This was an excellent tour. Bao was an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant guide. The food we sampled was great as well. Overall, a highly recommended tour.

This was AMAZING! Patrick was a lovely tour guide (and driver). He asked me what food I wanted to try and accomodated my desire to try weirder / less mainstream Vietnamese cuisine. He also was fun to speak with and was a wealth of knowledge about Ha Noi. I was a bit freaked out to be on a motorbike but felt completely safe at all times. I highly recommend this tour and Patrick.

Ben and Boa were amazing tour guides! What a unique and fun way to see the city and as the day warmed up, it was much preferred over a walking tour which is our usual choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am Vietnamese American and lived in Vietnam many years ago. I was visiting Ha Noi with my American wife who never been to Vietnam but has had lots of exposure to Viet foods. This private Motorbike food tour was perfect for us. It was personalized for our needs. 2 drivers with just us 2. We had fun traveling on the backs of our guides motorbikes. Chung Hoang was our main guide and spoke excellent Vietnamese. We got delicious local food and visited locations we would not have done on our own. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Looking back on 4 days in Hanoi in a group of 7 work friends this was the best activity we did. A bunch of lads all rocked up on mopeds and it was 4 hours of history and awesome local eats only a local could find. At times crazy laneway action. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It started as a rainy day in Hanoi. Max reassured me he will keep me safe and that he did. He is very professional young man! He took me to all the sights and more! I come from California and told him I am very familiar with good Vietnamese foods so he took me where he would go and I loved them all. I just hope you get Max with you because he absolutely made my introduction to Hanoi the very best I can ask for. Thank you Max!

Andy and crew took my family and me on a fantastic tour of Hanoi. His English was perfect, and his knowledge of the local history and food vast. We really enjoyed learning about the city’s history and visiting several places not on the typical tourist bucket list. The traffic in the city is insane, but they took good care of us on their motorbikes, bringing us water bottles during breaks to cool down in the summer heat. We stopped at three places to try different foods, which my whole family thought were delicious. We were full after three, but Andy had many recommendations of other places we could try in the city. We are still traveling in the country, but this may be the high point of our trip. Highly recommend Andy for a tour!

Lucky was a great guide and really knowledgeable. We went all around the Old Quarter and also to the outskirts of town with a pitstop for coffee at a truly local cafe with a great view. The roast pork and sticky rice lunch, Nem Nướng Nha Trang, and Che Chuoi desert were also amazing. I highly recommend this tour and Lucky as a guide!

The guide drove very safely and was able to recommend great hidden spots around the city. He is also a good conversationalist. I took the evening tour, which was perfect because it wasn’t too hot.

How lucky we were to have Max as our guide. If you want to get a real feel for Hanoi, it's people, culture and food then I definitely recommend asking for Max and taking a motorbike food tour. Max has so much knowledge and such a passion for his home town and is very experienced and safe in amongst the crazy evening traffic. Having a private tour meant being able to see so much. From seeing the B52 in the lake, The Opera House, the mosaic wall and riding over Long Bien Bridge. Mixed in with people watching and so much food. We even stopped at train street and front row for the night train. It was exciting from start to finish. Thanks Max. You made our stay.

What a great experience. The Hanoi traffic looks crazy, but we both felt safe on the back of the scooters as we weaved in and out of the busy traffic. Such a great way to see and taste some of what Hanoi has to offer. Would highly recommend.

The tour was fun and our guide Rick was enthusiastic. He told us a lot of inspirational things about the history of Vietnam and the local food. Sometimes it was a little bit of a challenge to understand Rick fully.

Absolutely loved the tour. Our guide Patrick and his team were amazing. They took us to the best hidden local spots for delicious food and drinks and were very knowledgeable about each dish. They took us around Hanoi and catered to our tastes. We even went over the time yet they still took us to all places. Was a fantastic experience and 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking to try local dishes that you wouldn’t normally find yourself.

Great night out in Hanoi. 4 of us on 4 bikes with 4 guides. Rik led us through great mix of different kinds of riding, from narrow alleyways to multi-lane highway to the mash of city traffic circles. Saw a wider range of sights than you can do if walking and stopped to try foods & places we would have never found on our own. Do it!

Would highly recommend this tour. Loved the motorbike ride around different parts of Hanoi and the delicious food. Max was a fabulous guide and was open to answering any questions we had.

This was a fun tour! Was really thankful for our guide Kenny and his partner for making us feel really safe on the motorbikes. It was our first time riding the bikes - and he made us feel really safe and comfortable. It was great being able to see Hanoi in this way. it took us out of normal sightseeing locations and seeing more local spots outsde of the Old Quarter. Highly recommend!

Loved this food tour! Our guide, Max was awesome. We tried Bahn Mi, Bun Cha, Summer Rolls, Bai Hoi, egg coffee, and banana fritters and got a great tour of the city on our first night. So much fun and so tasty!

