Cuong was such a brilliant tour guide for this tour! Loads of info about the spots, so friendly, and made sure we had all we need at all times. Tour is great - we fit loads in and really felt like we’d seen it all but it didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall one of my top days on my trip - thank you Cuong - I really recommend.

Great tour today with Don! Everywhere we went was just stunning. The tour was well organized and Don was super personable, establishing a connection with all of us and going out of his way to make the experience good. Ninh binh is a must visit in Vietnam. I almost wish I had more time in the area - it was amazingly beautiful. The Trang Anh boat tour was the highlight for me! The restaurant had vegan food too. it wasn't gourmet, but it wasn't bad like some of the other reviews said!

It was a fun, full day. A nice variety of activities - walking, cycling and boating. Saw lots of interesting sights. I would recommend this tour.

We went on a private tour with Ms. Thao for 2 days. Everything was included, we saw everything that there is to see in Ninh Binh, we had a private driver and home cooked food! Ms. Thao takes a lot of photos for you so you don’t have to have your camera out! We had a really good time and can absolutely recommend a private tour with her!

We were lucky enough to have our tour planned by Thao who prepared a fun filled day with amazing views and breathtaking scenery! We visited the beautiful UNESCO Trang An and Mua Cave. Later in the evening Thao invited us for dinner at her home and cooked us a delicious memorable dinner! Best spring rolls in Vietnam!!! She is a fantastic guide and host and I highly recommend this tour guide! 100/100

The full day tour was really special, we really enjoyed our day exploring Tam Coc. Our tour guide was really amazing too, my partner and I really loved spending the day with Tong Thao Ms. She took great photos of us whilst we were there and shared them afterwards, and even send a sweet video complications of them made by her daughter.

We had an excellent trip with this company. Our guide Snow and her sister Thao had everything set up inclusive of pick up from Hanoi. Private car was new, clean and driver was very friendly. Our guides knows all the spot to take pics, tickets were purchased before hand, meals are taken at established restaurants. She spoke excellent English and is like an energetic bunny running all over the place to help us settle down. Overall, the tours were very, very well organised. I highly recommend engaging them for your tours.

The tour we selected on the website was nique & Private Hoa Lu Trang An Mua Cave Tour. I mention this because the tour was truly spectacular. Tailored and crafted to make sure we had a great experience. Everything was timely. Thoa Tong our local Ninh Binh expert was amazing. Fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. Driver (Thwan if I got that spelling correct) was amazing, drove a clean, modern car with great aircon and easygoing attitude! and tour guide Thao is fabulous!! She speaks a great English, took amazing photos of us, and really provided a fantastic day of exploring! She is a great care-taker of all the details, going as far as to bring us fruit and invite us to a meal at her home.

We booked a private day tour to Mua cave, and Trang an. We were picked up in the morning by Our driver, Tuan, who ferried us safely and smoothly to Ninh Binh. Through the ride, he was attentive to our needs and played good music for us. When we reached Ninh binh, Snow was our guide for the day. She was informative and very friendly. She also kindly helped us with plenty of photo taking. We really enjoyed our tour so much and look forward to returning in future. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

Snow was our guide for two days around Ninh Binh. We visited the Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An, Hoa Lu and Mua Cave. Amazing views and places. We were 5 friends so we needed a big car to move around. Snow and her sister Thao invited us to dinner vietnamese food at her house.

Thao is the absolute best tour guide in the world! We had so much fun seeing Mua Cave and cruising down Trang An. It must be the most beautiful place in the world. Thao told us so many fun stories and found the perfect place for us to eat. I have some strict dietary rules that make eating in Vietnam a little difficult but she managed to work around them and find a delicious and authentic meal for us. She even gave us all of these little Vietnamese snacks from her bag to let us try. Walking through the market she also got us samples of so many different snacks—even a coconut! We loved our first day with her we immediately booked her for our second day! She also took a million photographs for us... can’t say enough good things about her! Come visit us in New York, Thao!

Our tour guide, Thi ( Tommy ), and the driver, were both very nice and the day was great from start to finish. Tommy was enthusiastic and proud about his country, which made each visit all the more interesting. He also provided good conversations and fun throughout the day. All in all a very good tour and one I recommend to all.

Excellent tour and excellent tour guide, Mr. Thi. The Tour took us to ancient capital of Vietnam, Hoa Lu, first. This place is very important place for someone who love history or want to know little bit about Vietnam. Then the tour took us to suburban area that we can bike around for nice landscape view. After 30 minutes buffet lunch, We went to Trang An for a water boat trip floating along a long channel of body water. During this water trip we have fabulous views of many beautiful mountains, land fields, water tunnel cave, and under water algae fields. It hard to describe the beauty of this magnificent area. We have to be there to feel the beauty of it physically. I would like to recommend Mr. Thi , the tour guide to all of you. He is a very good and funny guide.

Tommy is a very nice people that can help eveeyone to know local history. Everyone all have fun in this tour ,for example:climbing the mountain、take a boat and eatting local food! 這次的經驗讓我跟我朋友的經驗深刻，所以如果有機會的話下次還會再來，尤其是當地的山羊肉，不腥又好吃，只是其他菜色重口味了點

Tourguide Tommy was very friendly and we enjoyed the tour. Great bus, views, beautifull places. They took their time for you. The lunch could be better though. :) we really enjoyed the boat and boat about 2 hours. I love the scenery so much. Highly recommend the tour

It’s a very great tour with an excellent tour guide Mr Thi, where we feel so blessed to have him. Very thorough explanation were given with utmost patience and the tour guide even took excellent photos for us. He has impeccable photography skills. Besides, he has great time keeping skills which picking us up on time but not rushing us over, make it a very leisure trip and yet not wasting any time. Every minute spent in Vietnam is totally worthy with his good tour guiding skills. I would say quality time spent with him and definitely would recommend this trip with everyone, and also the amazing tour guide. ☺️

What a fantastic tour!! Thi was a brilliant guide, gave us lots of history on Vietnam. The walk to Mua Cave was very hard in the heat but the views at the top are stunning! Thi also helped me up and down as the heat affected me. He’s so kind. The lunch was delicious in a beautiful setting. The boat ride on the river was very picturesque and relaxing. Just be aware there are people in boats half way through who are trying to get you to buy stuff! I really enjoyed cycling through the rice fields and seeing the cows! Overall it was a very memorable experience and hugely recommend going!!

So, what there was to see was really top! The guide's humor, however, takes some getting used to or annoying. That's why a point deduction. But this is a purely subjective attitude.

I want to commend our guide Tommy today Keeping an interest in our couple who don't speak English It could have been a comfortable trip. Every time we get off the boat from the swamp, our safety I want to thank him for doing my best.
