First take these 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. They really pressure you to give a 5 star review in the car on the way back and it’s awkward to refuse. Tour was fine but nothing special.

Ninh Binh is a beautiful province. Tan, our guide did an outstanding job of telling us about the area and accommodating all of us. It looked like it was going to rain during the boat ride and Tan provided umbrellas. Lunch was extensive and delicious. The bicycles were basic and not the most comfortable to ride, but this is common here. Bring your own toilet paper and sanitizer as some stops are not well equipped.

Thanks to Vu Nguyen's excellent planning and hospitality, the day went well. The bus trip was pleasant, and food and drink (including a free lunch) were given. A wealth of information; Vu's knowledge of statistical information, facts, and dates was impressive. We lucked out with pleasant fall weather: bright but not scorching, and crowds at the attractions were manageable. Sunset at the distant Bich Dong pagoda after a late afternoon bike ride was unforgettable.

It was a pleasure to be with the other travelers on the trip. The tour guide Bob was very informative and very attentive. Excellent guide!!

We did not get the itinerary we booked for Ninh Binh. We did not want cycling but it was on the tour. We did not want Mua Cave either but it was on the tour. We also wanted Trang An but went to Tam Coc. However, because of flooding at Trang An we did choose Tam Coc since it at least had 1 cave we could travel through. Our tour guide Tam was excellent however though he works for Cozy Vietnam and not Aloha Vietnam that we booked with on TripAdvisor. We should have been told in advance of the tour changes before the day of the tour. We would likely have canceled the tour.

Rose and Jenna were fantastic tour guides! They spoke excellent English, were very knowledgeable and made the day fun and interesting. We wanted to spend some time taking video and pictures and they both were very accommodating to allow us to do that. Although the weather was not so good on the day we went, the boat ride through the caves at Trang An was an absolute highlight.

The tour was great! Everything was on time, the guide (Sunny) was knowledgeable and friendly. The bus was very nice, with phone chargers and wifi. The tour itself was extremely beautiful, and the included lunch was pretty good. Snow was our guide during the boat tour and she was a ton of fun!

Ninh Binh was refreshing to visit, away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Our tour guide, Linh, was very helpful and always made sure all of us were comfortable during the tour. The caves at Trang An were amazing!

We 2 tourists from Spain had daily trip tobTrangvan _ ninh binh. The weather was little bit hot for us so some walking andbhiking were hard. But Rose team guided us very well. Had a wonderful day with our delightful guides Loan and Linh. You get to see the wonderful raw beauty of Vietnam and it's peaceful people. The scenery is otherworldly especially the boat trip down the river. Even though there are many tourists you still get those precious quiet moments where you can soak in the exquisite beauty of Vietnam. Cycling through the village was really lovely, it makes you feel part of everyday life. The temple and history behind it makes you feel part of something truly ancient. Highly recommend it.

I have a wonderful trip with Miss Linh and Rose. Linh explain a lot about Vietnam dynasty hiatory from the 1st king in Hao Lu with its culture. The trip in am tien cave is really worth it with beautiful cave and lake. During boat trip in trang an Linh explain a long the way and keep the trip lively. It is very recommended tour!! If you doubt it, book it now!!

The tour is packed with different experiences from cave visiting and mountain seeing on a boat. Had to change my pickup location last minute and the organiser was gracious enough to accommodate to the request. The tour guide Jack was friendly and this trip is great for small groups. 👍🏻

I took i day trip to Ninh Binh and got a really nice service from the local guide named Tuyet. She’s very friendly, funny yet professional, informative, and soooo kind. I got a very good time in Ninh Binh. The Trang An Bout Tour is amazing.

My husband and I did a day tour to the National Park in Ninh Binh with Ms Thao and it was a lovely and organized trip. We were greeted by Ms Thao at our hotel and taken by car to the Cuc Phong National Park which was about a 25 minute drive from our hotel. Ms Thao explained a little bit about the area and Vietnamese culture during the drive there and provided us with snacks and bottled water. We had a great tour of the primate and turtle sanctuaries and then hiked up to cave with great views of the park. Lunch was organized at a local restaurant in the park and Ms Thao was very flexible with the itinerary and let us squeeze in the Bear Sanctuary, which we highly recommend. It’s unfortunately not a great situation right now in Cuc Phong for wildlife and a part from the sanctuaries we didn’t see any animals or birds. This isn’t a problem with the tour, but certainly a broader issue of conservation. I would recommend this tour.

The one day trip is perfect way seeing all the amazing views which honestly left me breathless. Highly recommended. And big thanks to our guide Thao, she did amazingly!

Our tour guide is the best we’ve had in Hanoi. Despite us joking that Hanoi people don’t have a sense of humour, she had proved us otherwise. The otherwise hot day which made us lethargic, was cast away by her constant chatter which brightens our mood. Her in-depth knowledge on the cultural and historical facts had given us a deeper appreciation of this place. Our family is very grateful to have her today as our tour guide. 2 thumbs up for Ms Thao.

Loan is a very friendly guide! She makes lot of jokes and say interresting informations about tour! Her english is perfect and fluid. I'm french and i understood everything she said! If we can choose our guide for tours, of course I would choose she!! All the best for her!

Positive points 👍 I found this one day well managed tour package very helpful. 👍 Tour guide (Ms Lead) did really well. She gave information in precised manner. She make group united and keep always things happening. (What I didn't experienced last time in Halong bay one day tour). 👍 Management team took care of small small team such as WiFi, tissues, Security of belongings, drinks when you required. 👍 Driver was at his good. (Previous case he was talking on phone for most of time while driving). 👍 Got good vegetarian food. 👍 Locations were so good. Negative point 👎 No safety seat belts in van. Overall I enjoyed a lot and gave 4½*, ½ is just because of safety belt.😀 Wish you happy journey ahead.🇮🇳🇻🇳

Loan is very friendly guide having lot of informations about the places we visited. More than a guide she was like a friend in the entire tour. I will recommend her to my friends visiting Vietnam.
