From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our tour such a wonderful experience! Your knowledge, kindness, and professionalism truly made our trip unforgettable.
We had a wonderful time visiting the Incense Village with our amazing guide, Andrew! He was very accommodating and shared great insights about the incense-making process, making the experience even more meaningful. We truly appreciated his warmth and enthusiasm — he even became our photographer, capturing lovely moments along the way! Overall, it was such an enjoyable and memorable activity. Highly recommended!
We had so much fun during the tour. Our tour guide, Zack is very accommodating and patient. He also recommended some nice restaurants, coffee shops and places to go. He’s really nice and made sure we are comfortable all the time.
Recommended for future tour . Nice experience especially having our tourist guide , Andrew . Best tourist guide .looking forward to have a next trip with Andrew 👍
Cane is a very good tour guide! Young but knowledgeable..we will recommend your company and also Cane to our relatives & friends who will visit hanoi
We had a wonderful experience on this unique and relaxing one-day excursion that took us to two fantastic locations. We began our day at the Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, where we learned about the incense manufacturing process and took photos of the vibrant displays of incense sticks. We then traveled to Ninh Binh for a boat ride at Trang An, which lasted 2-3 hours depending on the chosen route. After the boat ride, we enjoyed a delicious buffet-style lunch and made a stop at Hoa Lu. Our tour guide, Martin, was very energetic, knowledgeable, and overall excellent! The trip was exactly as advertised, and I highly recommend it!
Awesome experience! We had a wonderful guide, Lucas who was very friendly and shared so much about Vietnamese culture. We loved having the private tour (well worth it). The places we visited were full of beauty and history. Highly Recommend!
A lovely 'instagrammable' experience. A tiny village but worth just for the pics. Our guide and drive were lovely as well.
The trip was excellent. really had a great time. Had a great time in the bamboo boat ride. Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable about Vietnam history, he is friendly and well organized. The driver Mr. Ten is also helpful, and Prepare the umbrella to us.
The view are amazing and the tour guide : tommy help us take many beautiful picture, our family had a good memory. Thank you 感謝導遊Tommy 的幫忙與講解,讓我們有個美好回憶跟漂亮的照片,對越南的歷史又更了解,謝謝
My parents and I went on a day trip with our guide Tommy. It was an amazing experience. Mom and Dad like this trip very much. The guide was friendly and took good care of us. He speak English very well. He was calm and gave good advice throughout the trip. We travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned van.
Our tour guide Tom was amazing. He took wonderful pictures for us! He is so knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vietnam and his English is perfect. We really enjoyed the tour and the views along the way. The weather was pretty hot but overally it was worth it! We prefered to eat some seafood for lunch so Tom ordered really delicious dishes that fueled us for the rest of the day! Highly recommend! Thank you for this experience and hopefully we meet again!~~~
Fully satisfied with this trip! I chose this trip because I have to come back just in few days. I really recommend this trip to people who just stay few days in Hanoi!😊
The tour was a great experience. Our guide, Bang, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing, if you go in July -August it’s very hot and humid which makes it exhausting. Would recommend.
Very good experience to know vietnam culture and history. Our guide Bruno was excellent , helpful and friendly. Thank you for the day tour!
We are a group of 4 couples and we had a great time on the Incense Village and Train Street tour. The vibrant colors of the Incense Village made for an incredible photo shoot, even in the hot weather. Train Street was thrilling, especially enjoying egg coffee as the train passed so close. Our guide, Louisa, made the experience even better with her fun personality and amazing photography skills. Highly recommended!
I went to the Incense Village-Ninh Binh tour with Crossing Vietnam tour after booking them through the Klook app. It was a lovely day, mainly thanks to our guide Tommy Nguyen. Tommy is an engaging young man who has a lot of passion for his job. He was a great conversationalist who kept us interested throughout the tour. Incense Village is a superb place if you're looking for Instagram-worthy pics. Because of Tommy, we were able to go farther toward the rice fields and duck ponds, allowing us to see Phu Cau in much more depth. Trang An and Hoa Lu were similarly mesmerizing. We got to experience the culture of Vietnam and learn its history. In Trang An, the boat ride lasted as long as possible, as we were taken to four different caves and saw breathtaking natural sights. Crossing Vietnam arranged our meal for us, which accommodated our Halal diet. Overall, it was a perfect trip and once again thanks to Tommy, as well as our driver Mr. Tien, and Daphne our point of contact for making it such a lovely day to remember.
Our tour guide Tom was very polite and helpful. He knows English well so communication was easy. He gave us our own time to explore all the places. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Hanoi!
the tour guide (Mr.Tammy) very nice and helpful!!! recommended!!! He was very nice in organizing and supporting. Also well explained in Vietnam history which good for us and foreigners to know that!
We did an early morning tour to the incense village with our guide Bruno (Minh). It was Amazing! Bruno is a top bloke and very helpful with lots of local recommendations! He is also an Excellent photographer ;) Would definitely recommend this tour, especially early in the morning before it is busy. Really interesting to see the process of making incense and such a beautiful display for making photos. Thanks heaps Bruno!!!
The stop at Train Street was great and brilliantly managed by our guide Rachel so we were there in time for the train, which was an amazing experience. The tour of the incense village was interesting and we got some fun photos but the journey was quite long. Rachel’s English was excellent and she had a good sense of humour, making her the perfect guide.
