Linh was a very confident and pleasant young lady who provided local information and history on the landmarks we passed during the cyclo section of the trip. She was very well informed on the history of Hanoi and we particularly enjoyed her narrative on the tour of the heritage house. If you get the opportunity to book a tour with Linh we can highly recommend, she was very accommodating to our needs and it was lovely enjoying a coffe and chat at the end of the tour.

We had a wonderful time exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter by cyclo. The driver was friendly, careful, and made us feel safe throughout the tour. It was a relaxing way to experience the busy streets, local markets, and historic atmosphere without having to walk too much. We also learned interesting facts about the city along the way. From the title and description of the trip, we were expecting a 2-hour Cyclo tour but this was only the first 30 mins or so of the tour - worth noting. However, our guide Tracy was so helpful, friendly and professional. She took us to the heritage house and explained in detail historical Vietnamese life of a typical family who would have lived there. We told her we hadn’t tried Egg Coffee so she took us to a cafe popular with the locals which we would never have found on our own (Cafe Dinh) and, from chatting with us, tailored the walking tour to our interests perfectly. If you are allocated Tracy for your tour, you won’t be disappointed!

Gina contacted us via WhatsApp one day before the tour. We were picked up on time by four rickshaws, as we were a group of four adults and two children. We spent about an hour riding through the Old Quarter and French Quarter to the Opera House, where we stopped for photos. Gina rode ahead on her scooter and shared interesting information along the way. It was fun and adventurous to be in the middle of the busy traffic, though the air pollution can be high—bringing a mask might be helpful. After the ride, we continued on foot to a traditional Vietnamese heritage house, where Gina explained how people used to live. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We also visited a local market and a hidden coffee shop to try egg coffee, which was delicious. Gina even picked up my forgotten handbag and gave us great sightseeing tips. Highly recommended for a first impression of Hanoi!

This is great introduction to the Old Quarter. We were able to observe Hanoi in its full hustle and bustle. We saw some of Hanoi iconic landmarks and tried egg coffee. Sam the tour guy was very enthusiastic about Vietnam. His passion for his country was contagious and I highly recommend this tour.

My family and I came to Hanoi in the autumn. The weather was very cool, we had the experience of riding a cyclo around Hanoi's Old Quarter. A new and interesting experience with Cyclo Travel & Leisure. The trip was wonderful with a professional tour guide and tour service. We will come back to Vietnam soon.

The trip was planned very reasonably. The hotels, dining and resting places were all selected to be clean, comfortable and delicious. The prices at Cyclo were very reasonable for us. Everyone and I were completely satisfied with the entire trip. If I have another chance to travel, I will still trust and choose Cyclo.

The cyclist was careful on the crazy Hanoi roads and we had a one hour tour. Robert met up with us and the rest of the morning was visiting iconic places.
