Excellent communication and service. Was able to accommodate our new arrival time as we missed our original flight. Gave accurate instructions on pick up point where driver was waiting for us.
The service I was received was second to none. Right from the first contact I had when. Oolong on line to getting dropped off at the hotel was first class and very professional. The day before I arrived I was sent a photo of where I was going to be picked up and sure enough the driver was waiting for me . A lovely and helpful gentleman. I can’t rate the service highly enough: I will definitely be using the service again.
Very recommended to use this service!!! Nice car, punctual, driver also drived safely, what could you asked dor more? Great!
Very recommended! Clean & modern car. The driver also waited for us earlier than the schedule. Also shout out to Mr. Han who is very helpful & responsive
The driver was really friendly. I also left my hat in the car and he came and dropped it off to me. Legend
We had a party of 5 and the vehicle was so small that we couldn't get all our luggage in. Which was 5 regular bags and 5 carry on. Plus the 5th seat was a fold up seat in the back. We had to rent a taxi to accommodate all of us.
Perfect airport pickup. Great prices, wonderful drivers, quality cars and an alloys reachable customer support with whatsapp support. We become loyal customers.

Booked this airport pickup on the internet and the booking process was simple. Got a confirmation message from the local operator with another a few days before the pickup as a reminder. On the day of the pickup, my flight was cancelled and I got an earlier flight. I called the contact number and they were happy to amend the time, and I got a messageconfirming the flight number. The pick-up itself was very good and the drive to the city was very safe even in the tropical thunderstorm. This is a great transfer service and I thoroughly recommend it. Great job, Hanoi VIP Transfer. I will definitely use you again if I come back here.
The transfer with Paradise Indochina Travel was excellent, they are punctual and formal. The price is economical. Very polite driver and comfortable car. I would use it again.
