise we took.

Guide (Dolphin) was professional and friendly, he also ensured that everyone has a pleasant and comfortable journey throughout the journey. He is very responsive and responsible as well!

I had an amazing experience with Star Light tour in Ha Long Bay! The boat was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The scenery was breathtaking — crystal-clear water, stunning limestone islands, and beautiful sunsets. The tour was well-organized, with a perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation. I especially loved the kayaking and the delicious seafood meals on board. I highly recommend Star Light for anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. It was truly unforgettable!

Booked tour for Alina cruise but, unfortunately it was not available. Was dissapointed to say the least but, Thanks to Mie for accomodating us on a desired room with Aspira cruise. Had a seamless experience with the cruise and experienced luxury like never before.

From start to finish, the trip was packed with fun activities like squid fishing, hiking through breathtaking caves, kayaking, and even a spring roll-making session that brought everyone together for some hands-on fun. We had a memorable trip in Ha long bay and I really want to thank the organizers for bringing us such nice experiences!! Mikey contacted us two days in advance on WeChat and very patient in answering any question we have throughout the whole trip😊 Then the bus driver picked us up at our hotel and the bus itself is quite large and comfortable to take. Arriving at the hotel, the cruise manager Jin welcomes us warmly, he is quite humorous and nice to get along with!! We had good meals all the time, with buffet, brunch and simple breakfast 😋 What’s important, we enjoyed the sceneries of Ha long bay and visited a lot of places when landing, like cave, island and have a relaxing boat journey!! In the morning of the second day, we did Taiji with some friends and breathe the fresh air! Forgot to mention, the room we have on the cruise is quite large and beautiful, anytime we can enjoy the sea on our balcony😉 Thanks so much for this nice experience and the good service especially during the new year holiday!! Great tour with the tour guide, Tony and the cruise team. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly on this trip and we had a lot of fun. It was relaxing and the facilities are sufficient for us. We went to all the places we wanted to go - the scenery looked like it came out from paintings super beautiful. The itinerary and duration of the trip was perfect for us to enjoy the views of Halong bay. It was not too rush and kept at a good pace. Also, the food is super great here. Will come back soon. I boarded the Atheana. Among the many islands, Hero Island is relatively ordinary, but it’s definitely worth a visit for swimming enthusiasts. My favorite was Wonder Island, with its clear and well-planned layout, making it easy to grasp the terrain at a glance. It’s absolutely worth seeing! Additionally, the highlight of the two-day, one-night trip was the food and drinks on the ship. The arrangements were both luxurious and plentiful, with multiple meals provided. The guides and crew on board really know how to create a lively atmosphere, making it an especially great choice for family trips!
