Private Transfer Between Hanoi And Halong

I used this company for transfers from Hanoi to my Ha Long Bay cruise. Both drivers were fine but Mr Huan, who drove me back to Hanoi was particularly polite and was a great driver in a nice car. The communication by Anna over WhatsApp has been outstanding and every driver has been early, not just on time.

We had a seamless and convenient experience with HTS! Lily was so helpful and quick to provide us support or answer any questions we had. She also ended up setting up service for us for additional transfers across Hanoi and Cat Ba Island. She was amazing! Thank you, Lily! They even helped us with our luggage on and off the ferry and made sure we had a safe and happy journey the entire time.

From my first inquiry, I received quick and clear responses. Anna helped me schedule my round trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay. I needed to make changes and she was able to accommodate me. Mr. Tuan was kind enough to return to the airport to bring me my glasses that had fallen out of my bag. I’m very glad I used this service. Plus, the rate was reasonable.

During our trip in Vietnam we had 4 transfers with this company. We had a contact person Lily with whom we communicated through WhatsApp. She patiently answered all my questions. She was always available and gave us in time the necessary info. As an extra she helped us with a luggage issue although it took a lot of her effort. 3 of 4 transfers we had with driver Mr. Hung. This young man was always in time, drives safely and responsibly. During a long ride he stopped in time and he never was on his phone. He drove carefully, although not easy in Vietnam. We were lucky to have him as a driver. We recommend their service for a 100%.

We had excellent experience from the Hanoi Transfer Service. Ms Minh coordinated so well that we did not face any issue anywhere during the trip. We communicated in english comfortably with them.

We took two trips, one from the airport to Halong Bay and the other from Halong bay to Hanoi on another date. Both drivers( Mr. Manh and Mr, Chiu) drove safely. The vans are clean. And their booking agent, Anna, provided excellent service by staying in constant contact. She made sure we had all the driver info we needed and ensured our entire travel experience was 100% error-free. Highly recommended.

The communication with Lily from the outset was first class. She replied quickly and answered all my questions. The driving experience was great, especially on overturn with Mr. Thong. Amazing! Excellent communication before the trip via WhatsApp. The immigration line was very long but the driver patiently waited. He was an excellent driver and the drive was comfortable and fast (it helped that it was late at night and not much traffic).

I had a very smooth experience booking with them and everything else was arranged by Lily. I booked a couple of transfers with them and the driver was always on time and dropped us on time at our requested stop. Mr Liem is the best driver. We decided to use Hanoi Transfer Service exclusively for all of our long distance, transportation needs in northern Vietnam, and we are so glad we did! Only a few minutes after reaching out i received a message from Lily who provided all the information for our transfer. Since we were planning to visit also Hai Phong i asked Lily to provide me a quote also for this trip. We used Hanoi Transfer Service for our hotel to Halong day 1, then back to airport day 2, our plans got changed by a typhoon in De Nang. Ms Lily was quick to respond and help us organise the trip, and change at last minute. Driver was very patient with us. Would not hesitate to use again.

I have booked a Halong Bay Crusing through Klook, which start from 12pm until 6pm. At first, I was searching Klook for private car service too. However, their terms and condition says working hour ends at 5pm, and after that there will incur a additional cost per hour. The cost is not a big issue, but I want to make sure that the driver can wait for us, otherwise we will be stranded. I contacted Klook customer service but they said I can only negotiate with the driver after payment. I don't like that, so I tried to search through Google and find out this company. The staff Ms. Lily was so helpful and explain very clearly so there were nothing to worried about. Other than this trip, we also booked a 6:30am drive from Hanoi to Airport. The drive came always 10 min early, so reliable. I am sure I will contact them again next time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Ms Lily Ngoc and the Hanoi Transfer Service enough. Terrific company, extremely accommodating and reasonably priced. Excellent communication with Lily from the minute I made the reservation until I got into the car. She is amazing! She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Upon my arrival at the pick-up point, she wrote me to make sure I had found the driver and that all was OK. I had to make a last minute change and it was not a problem at all. Mr Tam was a terrific driver and he's a great guy. My only regret is that I do not speak Vietnamese. It would have been so great to chat with him on our long drive. Thanks again, Lily and Mr Tam!!

Used HTS to make trip to Vietnam a little more comfortable pre booking transfers tailored to our holiday, from Noi Bai to Halong to Hanoi and back to Noi Bai. Tracy Pham helped in arranging these times, adding a Whats app number and was quickly on hand with any queries i had, even when i forgot the time difference. Tracy checked in after each journey without being too intrusive and offered suggestions and other tours relevant to location. Drivers were prompt and courteous, providing comfortable clean vehicles for all trips. Hands down this service beats finding your own way for both convenience and price at the other end of a 16hr journey.