Had an amazing food tour in Hanoi! The guide was incredibly friendly, took plenty of time, and was super flexible in adjusting stops to avoid dishes I already knew. It was the perfect combination of tasting delicious local food, visiting iconic city spots, and learning about Hanoi’s rich history, culture, and cuisine. Experiencing the city on the back of a scooter was thrilling and gave a unique perspective of the bustling streets. Just a heads-up—bring a mask to protect yourself from the air pollution. Andy took me to many places I wouldnt go by myself and he explained me a lot about Vietnan. Much better to visit places with a local guide. Of course, beeing on a motorbike in Hanoi was a great experience itself. The food was great and Andy talked about the food which was very interesting. I had a great evening! Highly recommended!

Andy picked me up on time, and then the adventure started. We were riding across the city for some interesting points and stopped to eat and taste the simple and wonderful food Hanoi could offer. Nothing fency but genuin. Andy knows the local history and local stories, combined with fluent English, makes him a great guide.

The tour so far was brilliant, they took us to all the places we wanted, we felt real Vietnamese experience going on the motorbike, they took us to the old quarter, French quarter, ocean view and as well the food places such as the coffee, pho, banh mi, bohn suon cha! My partner and I went on the motorbike sightseeing and food tour with Andy and Andrew, we cannot recommend this experience enough! They were both so knowledgeable about the sights and it was great hearing some of Vietnam’s history from a local! We could tell how passionate they are about their country and their people. We felt so safe on the back of their bikes despite the crazy traffic in Hanoi! After the tour, Andy emailed us all the restaurants and dishes we tried, as well as other restaurant recommendations for us to try! It was a very intimate and personable experience that I will definitely recommend to all our family and friends!

My 17 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our tour with Huy and Kenny. They were both very kind, knowledgeable, and generous. We got to explore parts of Hanoi we wouldn’t have otherwise seen, learn a lot about the history of Hanoi and Vietnam, try local delicacies, and share in great conversation. We especially loved riding on the back of scooters through the bustling traffic with confident drivers! So much fun!!

Had a blast on this night tour. I wanted to see the city but didn't want to deal with the heat , so the night tour was perfect Patrick was right on time and knew a lot about the city and country's history, culture, local cuisine and was knowledgeable in general. We went to several food spots and local parks/lakes/mausoleum. The food was exactly what I was looking for. Great local spots I never would've found on my own. Patrick showed me how to prepare my meal adding this and that to make it just right. The tour was great and in addition to the food I enjoyed chatting it up with Patrick and learning more about the Vietnamese culture and way of life. I have never really enjoyed tours on my vacations, preferring to set my own agenda and find places on my own. However in Hanoi this month I decided to try a motorbike food tour and it changed the way I view tours. Lucky was my tour guide and he was exceptional. From the start he was friendly and polite, making me feel at ease and comfortable. We talked first about my interests and I shared with him about my food allergies and set off. We started off with some sightseeing of landmarks and history of the city. His historical, cultural, and architectural knowledge was deep and insightful. He shared about the development of architectural styles pointing out different features of the buildings (something I appreciated because of my interest in design). Next up was the food. I consider myself adventurous when it comes to food and Lucky did not disappoint. He selected some truly authentic places to enjoy local favorites that were both new to me and introduced ingredients and flavor combinations I hadn’t experienced before. The food was delicious and authentic. What made this tour and Lucky stand out above any other guide I’ve met is the attention to detail he gave the eating experience. He introduced each dish and then walked me through the process of how to eat it to experience the flavors in layers in steps. I’ve always enjoyed trying new foods, but have never stopped to consider the actual process of enjoying a meal to discover and appreciate the complex layers of flavors. We also enjoyed some great new drinks with fruits I haven’t heard of before and some local desserts that caught my attention and taste buds. All guides I’ve ever had on tours either talked no stop or lectured without really engaging the audience. Lucky did neither, he had a conversation with me throughout the evening. He spoke and listened, making sure the tour fit my interests. This is what made it the best tour ever for me. I didn’t feel I was being talked to or lectured at. He took meticulous care of making sure the food met my dietary needs for my allergies and took care to follow all safety precautions as we walked and rode around. I enjoyed the tour so much that I booked a second tour with him and his company for the following evening. If you want a truly exceptional tour, with authentic foods, comfortable conversation and a genuine view of Hanoi , then Lucky and this food tour are a right for for you.

This was easily one of the best tours I have done in Vietnam. Having two local guides Long and Huy drive us around Hanoi was fascinating, as they provided a local perspective and took us for some incredible street food. I cannot reccomend this tour highly enough.

This was a really enjoyable tour given by two local guides Long and Huy, both of whom were very knowledgeable about all of the best local food spots as well as having interesting discussions about Vietnamese culture more broadly. This was 100% worth doing and definitely showcased parts of Hanoi that we would have never seen otherwise.

Mr Chung was a great guide, explaining all the sights and we had delicious food stops on the way! I even rebooked the tour the same week, to bring my friends for the tour too!

Huy picked me up from my hotel on his Vespa and took me all over the city to taste his favorite foods! He was really knowledgeable, and just a nice easy going guy.
