I had Harvey as a tour guide for one day. He was really good and knowledgeable, explaining to us since good history of Ninh Binh. The Trang An boat ride was the best part.

The travel to Ninh Binh was on time. The bike experience was great as it reminded us of our childhood days. The temple visit was limited though because there were a lot of tourist lining up. Our group decided not to go inside the temple for the emporer anymore. The food during lunch was abundant and delicious. Overall, the schedule of Oanh / Lily was respectfully followed. Maybe because the Lily Family was composed of adults with no teenagers or children tagging along.

Amazing experience and so well organised and perfectly executed even with a weekend rush. Our guide and the team made sure we had a fun time. Shared important information about the history and the culture for each place that made the entire tour interesting and informative. Cheers to team Sticky rice.

The tour was so good, with an excellent tour guide. The trip was amazing, very smooth, on time and we enjoyed a lot, the food is also amazing and the bus was good too with excellent air-conditioned and good driver.

Booked this tour the day before our group of 9 People planned to go. As soon as we booked we got a call from the company confirming the details and all instructions were very clear. Our tour guide, Kim Oanh (Lily) was very knowledgeable and made our tour very fun! Would highly recommend!

The tour was both enjoyable and convenient; we appreciated the boat ride and were pleased to discover Indian vegetarian food at lunch. Alex served as an excellent guide throughout our visit.

Lily was a great and friendly host for our trip! We saw many great sights around Ninh Binh and especially loved the bike ride! Our only critic is regarding the timing, the boat ride was really nice but a bit long and the hike felt a bit rushed.

The trip was really enjoyable. Clearly structured and with a lot of breaks in between so it was not overwhelming at all. If anyone was too tired to do one of activities there was the option to skip it. Lunch was good. A good selection of different dishes with seasonal fruits. I was positively surprised when we had the boat tour (was even better than in the pictures.

We really enjoyed the tour overall. It was very informative, well planned and we learnt a lot throughout the day. We had three children with us, and unfortunately there were no bikes suitable for children, so we had to rule that part of the experience out. At the end of the day, the group was separated between those who wanted to do the climb the mountain and those who didn’t. We decided to split up, with some of us doing the climb and my partner staying with some of the children. What was disappointing was that there were actually flat walking paths and plenty of things for the kids to see and do once inside. This information wasn’t communicated to us. Instead, my partner was waved away and told to go and find a coffee shop elsewhere. When she later found out what was available inside, she was understandably very unhappy. We pay for the experience and the knowledge, and we expect to be given all the relevant information so we can make our own choices, particularly when travelling with children. It was disappointing to feel that options may not have been explained to us because there was some cost saving involved.

The tour went great. The organization was at a high level, everything was timed and without haste. lunch was also acceptable, there was a choice of what to eat. the food was varied. special thanks to the guide for the clear organization on the route.

We did our nihn Binh tour with Ms.Lily. She is very friendly and informative. We enjoyed our whole tour to the fullest.

I joined the tour with our guide Oanh, whose English name is Lily. She was very enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful throughout the tour. I joined the tour with a friend, and we really enjoyed the itinerary. The different stops and activities made the tour fun and interesting. The Mua Cave viewpoint had a beautiful view, although the climb was quite challenging and tiring. It would be even better if tours or audio guides were available in more languages, so that more international visitors could fully enjoy and understand the experience. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the tour. Thank you, Lily!

The tour guide was good in communicating because he speak english well. The tour was smooth until end.
