Private Transfer Between Hanoi Airport (Han) And Hanoi City Center

first the good stuff. Driver was indefatigable in finding our Airbnb even though, as we eventually found out, the address was 'just a bit off'. Was polite, helped with bags, safe but efficient driver, which in Hanoi is an adventure. Car was comfortable, clean and large enough for a bunch of technical gear we had with for an upcoming sailing charter in Thailand. next the 'wish it was different, but no harm' - he was sitting at the appropriate area for airport P/U, had a sign, but didn't choose to show it to anyone until, frantically, I started yelling my name to see if it would jog the right person into action, which it did, eventually. The airport forces the tour drivers and transfer drivers outside so, while I expected to see my driver just outside Customs, it took a while and a few questions to learn about Column 17, outside on the street where I saw the dozens of drivers with signs. Lastly, the most difficult was having a driver that didn't know a word of English. Now, he had a very good audio translation app, but it still was a ton of tugging, spinning, rephrasing, retreating to Google Translate for us. Suggest, if you have no Vietnamese comprehension that you require a driver who is bi-lingual in your tongue. So, ultimately successful for us, though stressful. But a huge time sink for the driver who, I'm sure, was not expecting an additional 20 minutes to be spent finding this place.

This was perfect. We had a message after we landed with precise directions of where he was waiting. It was faultless and I think the price was similar to what Grab would have been

It was ok apart from arriving an hour early. It made leaving the hotel a bit more stressful than it needed to be. Plus we were so early at the airport that check in didn't open for an hour

Hanoi evening rush hour traffic can be horrendous. We were slight worried that the driver might be late for our evening airport transport, BUT we were wrong! He was 10 minutes early! VERY comfortable vehicle!

Comfortable vehicle, driver was ready and waiting when we exited the airport. No complaints! Highly recommend!

In Hanoi, the driver did not meet us (as we expected) in the terminal outside of customs. He left a message on Whatsapp in Vietnamese. I asked a Vietnamese man at the airport to call him. He finally showed up about 30 minutes later. He spoke no English, but the drive was fine and the car was clean. Their drivers should have an understanding of English--as most younger Vietnamese people do.

Great experience getting pickup at 5:00 AM at my hotel to go to the airport. The driver arrived on time. I booked two days prior and great communication throughout.

On time and efficient pick up from Hanoi airport. helped us manouver around the chaos at the airport. He also went the extra mile to help us find our serviced apartment.

Great communication throughout the entire process. My arrival flight into Hanoi was delayed, and I was facing some luggage issues which further delayed me at the airport. Throughout, both the management contacts and driver were professional, accommodating, and communicated well. The pick up directions and signage were clear. Overall, this made for a nice conclusion to my stressful travel journey to Hanoi!

very polite and accurate, gave us info where the driver would be waiting for us, the car was very good

Good communication prior to arrival. Lovely smiling helpful driver. Arrived on time. Smooth journey to airport. Great service

Great car service. Took them from Old Quarter to Hanoi airport. They were on time, efficient and we had a friendly driver. Recommend using.

Punctual, good communication, polite and very clean vehicle. …………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Quick, affordable and easy airport transfer. Our driver was friendly and waiting for us after customs as promised.

We did not connect with the driver and had to use another service for or ride. Once we got to the hotel and had cell service, we saw the instructions where to meet the driver. Most other services had their driver's standing around with signs showing their customer's names. We ask some whether they knew our service provider but we're unsuccessful.

Great service. Company was very helpful when our flight got cancelled and rearranged the booking for us. Friendly driver who new the route and got us to our hotel safe and sound.

The driver never showed up. We agreed to a time and place for pickup. We waited for a half hour. We had to arrange other transportation. I will be seeking a refund.

Great car service. Took them to and from the airport to Old Quarter. They were on time and provided fast and efficient service.

Our driver was waiting and smiling as we came out from baggage claim and immigration. Nice big sign with our name

Nice driver and good car. Met us at the airport and drived us to Hanoi city. May recommend for families.

Excellent driver and communication. He even came back because left something in his car. Came quickly after we called

The driver was waiting for us at the designated area and we had no problem of meeting him. Our driver was an excellent driver, the ride was very smooth. He helped us loading and unloading the luggage without any prompting. The communication from booking to pickup was clear and easy. We just booked our return with this same company and we highly recommend their service to anyone.

The driver was outside the airport exit with a sign but had also got my photo from What's App so approached me immediately. We went straight to a very comfortable vehicle and to the hotel

We’re collected at the airport by the driver who had our name on a sign. Took us directly to our hotel with no problems at all. Great service.

