Thank you for efficient and safe pickup and drive from Hanoi airport to my hotel. Special thanks to Anna for great communication and Mr Tuan for on Tim and safe drive!
Very smooth on time pick up and drive from the international airport to my hotel in Hanoi. I had my flight from US to Seoul canceled that created a cascade of event to miss my connection from Seoul to Hanoi. But great communication with operator and driver ahead and able to adjust my pick up and arrival 24h later than was planned. Thank you for communicating efficiently via WhatsApp with me to make my pick up smooth and get me to my hotel safely!
I had an excellent experience. The peace of mind and assurance that come with knowing that a quick, convenient & pleasant ride to your hotel await after a long international flight is priceless. Anna’s attention to details in our communication’s & Mr. Dang’s skilled driving in particular made for a great first impression of Vietnam. Highly recommended.
Great efficiency and great driver. Easy service to use and made experience less stressful getting to hotel.
Very nice driver, who thoughtfully used a translation app on his phone. And he was an excellent driver, navigating lots of Hanoi traffic
Great service, on time kept me informed about driver name and vehicle registration number. Driver had name sign and easy to find..
Anna and Mr Tai are helpful and responsive. Very good experience.
It was very fast and easy to book thru Klook and after payment, the transpo company already sent an email with very detailed instruction, they also contacted me thru WhatsApp and they were very responsive and detailed with pickup information. They would sent photos and the contact number of the driver in advance. Mr. Hai, the driver, waited patiently even though our flight was delayed and he was on check for our flight details so he immediately contacted us once we landed. He is also a safe driver and assisted us in carrying our baggage.
So easy to book, great communication and easy to find.
Had to wait first 10 minutes for the driver to arrive which is fine - but then had to walk all the way across the terminal to a car parking spot vs getting picked up at the terminal (we drove past) Driver also didn’t follow Google Maps and dropped off away from the closed drop off spot - wouldn’t recommend
Easy to find and the driver was very patient with our delayed flight! The drive to Ha Noi was easy and comfortable.
WOW! I had the most amazing experience with this team. Absolutely recommend! So fast and they messaged me when my flight landed and sent a picture of where they where standing. Thank you
Pickup was seamless and the driver was professional and friendly. Thank You for a stress free experience.
My airport transfer to my hotel in Hanoi went smoothly. He gave me pick up information and sent picture of where to meet him with a sign with my name on it. He was very patient when the immigration line took almost 1 hour to go through. He was a great driver and very polite. I would use them again if I needed to.
This was money well-spent. After flying for over 35hrs, I needed a reliable ride out of the airport and get me to my hotel as quickly and smoothly as possible. And this ride did just that. Everything went very smoothly. The communication was very clear. We found each other very quickly and in no time I was on my way to my hotel. I highly recommend their services.
Very simple and efficient booking process. Anna kept us informed and updated. Our driver Mr Hai did a great job of getting us to our accommodation in spite of the weekend road closures. I would definitely use them again
The combined efforts of Anna and Mr Hai made our transport from the airport to our accommodation seamless! I would highly recommend this service for anyone visiting Hà Nội!
Very professional service. Arranged multiple transits over 8 days. Anna antd the team kept us informed with driver details each time and when our 2nd flight was delayed it was mo problem. Recommended :)
I have been in contact with Anna and she has been exceptional, and easy to book with. She is very responsive and the vans and experience has been great everytime. I highly recommend.
Stress free way to know how to get from airport to hotel at 10pm
We would use this service again. Great communication, driver was on time, met us at Hanoi Airport with name board, helped with the baggage, only downside car was a bit small for 4 adults and baggage, ok for a short trip.
Great service. Gave us regular updates prior to getting picked up. Gave clear instructions as to where the pick up point would be. Driver was on time and messaged us to let us know where he would be. Really helpful with the all the luggage and was a very good driver. I would definitely recommend
Communication was excellent so we knew just what to do when we arrived. Our flight was delayed about an hour and our driver was steadfastly waiting for us.
Seamless experience, communication was perfect from booking until drop off. I will absolutely book with them again!
I had a great experience with Hanoi Transfer Service during my solo trip to Hanoi. I arranged transportation from the airport to Hanoi Old Quarter, and then back to the airport, and everything was smooth and well organised. A special thanks to Ms. Lily for her excellent communication and support. She was very responsive, friendly and made sure everything was arranged perfectly. I would also like to thank Mr. Thanh, my driver, who was punctual, polite and drove very safely. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated his friendly and professional service. He made the journey comfortable and stress-free. The whole experience was reliable, convenient and hassle-free, especially for a solo traveller with limited time in Hanoi. Thank you, Lily and Thanh, for taking such good care of me during my visit. 🙏😊
Once we met up with our driver everything was fine. However, we had been advised by Viator to meet him at Pillar 18 outside arrivals. He was in fact waiting for us inside arrivals. But for our Fast Track agent who assisted us through immigration, we might stilll be looking for that driver
Pick up point from Hanoi International Airport pillar 18. If you don't know where it is, just ask friendly ppl at the airport. The driver has my name on a sign, easy pick up.
