I highly recommend Mr. Bing Tours for visiting Ninh Binh. The trip was very well organized, and the guide was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the day. As Muslims, we were also happy that we did not face any difficulties with food, and suitable meal options were available. The tour covered the main attractions efficiently while still giving us enough time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Mr. Bing Tours to anyone planning a trip to Ninh Binh.

Our tour guide Bang is genuine truly humble man and seriously kept it light and entertaining I loved it and I truly recommend this to anyone. Stunning views punctual team it was great overall highly recommend. Come in practical clothes and shoes its gonna push your limits but its honestly worth it.

Nihn Binh was absolutely beautiful. Our guide Mr. Bang was especially nice and supportive thoughout the trip. We had a really nice car that picked us up from our hotel with a pax of 10 people - super comfortable with AC and a complimentary water bottle.

The tour was great! The tour guide was charismatic, friendly, funny and very attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable throughout the trip. The tour itself was excellent, with beautiful attractions and two rest stops. Overall, it was a 10out of 10 experience.

This trip did not live up to the hype and the area looks nothing like the highly edited photos you see advertising Nihn Bihn. Our guide gave us very brief outline /information of the former palace, we went on a short bike ride that really seemed a bit pointless - no information about the area was given and we couldn't stop for photos, at one point we seemed to ride through the village tip. Lunch was OK but staff very rushed just busloads of tourists in and out. As we left the car park I realised I forgot my water bottle and hat and asked if we could turn around and our guide rolled her eyes at me (we'd driven about 10m out of the driveway). The boat trip through the caves isn't majestic, you are one of about 100 other boats, our guide didn't speak any English so couldn't ask any questions about the area. Doesn't look anything like the photos. After the boat ride we were dropped at the base of the Mua Cave and told to meet back in 1 hour to head back to Hanoi. We weren't given any information/history of the site at all just told to turn left at the top for the better view. We were told if fit its a 45 min return, but most take 1 hour and to meet back in an hour for our return to Hanoi. All in all the trip felt rushed, guide didn't seem like she wanted to be there and felt like we were rushed through the whole day. Tour says you arrive back in Hanoi between 7 and 8pm but we got back before 6pm. More of a box ticking experience than an enjoyable day out, possibly if we had more time, weren't so rushed and were given some more info about the places we visited i would have thought differently (bike ride could definitely be scrapped and allow more time to look around the Mua Caves).

Our Ninh Binh tour ride on DCar was comfortable. The tour was amazing especially the bamboo boat ride. Foods for lunch was excellent. Mua cave climbing up is abit challenging but the view is definitely worth it. Will definitely choose tour again. Thank you.

Ninh Binh is a peaceful and beautiful destination that feels like a hidden treasure of Vietnam. The limestone mountains, green rice fields, and calm rivers create amazing scenery everywhere. Taking a boat ride in Trang An was relaxing and unforgettable. The local people were friendly and welcoming, and the food was simple but delicious. Compared to busy cities, Ninh Binh is quiet and perfect for slowing down and enjoying nature. It is a great place for travelers who love landscapes, culture, and a calm travel experience.

We had a great time in Ninh Binh with our helpful guide Jobs. The places were interesting to visit. The boat ride was the best part, calming and amazing, and our boat lady was definitely professional with her job. The lunch included was also nice. It was some dishes we wouldn’t have known where to get in Hanoi. We went during the new year’s holiday so everywhere was packed with tourists. But Jobs did a good job making sure every part of the tour go smoothly, starting from the easy pick up all the way till the end. The only issue was we didn’t get to have much time at Hang Mua probably because of the traffic around the entrance. So 10/10 recommend this as a small getaway if you get tired of the buzz in Hanoi. But do it at a time when it is not big holiday.

It was well arranged tour and we were picked up on time from Hanoi Opera House. We really enjoyed Trang An boating. Our guide Long was very helpful and kept us energized throughout the tour.

We had a fabulous time with Nghiep (who goes by Jobs in English). He certainly knew how to do his job ;) Charming, funny, and on point herding cats (tourists like us!). He talked about history in a way that one can actually remember! Highly recommend his tour!

We had an amazing day on the Ninh Binh small group tour from Hanoi in the luxury D-Car. Everything was well organised from pick-up to drop-off, and the transport was very comfortable. The itinerary was perfectly paced — Hoa Lu was interesting, the Trang An boat ride was absolutely stunning, and although the climb at Mua Cave was challenging, the views at the top were 100% worth it. Lunch was enjoyable and a nice break in the day. The biggest highlight was our guide Jobs — friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging, with excellent English and great energy. He made the day fun, informative, and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour and especially Jobs to anyone visiting Hanoi!
