A little boring. Definitely unique but doesn’t need to be high in your “must see” list. It was inside and air conditioned. Performers were good. Concept is cheesy.

We booked an 11-day private tour in Vietnam with Horizon Vietnam Travel, covering Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An and Hanoi. The ticketing organisation was a mess. We arrived early and queued only to be told to come back 5 minutes before the performance was due to start. Thankfully we arrived 15 minutes beforehand to collect VIP tickets (basically front rows closest to the stage) and there were no tickets. Long story short - we ended up with the best seats in the house (front row) but the process could hardly be described as smooth or stress free! Viator was better than attempting to buy via the theatre website which was basically a request for tickets via email!

Very beautiful experience! The evening was splendid and you could see the moon, the atmosphere was engaging! I would recommend this experience! 🤩

Anyone who has not seen a water puppet show before absolutely must see it. Despite a duration of just under an hour, the whole performance was very entertaining. To the left and right of the water stage, traditional instruments are played and the play is also accompanied by singing. The audio guide was helpful, but you shouldn't expect too much from it. The actual puppet show is incomparable and really very well done.

We have traveled Vietnam from North to South with Horizon Vietnam. Their drivers and guides have been very professional and have made us very enjoy the trip. I want to mention that our stay coincided with the start of the war in Iran and our return ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Barcelona was cancelled. From Horizon they helped us at all times by booking a hotel in Hanoi for another week (until the flight we got to return) as well as plane tickets from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and drivers for the trips to and from the airport and all without raising prices. They made us feel accompanied in very difficult moments.

Initially very undecided in relying on a local agency known through social media for a 14 ntt Vietnam and Cambodia tour, it was my first experience of this kind. Traveling as a couple we had the opportunity as far as possible to make the tour sometimes a little more flexible and to have the right intimacy to get to know even more deeply the guides (Italian speaking guide and driver) with anecdotes, confidences about their working and personal life. First trip organized by an agency. I would say very comfortable and relaxing. Great clean hotels and good breakfasts. We just got back from a Laos-Thailand tour. This is not the first time we have used Horizon, last year we were in Vietnam and Cambodia. Also this year they did not disappoint our expectations.
