My family of 10 had a wonderful trip to Vietnam. Thanks to Ms Lily who organized our whole trip transfers in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Sapa, and even in Da Nang and Hoi An. She’s very nice, professional and very quick to respond to all questions, and confirmed all trips with detailed information, even provided us with a baby car seat. We had a great experience with HTS car transfer service for both our journeys — from Hanoi Airport to Sapa and from Sapa back to Hanoi city. Both drivers were very friendly, professional and helpful. The 5-hour journey each way was surprisingly comfortable, with both drivers driving safely and smoothly throughout the trip. We felt relaxed and well taken care of, especially on the winding roads to Sapa. The service was punctual, comfortable and reliable, and the drivers made the long journey much more enjoyable. I decided to engage Hanoi Transfer Service after reading so many positive reviews about the company, and true enough they lived up to the reputation. Lily was especially supportive throughout our 10day trip, across 4 cities in Vietnam. She was also very helpful in accommodating our needs, be it advising suitable schedules or arranging an extra stop in between our journey. I booked 11seater limousine to make the trip comfortable for my elderly parents and my young children. Excellent customer service from booking to transport. Prior to arrival I had to change the date and time of my arrival twice, once by my mistake and again when the airline changed our flight. They accommodated quickly and without a problem. Anna, the booking agent was a great communicator and provides clear, detailed instructions. We loved our driver, Mr. Hiep! He was waiting for us outside of baggage claim and took great care of us during the 4 hour journey along the mountainous road from Hanoi to Sapa. He had to drive far outside of town to deliver us to our hotel in a remote area late at night and he was courteous and professional the entire trip.

Our transfer with Mr. Nguyen was extremely pleasant. He was a very safe and apt driver and went out of his way to ensure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. After I left my sunglasses in his van, he went above and beyond - coming back to the airport to give them to me even after he’d left. 10/10 service would recommend.

We used this company for our airport transfer, a half day Hanoi city visit and a private hire for a 3-day Sapa visit. I discovered the company from a Google search and contacted the WhatsApp number on their website. I was connected with Lily, who assisted me throughout my 2.5 months of planning my family trip to Hanoi. She sometimes may forget to respond but as soon as I follow up, she will respond immediately. She responds even on the weekend and helps me sort things out with the drivers smoothly. Vehicles are clean and always provided with bottled drinking water. Our driver for our Sapa trip, Mr Liem was super patient with us. I didn’t want to pay for an English speaking tour guide for any of our visits so I highly recommend having a guide for the sole purpose of easing communication with the driver. Mr Liem had no issue communicating over WhatsApp as I believe he used translations but speaking could result in slight miscommunication. Another thing I would have done better is to request for photos of the exact type of vehicle booked to avoid any confusion. All in all, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and truly recommend their services.

Great driver, on time, stopped for snacks and potty breaks without asking. Even stopped for photo op. Definitely would travel with him again.

HTS organized a pickup from Hanoi Airport to the Old Quarter, a return transfer from Hanoi to Sapa, another transfer from Hanoi back to the airport, a transfer from Hue to Hoi An and a final transfer from Hoi An to Denang. All were done efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Service has been great, driver very professional, Lily was super helpful throughout the trip and helped us adjust timings even if last minute. I would definitely recommend!!

We got a comfortable, clean vehicle. The driver was waiting at the exact point mentioned on our confirmation. We arrived a little earlier and contacted the driver so he came 5 mins earlier too. The rest stop wasn't great, maybe he could have suggested one before we asked, and there might have been a better one. Dropped us right at hotel and helped with luggage too.

Hanoi Transfer Service provided us with transfers to & from Nói Bai Airport to the Old Quarter Hotels, and a car, driver and Guide for a 10 night trip to Sapa, Ha Giang, Cao Bằng and Ninh Bình. Everything was seamlessly arranged, our Driver ( Mr. Liam ), Guides ( Sam & Thuy ) were excellent and our accommodation was carefully chosen with our input, for each stay. The Ha Giang route is mountainous and in places challenging thanks to a recent Typhoon and Landslides, we felt safe and comfortable at all times and loved the spectacular scenery. Mr. Chinh and his team are experts in all aspects of travel in North Vietnam and I cannot recommend the team at HTS highly enough. They are all Legends and are the go to company for us in Hanoi and surrounds.

Was a female solo traveller and was picked up from Hanoi Noi Bai airport at 645pm , direct transfer in a black 4WD (called a 7 seater by the company) to Sapa. Total door to door time was 4 hours - was at hotel by 1045pm. Pre departure booking was pleasant and seamless with great service by Lily. Water bottle provided in the car. The trip back down from Sapa to Hanoi airport was equally pleasant - on time, and door to door of 4.5 hours in the morning time (left Sapa at 1030am, at airport by 245pm). Tip for those travelling by private car to Sapa- do take the 7 seater even if you are a couple or a small group. The winding road in the last hour up the mountain makes u feel very dizzy and i was less dizzy in the 4WD. Car will stop for toilet breaks/ meal along the way on the Noi Bai-Lao Cai highway- just inform your driver. Bring spare VND cash to pay to use the toilet. Great experience and will book again if ever in need of private transport.

