Ninh Binh Group Tour Of 11 From Hanoi Via Mua Cave Tam Coc Hoa Lu

Brilliant trip from start to finish. The transport was on time and was very comfortable. We were met by our guide who was very friendly and informative through out the day. The climb was good and the views incredible. The biking was fun and meant we got to explore off the beaten path which we couldn’t access via the bus. The food was really good at the lunch spot and plentiful. The boat ride along the river and through the caves gave for some stunning photo opportunities. The temple visit was informative of some of vietnams early history. All in all I’d definitely recommend this trip. As it was a small group tour there was only a maximum of 8 of us which gave it more of an intimate feeling. Also due to the small group it meant we could set off earlier and hit all the main attractions before the big tour companies arrived.

A great day, small group we were kept away away from the crowds. Bike ride was beautiful, peaceful, nobody else around us. The boat ride stunning. A very enjoyable day ☺️.

Nien was our humorous and knowledgeable guide for this full-day Ninh Binh excursion covering Hang Mua peak and cave, a Tam Coc boat tour, cycling to a local farmer’s house for a visit, and finally Hoa Lu temple. It was a very hot day (42 degrees celsius!) and Nien and our driver Hai made sure our comfortably air-conditioned minibus was additionally provisioned with cold bottles of water in an ice-filled cooler box. Cycling was optional, and 7 out of the 9 people in our group ended up opting to go to the farmer’s house via our minibus due to the heat. What I really appreciated was how Nien never made the remaining 2 of us who wanted to cycle feel like we had to choose to forego cycling and go along with the rest of the group in the minibus — he sincerely asked us what we preferred and I’m truly grateful for this because the cycling bit, although short, turned out to be my favourite activity of the day. Lunch was included in this tour (served family style) and we were thankful that it was in an air-conditioned restaurant with clean restrooms.

The best way to see the highlights of Ninh Binh! This itinerary is well planned and makes sure you don’t visit the stops at super crowded times. Our tour guide Nien was great and added fun facts and humor! I liked how he gave us some free time to explore alone as well.

It was an enjoyable trip. Our guide, Nien was attentive to the group needs. He is very knowledgeable, told us stories and jokes to make the trip interesting as well. The driver was safe and prompt. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Day tour to Nihn Bihn was a mix of history, amazing landscapes and adventure! Nien (our guide) and our driver were not only very professional but also funny and all the time helpfull! Would recommend this experience for anyone passing by Hanoi!

We were fortunate to have Niên from Eva beauty clinic as our tour guide and anh Hai as our driver . I would give Niên 10 stars. He was very intelligent as our guide with history knowledge and his English is very good . He cared so much about our group making sure we were taken care of . Switching our routes so we have the best experience with less crowds . Best part was he’s so funny . We appreciate you !

Mr QA was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humour. The tour itself was perfect for my family with children around the age of 10. The highlights are the view from the top of the steps - you earn it! - the lunch and the boat ride. Thanks to QA for making the day so interesting and fun!

Hoa is an amazing tour guide! He is knowledgeable of the history and the sights. You can tell he wants to educate us on the Vietnamese culture and how people lives and not just shuttle us from place to place. He hiked up to the top of the mountain with us and make sure everyone got enough breaks and water. We had a wonderful time biking around the backcountry of Ninh Binh where no other tourists were. We had a wonderful lunch of local cuisine before floating on the river to see the caves. Last but not least, we were educated on the history of the old temple about the king and his three sons. This was such an amazing tour. I would highly recommend it!!!

Wonderful tour. Very well organized, our guide Hoa was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture and took the time to really explain things. We hiked in the morning before it got too hot, we went off the beaten path on the bike ride (fantastic experience), the boat ride was very interesting, and Dinh Temple gave a great sense of history.

We had such an amazing day with Hoa! He was incredibly knowledgeable and had interesting facts and stories to share. And, most importantly, he was very kind - making sure we were comfortable throughout (not easy on a very hot day), explaining every step of the itinerary, and just really making good on his promise to give us an incredible trip to Ninh Binh! We booked this tour through our hotel, so that was a stamp of approval right away - and now we understand why they had so much confidence in this tour and Hoa (Bruce Lee) in particular. Don’t hesitate to book the trip to Ninh Binh and ask for Hoa!

Hao was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We did the full day with hiking to top of mua, bike riding, boat, and ancient temple. It was really fun and the day was paced well. We had an excellent time!

QA was our tour guide and his service was excellent! He spoke good English and was clear and professional in his communication. He arranged our tour such that we avoided the crowded times, and we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. Special thanks to QA for ferrying my youngest kid on the bicycle across the countryside, and also patiently waiting for us as we slowly climbed up the mountain. QA also helped us take lotssss of amazing photos!! All in, it was a great fruitful day trip to Ninh Binh and transport was super comfy on a DCAR limousine with massage function on the individual seats! Bruce Lee was my tour guide for today. Very kind and charming tour guide. He knew a lot about all the activities we were doing and could answer question we had for him. He made the tour very fun and i enjoyed it greatly.

The tour guide Hoa was amazing.pick up from the hotel very punctual and the service was great from beginning to the end.the limousine comfortable , this was amazing tour full of information, outstanding scenery, excellent variety of activities . I thoroughly enjoyed this full-day tour of the Ninh Binh area. It is rich in history, culture and natural beauty. My tour guide, Hoa, provided exceptional service throughout and was always willing to explain the historical context of all the sites visited. I took the full bicycle tour which included a local visit to a countryside home, hiking to the incredible Mua Cave and a canoe cruise down the Tam Coc river. Overall, an excellent day tour from Hanoi ! Thanks again Hoa for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic day trip from start to finish. Our guide Bruce Lee greeted us at our hotel and brought us to our private limousine which was perfect. The trip itinerary was great and each activity/journey was timed to perfection. Bruce Lee was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. He ensured we ensured we had enough water/food/pictures throughout the day and is quite a good photographer. A day to remember in Ninh Binh :)

For our tour we were first picked up at our hotel in Hanoi, and then we were taken to Ninh Binh in a very comfortable large vehicle with A/C. Then upon arrival we hiked up Lua Cave and saw some stunning views. Then we went on a very fun biking adventure and met a local family. We even had some food with the family and drank some rice wine! To finish the tour we went on a boat trip and saw a temple. During the whole tour Hoa gave us information about Vietnam and treated us with care and kindness. We highly recommend this tour and you’ll be lucky to have Hoa as your guide!

Bruce Lee looked after us very well, great explanations of the history of the region, I was unwell from something dodgy the night before, and the stair climb took its toll on me. Bruce went out of his way to help me down the long climb in very humid conditions, I was very grateful!

This was such a great way to see the country side. The views were amazing from the hike, the boat ride was breathtaking and the cycling provided a unique experiences for getting around to each spot. The food was also wonderful. We would definitely recommend, ASK FOR TOUR GUIDE DANG! He was an amazing, very knowledgeable and wonderful to spend the day with! 10/10 experience!

This was an amazing tour! It was full of great information, outstanding scenery, excellent variety of activities (hiking, biking and a river boat ride). Nothing too challenging, but enough exercise to make you hungry to enjoy a great simple and delicious local lunch! Hoa (or as we like to call him, Bruce Lee…he told us it was his nick name!) is an excellent tour guide! He is warm and friendly , full of real information, very caring and mindful when climbing up the stairs and very funny with an excellent sense of humour! I would definitely love to do another tour with him next time we are here…meanwhile, I suggest you ask for him to guide you too! Thank you for the wonderful experience today Hoa!