Everything went smoothly. On time, great service, very satisfied . No hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

Clear communication, easily found outside of luggage claim, safe driver that greeted us with a smile and cool water after a 15 hr flight day. Definitely use this service.

Driver had our name card upon arrival. Everything was smooth. We arrived late night so booking this in advance was a great option.

Driver was waiting on arrival, got us safely to hotel in a timely manner. Friendly although did not speak much English

Transport was on time clean & friendly and cost efficient I have no hesitation in using this service again

Our driver was on time with my name on a sign waiting just outside baggage claim. Nice car and safe driving. Great!

The ride and delivery to the hotel were fine. As security has more than one exit, it would have helped to know a specific location to meet. It took a little searching to locate the driver.

Not enough information for pickup time. Driver is very polite. We tried to contact your company when we arrived our hotel the night before, it took us to make several calls before we found someone who answered our phone.

Works great when your not sure what is in the country. Able to text driver to exact location. outside of baggage claim.

Great driver, who was on time and got us there flawlessly . Although the booking portion and the app was a little iffy to say the least the driver made up for it.

Never picked us up at airport. Had to get taxi. Tried to call but didn't pickup phone. Not sure what happened to them.

Our driver was on time, helped with our luggage, and was easy to find at the airport. He had a sign at the airport waiting for us.

We used VTS to travel from Hanoi international airport and that experience was so good we decided to use them again for our return from Hanoi city to Hanoi domestic airport. I made especially sure I booked the correct trip and the ticket also confirm it was correct. I enquired the afternoon before about pick up time and the response was the same as the departure time as our plane. I explained that to them and got no response. The next morning after still no response we organised a different vehicle. My suggestion would be to book vehicles through your hotel.

The driver was kind and patient. He waited over an hour for us at the airport. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Was promptly picked at the HNA arrival hall and at the hotel when leaving for my flight. Both drivers were courteous and drove well, making journeys comfortable.

Booked their service from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Their vehicle was new and well maintained. Their drivers arrived on time and drove safely. They will message u details of the vehicle and number to you beforehand when fetching u to airport. They will also provide contact number to contact in case of any issue. They will also follow up with u on the service provided by them which i felt is a good gesture. Will highly recommend this service to anyone who visit hanoi.

I used their transfer service from Hanoi city to airport Nice service, driver on time, smooth transfer and great customer service 👍🏻

Hassle free trip from airport. The driver waited patiently outside the designated area with your name in the placard.

We booked 4 tranfers from Hanoi airport to city centre and back. Drivers were always on time, even waiting for you when your luggage comes with a delay. We got all information in whatsapp and we could change easily the time of arrival when our flight got rescheduled. We were really happy that we could have this great service. We would book any time again. Thank you Kaylee!

Prior to even arrriving in Hanoi, I was added in a Whatsapps group which gave me clear and concise details on where to meet at the Noi Bai International Airport, together with emergency numbers should I have issues locating the driver. Driver was already waiting for me at the pre-arranged location, and transfer to hotel was a breeze! The kind-hearted driver even offered me a surgical face mask due to the current Covid-19 virus outbreak. Upon reaching the destination, driver confirmed with the hotel about the location, and assisted me with my luggage. I had also booked the same transfer service from hotel back to the airport, and the same gold standards could be observed with a different driver! Perfect experience in Hanoi!

Our experience with Vietnam Transport Service for our Airport Transfer (Noi Bai-Hanoi City-Noi Bai) was very good. Driver was on time and very courteous. Ms. kaylee also made sure that we get all the details for our transport a day before our scheduled trip. Highly recommended!

Our trasfer from our hotel to the airport was too early. We asked them to pick us up at 430am.but to our surprise the van is already there waiting for us, maybe the driver is waiting by 4am already. The driver is very professional and well prepared and gave each of us face mask. Really helpful indeed! He is very kind to give information with our travel. Im looking forward to booking trips again with VTS. Thanks a lot. A very convenient and cheaper way to book even with just the transfer only.

Excellent services provided by the team. I've booked 7 pax airport transports from / to airport and their puntual arrived as bookings date/time and vehicle same as pictures. Overall good experience and highly recommend for those trip to Hanoi. Keep the good job team.

Trips to and from the airport and city was great. Drivers were prompt, their driving were sturdy and safe. Keep up the great work.

The driver arrived the hotel earlier and inform the reception instead of interrupting our breakfast. This is considerate. The driver will hold a board with your name on it for recognition. The vehicle condition is awesome, new and clean. Awesome experience and wonderful service from VTS. Highly recommended.
