Dao was such a sweet and lovely guide. Very friendly and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this trip to my friends
Ly was a great guide friendly and informative. Hotel was great but the bus was not good, sleeper bus but not for people who are 6ft the bed is about 5 and half foot so very very cramped
Amazing Tour, beautiful scenery, people were so nice and food was very good (also for me as a veggie). Our tour guide Ly was very caring, knows a lot about the area and i liked meeting her!
Zizi was a great tour guide. She has shared historical, cultural, and fun information with our group. She was fun to be with and was able to connect with each of us. I highly recommend her to those who will be taking the Sapa Tour.
VU was amazing 🔥highly recommend the tour 🤙🏼great hike through the rice fields and great lunch with beer 100+++++++
Beautiful experience with beautiful people, guided by the talented DAO , who explained to us the history of this place. Thank you
The guide Pang was lovely and she made our experience amazing even though we were unlucky with the weather. She helped us understand the culture, traditions and all details about the region and its people. She was super patient and helpful. We are super thankful for her, she was the reason we loved the experience. The bus did get delayed from Hanoi and we didn't have time to do the cooking class on the first day.
Really good Trek with our guide Dao ! Just bring good shoes for trekking !!! But unforgettable anyway ! (This activity cannot be done by older people, my grandma can’t do one of the trek, because of the difficulty)
Zizi was amazing! She’s so friendly. She was so kind to us and showed us all the places around. Loved the whole experience. Highly recommend her to everyone
One of the best experience with our tour guide Zi. She’s the most sweetest person who helped us have a great time. Definitely coming back to Sapa again.
We had a wonderful time at sapa and fansipan trekking with our travel guide Zizi. She was so patient and took all the effort to make sure our two days in sapa was enjoyable.
Zi was such a delight! She met us at the bus stop with a big smile and even helped me with my suitcase when she noticed I was walking a little slow such a kind gesture. Throughout the trip, she was cheerful, easy to talk to, and genuinely fun to be around. She took us to Cat Cat Village and the next day to Frangipani, and honestly, she felt more like a friend than just a guide. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even spent extra time with us beyond her usual duties. Super hardworking and warm-hearted we were so lucky to have her with us!
Zi has been such an amazing guide! She has helped us see some really great spots and is very very kind. I’d recommend her 10/10. She comes with deep knowledge about Vietnam and is a fantastic trip guide.
Zi was my trip guide and she was amazing! So kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She’s great with her language and passionate about what she does. Zi made my Sapa experience so good!
Ly The tour guide is very nice. Very accommodating and courteous. Always smiling 🥰 we had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the tour. Thank you😘
Very nice tourist guide. Kind and knowledgable. Speaks english well. She also helps us with all our question not included in the tour
For our trip the start time was 6:20 am and the bus ride was a 7:30 hour drive instead of 6 hour. The The driver was sketchy and picked up random people and dropped them off at random points and was very slow on the road. The driver had us stop for 2 brakes and for the first brake said 15 minutes but was out for 30 and the second he did not give us how long the brake was. Once we actually got to SaPa Vally it was a great experience with good hikes, great views and good food. We loved our guides and have a lot of great photos of the countryside and of the accommodations. The final item was when we got scammed when we got off. The bus driver had multiple taxis waiting for us and it cost us 250k for a 7 minute ride (usually 70k ish). The taxies pretended to be part of the tour and then scammed us. Huong from the SaPa tour is very good and I would love to go again but never use SaPa explore travel to get there as it is a very bad experience with a scam at the end.
We loved every part of the trip. Should have two nights instead of one. Our trekking guide was wonderful. Our only issue was with the bus driver on the way there, he drove so slow that Our 6hr drive ended up being 8hrs with only one toilet stop after 5hrs. Thankfully we had a better driver on the way back.
Our tour guide Zizi is amazing! She took beautiful pictures of us and she is fluent in English. She has the right amount of energy and gives you privacy and time when you need it.
It was a fun & memorable trip with friends. Our guide is amazing. Very thoughtful & friendly & always give us tips on buying & what to do.
Zizi took very good care of us and made sure we are always comfortable and that we maximize our tour by being on time and giving us tips on what best to experience and where best to shop.
The trip was so so amazing! Our tour guide Pam is the most attentive kind and fun person who showed us around and made sure our needs are met. Had an amazing experience trekking in Sapa. We had Dao as our tour guide, Dao was very kind and experienced. I was able to the enjoy the experience with Dao around.
