Great vehicle.. nice trip.. good stop over times.. the road is bumpy so be prepared for that..dropped off right outside our hotel in Sapa.. Side note to the company, the driver was constantly on his phone first watching something then was texting on the way. We had to tell him to stop and he apologized and stopped. We were concerned with a family of 6 with a child..

We booked a round-trip limo transfer from Hanoi to Sapa and vice versa, and the experience was great! Reliable and Comfortable Private Transfer from Hanoi Airport to Sapa We were a family of 7 with luggage, arriving at the airport at 1:30 AM. I booked our pickup for 2:30 AM, and the driver actually arrived before the scheduled time, which was great. What impressed us most was that Reliable Vietnam Travel upgraded our private limousine to an 11-seater at no additional cost, giving our family and luggage more space and making the journey more comfortable. Found them on TikTok and they certainly live up to their name! The operator is super friendly and speaks perfect English. They’re also very patient and answered all my questions and even got on a call with me before our trip to go through our itinerary with us. Although the drivers speak little to none English they are still very nice and professional, and with Google Translate you should have little problems communicating with them. Prices were reasonable and their vehicles were also all in good condition. We booked their service for airport transfer Noi Bai - Hanoi and vice versa, our Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi (3 days) and Ninh Binh one day trip. Definitely recommend if you want a peace of mind and added comfort when travelling in Vietnam in a group (we were a group of 6).

Everything went smoothly and it was very easy to communicate with the driver and operator. It was a red eye flight so this service was very convenient after a long day of traveling. The chairs were comfy and also came with a massage feature and charging ports. Highly recommend!

This was a good choice for airport to Sapa transport! The vehicle is very comfortable and we were able to sleep well during the 6hrs trip. We even got an upgrade to a bigger car! We would choose this over the sleeper bus. It’s less bumpy and even has massage chair. The only downside is that the driver barely knows English. But overall still great!

Before we even arrived, Reliable Vietnam Travel had already been messaging us around 8 PM to confirm our flight details and coordinate our airport pickup. We really appreciated how attentive and organized they were from the beginning. And to our surprise, when we arrived, they gave us a complimentary upgrade from the 7-seater vehicle we booked to their premium 11-seater VIP limousine! 😍 We honestly didn’t expect it, and it was such a wonderful surprise after a long flight. The vehicle was incredibly spacious, smooth, and comfortable, with plush reclining seats and massage functions. After our late-night flight, the comfortable ride made the long journey from Hanoi to Sapa so much easier. Since we had never tried a sleeper bus before, we decided to give it a try for our trip from Sapa back to Hanoi. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us. The winding mountain roads made all four of us extremely dizzy and carsick, and we even ended up throwing up along the way. We honestly regretted not booking the private transfer again! After experiencing both, we can confidently say that we much prefer the private car. With the private transfer, we could relax comfortably, travel at our own pace, and even request a quick stop whenever we needed one.