Beautiful trip. Most intense half a day ever. The incense village is sooo interesting, it was a real surprise for us because we didn’t know what to expect. Cherry on the cake we were lucky enough to go there with Haley, a young tour guide traveling the world with the tourism industry that speaks (at least) Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian and a bit of Sardinian! (The latter is lovely if you’re from the island like me :))
Eric is a every good tour guide, he shows us everything about the way to make incense and then the history of Ninh Binh too. Recommended the tour.
We had an amazing time. You can take lots of nice photos at the incense village. The boat ride in Tam Coc was relaxing and made us feel at ease. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting stories of each destination.
Dan was an exceptional guide on our trip to Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. With his deep knowledge, he immersed us in the history of the region as we explored temples in Hoa Lu and sailed through the stunning landscapes of Tam Coc. His attention to detail ensured a worry-free experience. In summary, Dan made our trip educational and memorable.
Andy was our guide and he was a very caring and knowledgeable guide all throughout the trip. Our entire family was well taken care of by Andy, especially my aged mother who had difficulty getting up and down the bus, but Andy was there to help. We appreciated this so much. In addition, he kept us captivated with his interesting account of historical events behind the places he brings us to. We will highly recommend any tour guided by him!
Such an amazing day seeing beautiful sights outside of Hanoi! The hike up the mountain gave some absolutely gorgeous views and the trip was very well-managed. Lucy who booked us gave us great advice on what would be best this time of year and what fit our particular appetites for adventure. This trip is a great mix of exercise and beautiful sites. The boat ride was absolutely stunning and very peaceful, and not overly crowded. The food was surprisingly good as well! The tour guide didn’t really provide much information but he got us to each site. Definitely recommend this fantastic excursion!
Trang An seemed a bit boring, because there are not many things to see there, but otherwise the trip is very spectacular and highly recommended: Hoa Lu is a boat trip with great Avatar-like views, Mua Cave is another great sight-seeing place with high selfie-potential. :-) I recommend to take some food for the tour (water is given on the bus), because distances can be lengthy. Took this trip in Ha Noi near the cathedral by advice of a very nice guide Lucy. She patiently spent time with us while we were selecting tours. A very dedicated employee and a nice-looking girl. :-) P. S. Another recommended tour from this agency is Ha Noi Street Food tour. But be prepared to eat a lot of chili pepper for the sake of safety.
After walking into Alice’s travel agency and acquiring some initial information to Ninh Binh - we compared with a few other options around the area. We found Alice is extremely detail-oriented and patiently explained the tour agenda to us when comparing to other agencies who offered a cheaper rate. We decided to went with Alice nevertheless and she even suggested places to visit in Hanoi with food recommendations. The full day tour to Ninh Binh was spectacular although the tour guide is a bit messy, but we had fun overall. Thanks again for your assistance Alice! Love, Ming & Linky
We did this excursion on our last day in Vietnam and it was definitely worth it. The organization was great, starting from Lucy at the office in Hanoi, who continuously offered help and support, and continuing with Loan, our local guide who lead us through the different areas, who was prepared and very nice. The visited places are beautiful, the Pagoda, the boat tour and the final sunset view from Mua Cave will be among our best memories from Vietnam. 100% recommended.
Awesome trip and amazing experience. the scenery of the temples, self peddled raft was an amazing two hour experience with beautiful scenary as well as friendly locals that worked hard to peddle the rafts. Do give them a little tip as well as they are villagers/ farmers doing this as a side job. Visited kong skull island's shooting scene and other areas as well. Our Tour guide Trang was well versed with her information and experienced in what she does and we need not worry about anything but enjoy. Overall a very satisfying and amazing trip.
I would like to thank Trang from crossing vietnam tour for recommending such an amazing trip to me and my family. The tour guides were amazing and everything was planned well, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything.
Our guide was very meticulous throughout the tour and made sure we were all well taken care of. We learnt quite a bit about Vietnam through him as well. The boat ride was very relaxing, definitely perfect for anyone who wants to just enjoy the scenery.
He was very passionate about sharing with us about the places. We thoroughly enjoyed! Worth the money!
I'm happy as a photo spot. It was a fun tour. It's a place where you can create fun memories. It is a place I would recommend to my friends.
Awful!!! If I could give minus 5 maybe it would be adequate!!! An hour's drive from Hanoi to find a tourist situation bordering on horrid!!! I strongly advise against committing money and time as it happened to us!!!! Nothing true but all set up to draw money with even an entrance fee... Maybe with the sun.... But I don't know whether to believe it. They want to be paid to even take pictures of a square full of incense...
Our guide Tyler was really kind and kind enough to teach us about each tourist destination. It was just a trip that we enjoyed many times more than we did ourselves. I also think that sometimes the travel guides are too close or conversely have too little conversation, but I think they helped us on our journey just right! The car was clean and the driver was safe to drive, so I was relieved and totally asleep after getting tired from the river rafting 🤣 Thank you for taking so many great pictures for us in the incense village, despite the sweat! It has been a very good trip! It’s a bit more expensive than other tours, but I think it’s worth paying!
Guide Tommy Younger is very friendly. Good English, easy to listen Ask anything and get answers. Full of knowledge. 1 day tour. Recommended many great restaurants in Hanoi. I recommend this person: Tommy is hilarious.
