Excellent trip with your guide Quang. He was professional, offered comprehensive commentary on all we saw and looked after us throughout the trip.

Kun was a great guide, and the entire crew of the boat was just so attentive. The tour was lovely, with an easy organized pick up at the hotel, just the right amount of time on the lake, quick stop on the rowboats, the caves, it was just perfect. Can’t recommend enough having your own boat is just a real luxury.

The trip to Ha Long Bay was wonderful. The guide Hien did a great job explaining everything. We had a private tour and the boat staff made a delicious meal. The whole experience will be one of our highlights of Vietnam.

This was a perfect, stress-free way to do a day in Ha Long Bay. Our guide and driver picked us up promptly from our hotel at the designated time - our SUV was very comfortable and the AC was perfect. Our guide layed out the plans for the day ahead of time, so no surprises. We arrived a bit early for our boat and stopped at the Pearl Center - we're usually not big fans of these kinds and of stops, but it was interesting and relatively low pressure, and a very good coffee stop at the end. The actual cruise far exceeded our expectations - we had a whole boat to ourselves, the crew was super nice and the Vietnamese lunch was outstanding. The islands are truly spectacular - the boat sails at a leisurely pace, the waters are very calm. Great photo opportunites on all sides of the boat. Due to the heat, we chose to skip the optional kayak section and proceeded to Thien Cung Cave, which was one of the best cave experiences we have ever had. The cave is huge and beautiful, with many interesting formations. Further, the passage ways are well lit and well maintained, a huge plus for safety. Overall, great day - excellent guide, spectacular scenery, great food! Highly recommend, especially if you don't want to stuck in a large group setting.

We went with 2 kids ages 15 and 12. We had a fun experience on the private tour. Our guide, Hien, was kind and informative. The pickup was on time and smooth. The car was comfortable. We stopped by some pearl farm on the way the. Reached Halong Bay around noon. The boat and crew was good- it was a 48 person tour boat but just 4 of us on board. We had lunch on board which was tasty- mostly seafood . We saw various rock formations and kayaked through some caves, then visited another cave which was the largest and required an easy walk up some stairs to get to. Halong Bay is rather far from Ha Noi but the drive is mostly along the new highway so it’s manageable. Overall a fun experience.

The tour is great value for money. We really enjoyed the cruise, we were the only 2 people on the boat by chance. There was lots of food provided to us for lunch we were so full! And we had the most fun kayaking in the bay. I would highly recommend this tour for families or couples wanting a private and fun day trip to Ha Long Bay!

Hien was very knowledgeable and patient with us and really gave us a good insight of Hanoi and the Hanlong bay, The boat ride itself was calm as was the sampan ride we opted for in lieu of kayaking and well worth it as we saw the inside of lovely caves and explored the limestone shapes. Amazing!

A great day-trip from Hanoi (total excision was ~9 hours). Boating through Ha Long Bay was beautiful & opportunities to explore caves on foot and by small craft was also fun. An ample lunch served on the boat paired with an excellent and professional guide (Johnny) throughout the day made this private tour a good value. As a bonus we stopped at a pearl factory on the way out which was also quite fun!

A great private day trip from Hanoi (about 9 hours). The scenery, the boat experiences (main boat and the small boat from Fisherman’s Village), the cave exploration, and the lunch were all top-notch. Johnny was an exceptional guide - very professional and knowledgeable. Safe driver.

This city was very special. We work almost in the industrial high-end service in US and realized that Halong city will be a big deal for our investment for future. Thanks to our last visit centre to North Vietnam, we could see the big change and big chance for our plan.

Super easy logistics for a trip that includes a lot of travel. We also did the trip with our 11 month old and eveything worked out perfectly. We used our own car seat for the baby and there's no need for a stroller on this tour. The boat ride through the bay was so relaxing, the food was good (some of the best fried fish I ever had), and everyone involved was very helpful.

Full private tour is a must for couples! Had an extremely wonderful experience in Ha Long with Johnny Pham, really recommend him. The land view that we got we will remember for the whole our life's. If you ask to change timing to skip crowds you will get a really private experience. The lunch was very tasty, shrimps, fish, crabs, spring rolls, french fries. Beverages are cheap, anything you want. Was there for 5 hours with 2 hour pleasent trip from Hanoi.

Spent the day on Ha Long Bay. The bay was smooth and the stops were a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the cave that we went through. Nothing like it in the US. It is a must see. The lunch provide was delicious and handled a special allergy. Our tour guide Hine was top rate with his local knowledge and history.

Johnny was a spectacular host: highly communicative, punctual, knowledgeable and caring. The food was absolutely amazing. The scenery was something else with the gorgeous karts and sparkly caves. No overcrowding that we saw, and the area was relatively clean compared to what I expected based on some other reviews of Ha Long Bay! Highly recommend.

It was such an amazing tour! Our guide Hoan was absolutely lovely, explaining about the history of Vietnam, answering our questions so well, and even providing options for us so we could go to other interesting areas like the pearl farm! The boat trip around Ha Long Bay simply brought our screens to life, and the stop at the Heavenly Palace cave was absolutely breathtaking, though we do encourage those who come to train their stamina a little as there were quite a number of steps! Overall would recommend!
