The trip was very pleasant, starting right from the initial arrangements where they clearly communicated the pick-up point and introduced our tour guide. It was an incredibly informative experience! Our guide, Kate, did an amazing job explaining the history of the area. The company made a great choice having her represent her hometown, as she is deeply knowledgeable. She was also very friendly, helpful, and always looked out for everyone in the group. Her communication skills in English and other languages really stood out. Overall, this is a highly recommended trip!

We had a wonderful experience in Vietnam especially the Ninh Binh day tour. It was a quick immersion from the majestic place but it was worth the experience. Linh (tour guide) was amazing with his positive happy vibe and knowledge about the area made the trip incredible.

The trip was great. The organization was very smooth and convenient. There were no delays throughout the day. The bus was comfortable, and the group was just around 20 people. Operator Linh was very helpful before the trip. Tour guide Đức did a great job connecting with the group. Ninh Binh is absolutely stunning, and the program of this tour was perfect for a 1-day visit. A definite must go.

Excellent tour of Ninh Binh area. Tour of the temple, Boat River ride and climb on the Han Mua cave (Sleeping Dragon and Pagoda ) overlooking the Tam Coc Valley. Great experience. Tour guide nice and good communication skills, very proper. Nice air condition tour bus. Would recommend.

Ruby was quick to reply me and Berry our guide did his best to make us comfortable. He noted the weather conditions and ensured we could complete all attractions. We chose the private tour, car was clean and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Take note certain attractions can be physically demanding, make sure you’re prepared for it.

The travel agent Ruby and the tour guide Lily contact us the night before the trip for the pick up point. Lily arrived on time and guided us throughout the trip. Both of them are enthusiastic for the whole trip arrangement. The cycling activity in the trip was a memorable moment. The scenery in the boat trip was stunning. Overall speaking the trip worth with the money and highly recommended.

What I really appreciated was how he followed up after the tour to ask for feedback—it shows how much they value their customers’ experience. Our tour guide, Duc, was equally amazing. I enjoy the tour. About the places, I really like especially Trang An boat tour, through limestone caves and karst formations. That was amazing! The tour guide, Kate, she is great. She is very good in explaining everything, responsible with the customers, and friendly. I like her so much. Out trip becomes more fun because of her. Last but not least, I also like the lunch buffet. It was so good. The asian menu is perfect for me. I will definitely recommend this tour company to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Our guide was Hoa, she was very thorough with the information she provided on the tour. We climbed Dragon Mountain and went into caves on a small boat. Overall had a great time. Would recommend!

She is phenomenal in communicating with us on what to prepare for before our big tour day. #Trang was our tour guide. She was so bubbly and fun, explained the history and meaning behind locations we went to so well, and made our small group tour so meaningful. This was such a highlight of our trip to Vietnam, and I would highly recommend this tour. I enjoyed every part of it. FYI -mua cave is quite steep. I like how Trang warned us to not push ourselves. My parents are seniors now and could only go 3/4 of the way up Mua Cave but they still had a great time! The views are spectacular. Very accommodating company!!

We had an excellent Ninh binh trip with SST travels. The tour was extremely comfortable and the guide was knowledgeable. We enjoyed thoroughly. Was traveling with my siblings and husband and everything including food was authentic Vietnamese for those who want to try local food Shoutout to SST travel for the tour. I will 100% recommend going with them

The whole trip was will put together for a Day Trip as it covered so much! Kaylee did an incredible job of touring us through the entire day from her home town Hoa Lu with Buddhist Temple, historical palace and we climb a mountain nearby. Then it included a delicious buffets with a bike ride. After we got to go canoeing throughout Tam Coc and unde the caves. Then hung out in Hang Mua town area where some of us at the option of climbing incredible Hang Mua Mountain with tht stunning View Points of Vietnam mountains and heck of a work out I accidentally got next up as 2 groups separated on different buses, but the tour guide Kaylee went out of her way to make sure I was on the right bus. She really keep the huge group together and made sure we had everything we needed. Any who visits Hanoi and wants to see the country side of Vietnam including mountains, this is the perfect day trip. I had a great experience on my one-day tour to Ninh Binh. Elise from the travel agency was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I needed to postpone the tour due to a knee issue—even though the change deadline had already passed. I really appreciated the extra effort. Our guide, Tran Anh, was friendly, helpful, and made the day very enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and Ninh Binh is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with this tour! Everything was well organized, friendly people and beautiful scenery. Booked the day before, without any issues — contacted us on Whatsapp to confirm. The drive to the locations took around 2 hours, with a break around the halfway mark. Same on the way back. The driver made sure everyone was safe, knew the best routes and was very polite. A huge thank you to Robin for being an amazing guide! He was knowledgeable about the places we went to, very patient and helpful. The timing between the locations was perfect and he told made sure to tell us some history of every spot we visited. We had a great time exploring thanks to these two. Would definitely recommend!

Great trip. It was as mentioned. The team was very professional and everything was as promised.

We had an excellent time on this tour with Elbiee operator. Max was our guide and Tom was our driver, both were experts in getting us safely to and from each stop on the itinerary. We loved the boat ride and the visit to the temple, perfect way to see the quieter side compared to the craziness of Hanoi. The bus was clean, comfortable, and plenty of leg room for the long drive sections which made it easier.

It was an amazing trip to Ninh Binh that managed to cover many areas of the region with a variety of activities all in one day. Our guide Kaylee/Linh was friendly and kept us entertained throughout the journey!