Anna and Mr Tuan were both fantastic and responsive. The ride to the airport was easy and without issue. Thank you!
Booked an one way transfer from the airport to my accomodation, very easy process and stress-free. I've been in contact by WhatsApp with Anna about all the details and she was very friendly and reactive. She communicated well ahead the details of the driver and where to meet him. She also ensured if everything was ok once I've been dropped off at my hotel. My driver, Mr Canh, was ready for me at my arrival, communicated ahead where to meet him as well, which made everything so much easier. The drive itself was quick, and while my knowledge of Hanoi is very limited, it seems he took the fastest route to get to my drop off point. Always felt safe and I was very impressed by his driving skills. I really appreciate once we arrived, he went out of the car to check if it was the real address and helped to locate it. Can not fault Anna and Mr. Canh who have given me an amazing first impression of Vietnam and Hanoi.
My Manh our driver was prompt courteous and a safe driver for our Hanoi airport to hotel transfer. Organised and communication from Anna made our first time arrival in Hanoi a breeze.
Very efficient services. I booked a transfer from the airport to the old Town and the day after back to airport. Easy to book and pay through on line payment. Thanks Anna for coordinating and Mr Hung and Sung our drivers .
Excellent service. Constant communication. Waiting where they said they would be with a sign with our name. Very easy to find. Good price. Anna was very good with letting us know what was happening and very helpful. Our driver Mr. Hoai was on time, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this service.
Great service! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Mr Tuanr was friendly and punctual, Ms Anna was very responsive and communicated quickly
Very simple booking process, professional and prompt replies from Anna who handled the bookings. Communication was regular and clear, and we were informed ahead of time of the drivers name, contact number, and car make/model/license plate. We did two transfers, one with Mr Liem, and the second with Mr Vinh. Both were at out of business hours (early morning and evening), but this did not affect service at all. Both were friendly, helpful, and safe drivers. Bith cars were immaculate and mechanically sound. Drivers kept to schedule perfectly. It even took an extended amount of time to get our bags from the carousel at Noi Bai, and Mr Liem waited patiently. I highly recommend this service to travellers, male or female.
Anna (concierge) and Mr Minh (driver) were awesome. Wonderful and flawless experiencr
Our driver was waiting exactly where he said he would and handled our bags for us. Just what we needed after the long trip
My private transfer from Noi Bai International Airport to my hotel in Hanoi was excellent. A skilled driver. My only regret is not tipping more so to future travelers, I suggest to have cash handy for the driver. Thank you!
Overall Great communication and excellent service. Everything went smooth as planned. The van was big and comfortable.
I have contacted directly Ms Lily on Whatsapp to book a transfert in a mini bus for 8 people in the morning for the afternoon at the same day ! Ms Lily was very helpful and she respond very quickly. The communication was perfect and in english. We can also pay by Credit Card. And the driver mr Minh was on time and was very nice. Thank you i recommand this compagny for sure !
The driver was very helpful and friendly. My partner left his wallet in the car, and what could have been a very stressful time was handled quickly and without panic. We messaged via Whatsapp and his wallet was returned within 10 minutes! The car itself was fairly run-down, with several seatbelts not working. But it was on time, the driver was safe on the road, and we arrived safely at our hotel.
Extremely smooth experience from the booking with Ms Lily who communicated very well and was very accommodating when our scheduled change (flight delay) to our driver Mr Hoan who was very punctual and made us feel very safe. We highly recommend this company for your transfer from the Hanoi airport and back.
HTS transfer is highly recommendable. Anna help us with all the information we needed prior our pickup date. Our driver Mr The Anh came in ontime, both of them were very helpful and very professional.
I booked 2 transfers to and from Hanoi International Airport to my hotel. The transfers were flawless! Lily was a great help online as my bookings were last-minute. Thank you Lily!
The driver was on time and waited for us..took care of our bags on both ends which was lovely after a long flight. Would definitely recommend!!
Fabulous service, easy to locate on arrival. Driver was very friendly and pointed out points of interest on our journey. Beautifully clean, comfortable vehicle. Great driver.

Airport transfer was really smooth. Ms Ana made sure that we will be picked up on time Our driver Mr Hoai drives well. Ms Ana and Me Hoai are both kind and helpful
This was a great transfer. Anna helped set up the pick up from the airport and contacted us every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. Mr. Hoan is an excellent driver. Highly recommend this airport transfer.
Booked via website for a transfer that afternoon. Anna responded quickly to book it in, and our driver Mr Hoan picked us on time and drove us safely to our destination.