Be careful with booking as there are many services that sound the same. We used Hanoi Transfer Service twice, both from Hanoi airport to hotel on arrival into the country, and then the next morning to go to Sapa as we were leaving very early and weren't sure about our esim cards, nor the reliability of public transit to get us to a bus station at 6am. It was expensive by Vietnamese standards, but given the length of the drive to Sapa, we considered it worthwhile for our peace of mind and ease just arriving in Vietnam. I wanted to make sure to leave a review as there are many fake ones out there, and even less availability for anybody who's used a service to go to Sapa. I have to give them full credit, both journeys went off without a hitch., and Tracy Pham was very available by whatsapp. Our driver from the airport was waiting right where indicated for us, and our driver for Sapa showed up right on time the next morning. The "english" speaking isn't exactly accurate, but for the airport transfer we didn't really have to talk, and for the next morning we relied on google translate for any communication we needed. We had indicated wanting to stop and see a few viewpoints on the way to Sapa, but outside of the one prearranged pitstop at a roadside market, the only stops we got were for our driver to relieve himself on the side of the road with all the red bulls he drank. We didn't really care, but if you do want stops to take advantage of those beautiful views, you'll have to be much clearer than we were. The only reason I'm not giving them an excellent review is regarding when we tried to book a transfer for the way back. We hadn't initially been going to use their service and rather take a bus, but I had been sick with a *horrible* sinus infection and was willing to cough up the money for both ways. The different individual tried to up sell us. She said we wouldn't be able to use a car (despite that being what we had being driven there in!), as it wasn't suitable for Sapa, and would have to book a full van instead. Then, increased the price as it was a stat holiday. While I don't take exception to the latter - to a certain degree - the quoted price was nearly triple what we had paid before. Needless to say I just drugged myself up and we took a bus.

Tracy Pham was the one who assisted us throughout our trip. She was always available and responsive via Whatsapp ( to the extent i wonder if she sleeps!) She will check in with us during the journey to make sure we are doing ok and if we require further assistance. During one of our tours organised by HTS, i gave feedback that our guide could not really converse in English, and she managed to arrange another guide to meet us at the next tourist spot immediately. I highly recommend booking your transfers and tours through her!

We have used HTS no less than 8 times while traveling around Vietnam. They are not limited to Hanoi. We first had an airport transfer in Ho Chi Minh City. A driver was waiting for us at Da Nang airport for ride to Hoi An. Hired a private driver via HTS to Hue. Transfer to airport and from airport in Hanoi. Driver to/from Sapa and finally to airport in Hanoi. COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP WAS INCREDIBLE! Drivers were always early, professional and courteous. Vehicles clean and in great condition. I totally recommend HTS! And keep in mind all these transfers were during Tet.

Chanced upon Hanoi Travel Service when I was looking for private transport from Sapa to Hanoi. I have sent an email on Saturday late evening and received a reply from Anna Pham the next morning. After which, I have been corresponding with Anna via WhatsApp. I am very impressed and satisfied with the service Anna has provided. Anna made sure that all my queries were answered. Her explanation was clear and her reply was prompt too. Didn’t expect her to reply me on a Sunday evening (8ish). She is also fluent in English and Mandarin.

Used this service for airport pickup and our trip up to Sapa. Clean, comfortable and safe. Communicated with Anna who sorted everything for us easily and efficiently. Made the travel very easy.

I recently used the private car service from Haboi to Sapa after a few weeks in Vietnam and deciding to treat myself after all the buses and trains. Lily, who facilitated the trip, was prompt and helpful. Our driver was professional and safe and the car was comfortable and clean. The price is reasonable for a private vehicle. Highly recommend if you're going from Hanoi to Sapa and want to spend a few extra bucks to avoid the hassle of a bus.

The communication with Lily was fantastic. I booked an airport transfer Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi. Very good service. The drivers are good. They have good manners and a good driving style. The drivers were in time. I will book again soon. One driver gave me a local meal on the way – very nice. Maybe next time I will use the service to go to Halong Bay. Sapa was very nice. I highly recommend this destination. There is also an overnight train from Hanoi, which seems to be very popular, but I would rather go for a private transfer with this company.

We took a car from Hanoi to Sapa and back a few days later with Hanoi Transfer Service. It was excellent. Both of our drivers were kind and nice and worked hard to get us there quickly. It's a long drive: 5-6 hours, but it was made easy and pleasant thanks to the drivers. Lily from Hanoi Transfer Service regularly checked in to hear that the journey had gone well. Recommended!