We had an amazing experience exploring Sapa with Zizi as our guide. From start to finish, she is incredibly accommodating, making sure the tour matched our pace and interests. She shared fascinating insights about the local culture, history, and landscapes, and even introduced us to hidden spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Her friendly and genuine personality made the journey even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Overall, it was a truly memorable trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!
I can't recommend this travel company. The tour guide was a really lovely person and the villagers were helpful and kind but I think the information on this page is misleading. The trek itself is very dangerous and slippery - two of my group fell onto rocks the second day and the conditions of the path were poor. In some stretches I felt unsafe. The guides also ask you to review the tour infront of them so the 5 stars can be misleading. This company has the same exact tour listed on another page here: https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductReview-g293924-d16840399-or30-Sapa_2_Days_1_Night_From_Hanoi_Overnight_in_Ta_Van_Village-Hanoi.html This is helpful to see more balanced reviews compared to this page.
The views and sites were amazing. Sapa is nice town to visit. Zi zi was our tour guide, she was so helpful, friendly and nice.
Zizi made our Sapa trip fun and memorable. She was very accommodating and entertaining. It was so easy talking to her because she speaks English greatly. She was very jolly and we enjoyed her company. I recommend her services. Will definitely want to have her as a guide again if we ever come back to Sapa.
Our tour guide “Zi” in Sapa was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She provided deep insights into the local culture and landscapes, made our short trip enjoyable, Her passion and attentiveness made the tour truly memorable. Highly recommended!
It was great! All according to expected. Real and enjoyable. Our guide helped us understand their culture.
We had the best two days with Chang! She was super personable and shared lots of information, stories, and laughs along the way. Although we only had 1 day of good weather, it was a trip that we will remember for a long time! I would highly recommend this tour, just make sure you come prepared for the mud and bugs.
Ms.Khu Guided us to the this wonderful 2 days trekking tour through several villages in Sapa. She speaks frequent English, no communication failure. If you choose “natural way”,that would be an exciting experience to you.
The trip was well organised, the guide Vu was great at her job, very careing, supportive, attentive. She showed us best views, gave time to enjoy and take pictures, told a lot about history and culture of the region.
Zizi is our tourguide, we highly recommend her. She is the best tourguide we have so far. She take care of us very well. Many thanks Zia, untill next....
Our tour guide khu was very helpful and interactive with us during our tour at sapa. We really appreciate her effort and support.
Despite a very cloudy day where visibility was poor, the explanations about Sapa and its people was very clearly given by our tour guide Ms. Zi while trekking up and down the stairs. It was very tiresome but the experience was really great.
Very nicely organized. Vu was an outstanding guide. She shared lots of information about her culture and the area. The accommodations were great as well. The heating blanket was much appreciated after trekking in the rain.

Cat was a fantastic local guide! I would recommend cats tour if you want to experience sapa and the surrounding villages’ landscape and culture with a knowledgeable guide.
ZiZi is adorable, informative, and fun! I did two days of trekking with her and it was great. I would do it again. It is so great to have a local guide.
Zizi was an excellent tour guide. She told us many stories regarding the Vietnamese custom and daily life. We enjoyed two days tour in Sapa very much.
Had a great time during my visit to Sapa. The cool weather is very refreshing. Our tour guide, Cat, is also very informative and fun. This is a must try activity when you go to Vietnam.
Our tourguide Kho was really nice, she explained a lot about her culture and habits. Despite the rainy weather we had a great time and it even got more adventoures.
We had an unforgettable experience during our stay in Sapa, Vietnam. The scenery was absolutely stunning, with countless breathtaking views that left us in awe. We’re extremely grateful to our tourist agency, especially Mr. Son, for ensuring our trip was smooth and enjoyable. He meticulously organized every detail, making our journey stress-free. A huge shoutout to our tour guide, Zi Zi. She is the best guide we’ve ever had! Her lively personality and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout the tour. Our family recently enjoyed an unforgettable trip from Hanoi to Sapa. Spanning ages from 14 to over 80, our family found the journey both accessible and enriching. Vu's meticulous planning ensured that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning landscapes of the rice terraces. Her knowledge and enthusiasm brought the region's unique beauty and culture to life, making the walk through the terraces a memorable experience. The breathtaking views, combined with Vu's guidance, made this trip a highlight for our family vacation in North Vietnam. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys walking and exploring unique landscapes. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or new to adventure, this trip offers something special for everyone.
