Limousine Bus From Hanoi To Ninh Binh/tam Coc

Prompt friendly, zero issues and easy to book . Was a full bus, had massage chairs, recliners and charger port

The service overall is good. The transport arrives on time and the road journey is smooth. However, the driver that was assigned for my journey was not friendly. He was rather quite short tempered and did not speak any English. This did not impact the way he drove but definitely made a difference in my experience as a tourist.

Simple and easy group transfer from a Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Our driver was timely picking us up from our hotel in the Old Quarter and the ride was smooth. The seats in the van were comfortable and also gave massages.

The bus was excellent but we reserved for 8am and they sent us a message that morning saying that they were coming at 7:20am for no reason. The driver arrived early and we had to have breakfast superfast because he was in a hurry. We didnt have any other tourists with us so we necer understood why they picked us up so early.

This was a good value for the distance and price, plus they picked us up, and dropped us off directly from our hotels. The seats were fairly comfortable.

The limo bus was very comfortable and the driver was great. You stop once on they way to get snacks or go to the bathroom

Unfortunately we had booked a private van for 7 direct pick up and drop off. Ended up with 12 in a very overloaded van with luggage all up the aisle and our stroller stuck underneath. We also stopped then had to change vans which didn’t make sense.

We had 2 different drivers.....one to Sapa and one to Hanoi. The driver to Sapa was very very fast and not really safe at all.....but we got there quickly 🤣🤣🤣. The driver to Hanoi was ok but he refused to drop us at our hotel as it was around the corner from another drop off so we had to walk. Not ideal but there really isn't a choice if u want to drive

Comfy air conditioned. Punctual. Great communication and service. Highly recommend to anyone travelling

Be clear about destination. Make sure you are on time at the pick-up point. The véhicule is very comfortable.

Expect a comfortable ride from your hotel to your next accommodation. The shuttle is spacious and clean.

You can’t cancel a booking at the last minute. We have a plane to catch and you give us no alternative. This is unacceptable and the last time I’ll book through you.

Very comfortable seats. The driver was very good felt very safe. We had a stop along the way to have a stretch food drinks ect. Very good company to go with.

Our 9 people bus is full yet still spacious and clean, each leather reclining seat is comfy. Our driver, darn, i forgot his name, is a perfect gentleman, he is punctual with his pick up and drop off schedule, he's courteous driving on the road, that is he rarely honks and rarely changing lane to weave through traffic and still got us to Ninh Binh within the 2 hours. He's also informative as he drove by certain interesting landscapes, that is only when you sit in the front seat next to the driver seat and show interests in the landscapes along the road. Otherwise he's respectful of your own present. I certainly recommend this bus and this company and would book again when I return to Hanoi.

The seats next to the driver (less leg room) and the rear (not reclining ones) are not suitable for tall people (6ft); they result in a back ache. The people boarding last bear the brunt of these sub standard seats. When asked about why the seats are different, they give weird excuses about booking VIP seats. If you are tall, just ask the operator to ensure comfortable seats. The seat next to the door allows you to stretch your legs the most. The driver drove safely, the road is smooth and the pick up and drop off happens on time.

The journey was comfortable and fast. The perfect air conditioning. Even the driver thinks he should know a few words in English.

The driver was very punctual and the trip very pleasant, I totally recommend it and the stop along the way I found very successful
