Outstanding service with Mr. Liem (Driver), Anna ( Contact). Mr. Liem showed up early and ready to go. Excellent driving and very quick to get us to destination with short stop for bathroom or snack break. Communication with Anna from start to finish was fantastic! Excellent service! We contacted them the night before we needed a 8am pickup to take us to ha long bay marina from Ha Noi. I contacted them around 8:30pm and within a half hour Anna had me all set up with a driver and pickup confirmed for the next morning. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with (good English) Mr Nghia & Minh were our drivers (one to Marina and then we used them again to get to ninh binh) both great drivers and willing to stop to use bathroom when needed. The vehicles were both spacious and very nice with cold AC. Very good service. Anna was great to work with she upgraded us for free to a luxury limo van for the one ride which was very nice with fully reclining seats

We booked a transfer from Hanoi train station to Ninh Binh. Tracy Pham was our assistant with the booking through email and WhatsApp she was very polite and made the booking very easy. The driver was waiting for us when we got off the train and the drive to NB was comfortable and safe. We will use them again.

We used the transfer service to get from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and back and we also did a day tour at Ninh Binh. The cars were very comfortable and drivers and guide we had (Duan) were very good. We dealt with Lily at Hanoi transfer service and she was excellent. Organising transfers and tours during the Tet holiday can be difficult but Lily made it easy! From my first email exchanges with Anna - I was very happy with the ease of booking and her communication with me. Once I was booked I thought it was so easy that it must be too good to be true. Our plane arrived late but upon arrival our contact was waiting for us. He immediately contacted the driver. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes for the driver. Once we got out of Hanoi the trip went quickly - the driver stopped for a bathroom break for us. The driver did not speak much english but that was never a problem. We even got a call from Anna making sure things were going ok and apologizing for the wait - which was no big deal to us. Our return to Hanoi - the driver was early -which suited us and ended up giving us more time during the day to explore Old Quarter Hanoi. He was prompt and professional. Would definitely hire this company again. Very affordable and great service.

I booked their service to go from Hanoi -> Mai Chau -> Pu Luong -> Ninh Binh -> Hanoi. Every few days, their drivers would pick me up and drove me to the new location. The drivers are very nice, fun to talk to, and excellent service. I had to make change to my pick up time a few times. Just a text to Jolie and she responded fast. Every thing was sorted out. The company asked for a deposit of half of the total up front, and the other half paid on the first day

We are a family of four from Seattle, Washington and booked round-trip private transfer with Ms Lily Ngoc and Hanoi Transport Service Company from Old Quarter in Hanoi to Ha Long Bay as well as return from Ha Long City to Hanoi airport jan 1-3, 2020. Car was clean, driver okay (spoke only Vietnamese, but that was to be expected). With the first contact, you're assigned a assistant (in my case by the name of Anna), who speaks english. The assistant was easy to contact via mail, phone as well as WhatsApp and quick to respond.
