Very convenient for us, pick up from hotel in Hanoi and dropped off at our accommodation in Ninh Binh, good driver and took 2 hours.
Our driver was 45mins early and told us we booked for 1pm, even though our ticket clearly said 2pm pick up. We had to rush to leave our hotel which was stressful. The driver also sped and lane-weaved a lot (even by Hanoi standards), which made for a very anxious drive. He also did not have good hygiene – he was scratching his head for most of the trip. I would not book via this service again.
Do not use this company. The driver was falling asleep, texting constantly, swerving, going right up to trucks and slamming on the breaks. He was pumping the gas and making us sick. And when we asked him to stop so we could get out and hire a Grab, he told us there was nowhere to stop even thing there were a ton of coffee shops.

We landed an hour early and they had no problem connecting us with a driver to leave right away. They were easy to locate and the car was comfortable. The driver seemed to drive a little eratic, even for Vietnam standards, but they were efficient and got us where we needed to go!
Very dependent on the driver. First, the dispatcher/lead automatically assumed that we gave the wrong pick-up address and that we weren't standing in front when in fact, the driver was waiting at the wrong place. Then, the driver was playing music really loud the entire 2+ hours while driving really aggressively - honking, cutting people off, etc. Not a great experience.
Tour operator never responded to our questions on pick up location. Driver kept telling us he was not taking the highway because there was too much traffic. Clearly, we could see there was not traffic and he just did not want to pay the toll fees. He spent half of the time on calls/FaceTime. Loud radio. Not recommended.

Very easy to coordinate. I had booked the wrong date and they were very responsive over WhatsApp to help me fix it. The driver arrived on time holding a sign with our name. Do not use this operator. 2 hour Transfer from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. Driver was swerving all over the highway which can be normal in Vietnam - the roads are very chaotic. But then we realised he was falling asleep!

Beats the Bus! Booked a private car for my wife and I, Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Driver met us at the station and drive us all the way without a fuss. Driver wasn't on the phone, wasn't on a call and was just focused on the road, a plesent relief! All booked though Trip Advisor, reliable and responsive.
Very easy to deal with. Booking was simple and they were very accommodating for some last minute changes we requested. The drive to Ninh Binh was great - the driver was safe, courteous, and despite a small language barrier, pointed out points of interest along the way and slowed down to allow us to take photos. The return driver however was not so great - spent most of the time looking at his phone (veering off course more than once) and at one point cut off an ambulance that was going through an intersection under lights and sirens.
Car did not arrive on agreed time. Tour operator had no initiative to message us before the actual date to confirm details. They did not provide car number or local number. So I messaged them before the date to confirm, and they confirmed pick up at our hotel. However on the date itself, there was no sign of the car or guide. After waiting 15 minutes past the agreed time, we called Viator and they could not reach operator. Eventually we manged to reach them and got our car but ended up leaving almost 40 minutes later.