We arranged a private taxi from Hanoi Airport to Ha Long Bay. Every step of the way, our contact Lily kept us informed with pickup location, photos and everything we needed to know when arriving in Hanoi. As she had promised, Out driver was waiting at the exact location outside the airport. We got in the new Air conditioned cat (SUV) and it was about a 3 hour drive to our destination. The driver was considerate and helpful. We even stopped half way for a quick rest. I would highly recommend Lily and her team for Transfers, tours and anything else travel related in Vietnam. We used HTS for our airport to hotel and return transfer in HCMC, Da Nang and Hanoi. Additionally HTS provided our private transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay and return. The car and driver always arrived on time. I am especially impressed by Ms. Tracy Pham - the HTS assistant who coordinated all our transfers. We had booked a cruise in Ha Long Bay and we needed a private family transfer. We booked the transfer one night before and it was seemless. We got a Toyota Innova perfect for a family of 4 with 4 big suitcases and 2 small luggage. Driver arrived on time to pick us up at Hilton Hanoi and also picked us up at the Tuan Chau International Marina when our cruise was over. We were supposed to dock at 11am but ended up docking at 11:30am and be waited for us. He even helped us load and unload luggage. Thank you for being, clean, safe and reliable for me and family! We will definitely use you again for airport transportation :) Also, thank you Lily for the great communication on WhatsApp! It was super helpful!

We booked our private transfer between Hanoi, Halong Bay and Hai Phong with Lily from HTS. Lily is conversant in English and I have no issues communicating with her on my request. Lily is also very helpful and prompt in her reply. We even took up a day cruise with her upon her recommendations. The driver assigned to us for the duration of our trip is very good too. He is always on time waiting for us at our hotel or at the golf courses. First class service from HTS. will definitely go with them when I next visit Hanoi.

We booked two transfers with Hanoi Transfer Service. The first one went as planned. We were transported between the Haiphong Airport and our hotel in Ha Long without issue. The second transfer was from Ha Long (after a cruise) to Hanoi. Our driver was due to pick us up at 11.30a.m. We received notice that he would be late due to a car issue. Not a big deal (yet). He arrived at noon and we started heading towards Hanoi. For some reason he didn't go on the main roads which would've taken between 2 hrs 15 min to 2 hrs 30 min. He went north on smaller roads which made it a MUCH longer drive. 90 minutes into our drive, which we had expected to take 2 hrs and 30 min at most, we asked if we could stop to use a bathroom. Our group was 4 adults and 6 children and some of the children needed to use the bathroom really bad. Our driver said okay and said we would stop for 15 minutes. We were in a hurry to get to Hanoi and were already incredibly delayed due to him taking a really long way and being 30 minutes late to start with. We said, "Just five minutes, please," and he said, "no, 15 minutes, I need to eat lunch." (He didn't really speak English and we don't speak Vietnamese but this is what we gathered from what he was saying.) We asked again, "just a quick stop please" and he said, "no, 15 minutes". Hmm. We took five minutes to use the bathroom and he was nowhere to be found. After another 10 minutes, we decided to wander around the building to see if we could find his car. We were at a large shopping area that sold marble statues and also had a grocery store and a restaurant. We found his car in back and waited there for another TWENTY FIVE minutes. Finally he came and we went on our way. He was a very slow and tentative driver. One of our friends commented that it was as though it was his first time driving. The slow part felt safe aside from when he was overtaking--he seemed very unsure of himself--and we'd be heading into oncoming traffic with semi trucks coming towards us flashing their lights and honking their horns. He checked his phone occasionally and we were watching him constantly, ready to tell him to put his phone down if it turned into more than a quick glance (which, as it is, is very unsafe). The second half of the drive I felt constantly at-the-ready to ask him to pull over and let us out with all of our stuff so that I could call 3-4 taxis for our group of 10 people (plus suitcases), no matter the cost, to finish our ride to Hanoi with more peace of mind. I had booked a private transfer with Hanoi Transfer Service, thinking that we would likely get to Hanoi in a quicker, more comfortable manner than had we taken the bus ride that our cruise liner offered. Normally, I'd much rather be in a car or van than on a bus with tons of people. In this case, however, I wish I had chosen for our group to go ahead and take the bus to get there between 2-2.30p.m. vs after 4p.m. He should've eaten lunch before he came rather than needing to eat it while on the clock. Our family of six has been traveling around the world for 8+ months and we have had dozens of transfers. This, by far, has been our worst and most frustrating experience. I would not recommend Hanoi Transfer Service.

We started our honeymoon in Hanoi and we had a delays in our flights, so we were already exhausted when we got to Vietnam. Initially, the prospect of finding our drivers was another worry on our minds. However, our HTS driver was right outside the door when we arrived! Anna was very responsive and helpful throughout the process with the booking as well as ensuring that the transfers were smooth. We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel in Hanoi as well as a private round trip transfer between Hanoi and halong bay. All the drives were smooth, and the driver at the Hanoi airport even waited two hours for us to get our visas and luggage. Overall a great experience!

On time, clean, safe. Couldn't have been happier. We traveled with a 3 and a 5 yeat old. Getting places comfortably and safely was what we needed.

We used HTS to transfer from Hanoi airport to Halong Bay then back to the Airport. We found the car to be new and in great shape. The driver was on time and navigated our route well. The customer service agent, Jolie handled our call well when we were locating the driver. Overall great reliable service, highly recommended!

We had to get from Hai Phong to Tuan Chan ferry terminal for a cruise round the bay and then go straight to Noi Ba airport for the flight home. I spoke to Lily who very promptly arranged for a car and driver for us to use for the day. This worked perfectly on the day and although it was probably a bit more expensive than the bus it was much quicker.

Lily who orginised everything for us was great, a transfer to Ha Long and return to Hanoi. As well as a day tour on Ha Long Bay, it was a fantastic day. Recommened.
