Everything was arranged beautifully, and the entire trip was very well organised. The experience was smooth, easy, and completely hassle-free. Our tour guide, Tam, was extremely helpful, supportive, and always there to assist us whenever needed. The whole trip was stress-free, relaxing, and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how comfortable and well taken care of everything was. I would highly recommend this tour, particularly for solo travellers, as everything is so well organised that you can simply relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about a thing!

What an amazing experience. Halong Bay ought to be one of the world’s Natural Wonders. Cabin was excellent, meals superb, additional activities off the boat were brilliant and the karaoke at night was fun. Just a fantastic experience. I fully recommend this provider.

Food was ok, ship was old and Cockroaches everywhere. The whole experience was just a tourist trap. They try to sell stuff to u the whole time from stopping for a bathroom break at a silk warehouse and having u sit in a room with a high pressure salesman to actually removing any sort of drinks on the ship’s lunch tables so u buy their drinks in American prices because food is included but drinks are not. At the end they even put envelopes in front of u trying to get u to tip them. So basically just give give give please🥲

This tour went far beyond our expectations. Bang, the tour guide is a very friendly, happy and very knowledgeable guide, always happy to help, clear instructions and had fun with everyone in the group. The trip to Ha Long Bay was unbelievable, really nice chilled out pace right the way through. Visiting Ti Top and Surprising Cave were great places to stop. Plenty of activities too, like karaoke and squid fishing, t’ai chi. Food onboard was very nice, all staff friendly and drinks were lovely, the 3 for 2 on cocktails was good too. I’d have no hesitation to recommend this to anyone.

We had a lovely time spending a night on Ha Long Bay with Cozy Bay Cruise. The boat was beautiful and the tour guide and crew were great. Bang was funny and super knowledgeable, answering any questions we had.

Very good value for money, all staff, food, rooms clean . Food outstanding, the tour guide “ Bang” was very informative, patient and a good sense of humour. Entertainment whilst on board was also amazing . We sang on karaoke for hours and even had a dance, to work off our delicious food. Will be recommending this trip to family and friends when I get back to Liverpool England. X

What an amazing 24 hours the cruise on cozy has been the food has been outstanding for staff amazing and our two guide bang has been exceptional. is so much to see and do in how long Bay I wished we stayed longer. we really enjoyed our karaoke and fishing. Did I mention how wonderful the food was only downfall? Was drinks are in US dollars and expensiv price, thank you

A overnight tour of Ha Long Bay feels like a good balance of time spent and overall cost, versus a day trip for what you get to see and do. Tam was our tour guide who was excellent. Providing lots of information and things to do. As well as the staff onboard.

Great experience with an amazing guide! The rooms on the ship were good with very comfy beds. The activities included were well organised and a good length of time. Titop island was very busy so be prepared but our guide Tam gave us lots of advice so we knew were to go and what to do. All the staff on board were super friendly and helpful. The lunches were buffet style with good variety. The dinner is a set menu so if you have and requirements or preferences best to let your guide know upfront. Overall an amazing trip definitely recommend
