Ninh Binh - Halong Private Transfers One Way (Free Hotel Pickup)

Unfortunately, we received very little information prior to pick up. The driver turned up 40 mins late, and we spent a long time trying to locate him by wandering around the ‘location’ and contacting various numbers (through what’s app, phone calls etc). We set off and 20 mins later stopped at a ‘tourist trap’ pearl farm to pick up ‘lunch.’ However, no food was available so reluctantly had to wait until he had his lunch until we were able set off again. The charging ports in the car didn’t work, so we couldn’t charge our phones. An hour behind schedule, we arrived, to be told that it was my fault that the car couldn’t go down the road because it was too narrow. We wouldn’t book again, it wasn’t reliable enough for us.

Our driver was on time and waiting for us in the hotel lobby. He was very cordial, got us loaded up and delivered to our destination earlier than expected. He gave us a potty break after 2 hours of riding, at a very nice shop with gifts, drinks and food. The limo van was extremely comfortable & clean. Would use them again.

Had a great experience with the driver. He drove us from the Ha Long Bay Cruise area, to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. Offered us water, and offered to visit a pearl farm.

Good communication via WhatsApp. Came right on time and we were able to book further transportation with them quite easily.

On time for pick up. Very prompt service. Friendly driver and very helpful. Very clean van. Would definitely recommend.

Very reliable and excellent experience. The driver was on time and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Our driver was very courteous and kind. Me and my three friends had a great experience with this company.

Very professional service and quick responses on WhatsApp. Good prices and vehicles. We used Hanoi VIP Transfer for all our trips between Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long and Hanoi. I would use them again on my next trip.

We booked several transfers in Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi Am, Ho Chi Minh with this company and we were very satisfied with services. This a reliable transfer company. They always reach us through whatsapp and did a great work. They always support and help us any time we need. Tks all

The trip was comfortable, in time and spacious. The driver was friendly and we had a great time. Recommended for comfortable and affordable rides.

We hired a transportation from Ha Long Bay to the Noi Bai airport, since our time was very tight. Driver was on time to pick us up, car as expected. We arrived with plenty of time to catch our flight. Really recommend this service

I have taken this service several time. You can schedule a lot of different trips. Lots of destinations are available all around Vietnam, wherever you want and whenever you want, anytime. I personally have book a round trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh in November and a single way from Ninh Binh to Ha Long in October. The owner is always very nice and helpful. The hours are flexible if you need to change something in your schedule. The cars are clean and comfortable. And the drivers are always nice and smiling. I recommend this service 👍🏻

Nice greeting from driver, friendly and polite, good and safe driver, got us there quickly and promptly!

Punctual, friendly and kind transfer. We had to cancel because I was indisposed and there was no problem in keeping the conditions and price for another day. The attention was impeccable and they had a lot of patience. I am very grateful and I totally recommend them! Thanks for everything ! 🙏☺️

Excellent and kind driver! Would recommend to other travellers. The driver went out of his way to make sure we we're comfortable.

Great service, helped us change the time twice and it was no problem for them. The transfer was perfect on time

Had three trips with Hanoi VIP. From Hanoi Airport to Ninh Binh, from Ninh Binh to Halong Bay and then from Halong Bay to CatHay the driver waits there some hours and drove me to Hanoi. Everything was good. The contact above WhatsApp was always pretty good. Would recommend! Maybe they should add some water in the vehicle for the customers. The drivers english isn’t the best but when you ask in WhatsApp the guy there would call him and everything is perfect. Otherwise easy using google translate. Good cars! They were always on point for pick up or few minutes earlier!

Car was very clean, driver speaks English. It has amazing service and very friendly and helpful driver.

We were looking for a car transfer from Ha Lang to Ninh Bihn. On the internet we dound Hanoi VIP Service and we sent a Whatsapp message. Within a few minutes we had a reply and quatation. Great service! On the morning of transport we received the clear driver information and a picture of the car. When we left the Cruise (in Ha Long) the car was already there and we were goimg straight to our next destination. I recommend the service!

I went from Ha Long Bay to Ningh Bingh with my family. The driver was on time, the service was very good, the company was in communication to asure that everything was alright.

Highly recommended. The contact via whatsapp almost instantaneous, we were ahead without problem the collection and pending from us all the time! Great driver and we got to the destination sooner than expected
