I’ve been to Halong Bay many times and tried different cruises, but every trip has its own unique experience. Leona was definitely one to remember. The weather was perfect, the cruise was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic. The food was also delicious. There were plenty of beautiful spots to take photos and capture memorable moments. A wonderful day trip with great service, great food, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!

The journey up by cable car was incredibly smooth, offering breathtaking views of the Ba Na Mountains along the way, which really added the way, which really added a special touch to the experience. Ba Na Hills itself is absolutely captivating. The place is enormous and feels like a magical kingdom, reminiscent of Disneyland. I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. Since we only had one day, I don’t think we managed to explore every corner, but what we did see was stunning. The weather was perfect, allowing us to take tons of beautiful photos of the scenic landscape. Overall, the tour was fantastic! Our tour guide was full of energy, knowledgeable, patient, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Everything was well-organized, and the instructions were easy to follow. The buffet lunch was also quite satisfying. My mom and I left feeling very pleased with both the service and the overall experience.

Amazing experience, absolutely stunning! The French gardens are beautiful. It truly was a beautiful experience! I made the right choice visiting when we experienced Bana Hill-chilly, misty, and dreamy. We visited on a Thursday, and the crowds were manageable. The cable car team ensured we had a trip ro ourselves. We couldn’t take any other trips because of occasional rain and heavy fog. Tips: - Weather can be unpredictable. Bring an umbrella. Raincoats are priced around 50k VND at souvenir shops. - Souvenir are cheaper near the parking/entrance area.

Ba Na Hills in Da Nang is a must-visit attraction. This hill is about 1500 meters above sea level, and the 15-minute cable car journey is truly amazing. Additionally, you can admire the romantic French architecture around the Sun World Entertainment area. There's no shortage of music and dance performances happening all day, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. I'm very satisfied that I chose TripAdvisor to book all of my tours.

There was almost always foggy weather, yet my friends and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The trips were enjoyable and exciting. Our guide was incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He would talk us through all the tourist spots we visited!! He provided us with ample information and interesting stories! He was very helpful and would answer all our questions. He even gave us free souvenir gifts! As we were a group of 4, we participated in a lucky draw for a photo; luckily, our group won and took home a layered group photo! This is an amazing experience at Ba Na Hills. It's fantastic here; the cable car ride, even in windy and rainy conditions, was smooth. We had a worthwhile travel experience with a local guide who treated us exceptionally well despite the rain, fog, and wind. She was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. It was wonderful, from the cable car ride to all the parks we could visit with just one ticket. The pickup time was confirmed one day prior. The self-driven coaster was amazing. The tour's scheduling is excellent, and I was able to visit all the important places. The food is delicious and diverse. The pick-up was in front of the hotel and on time, and the tour guide speaks good English. The tour service is excellent. My husband got sick, and I informed them late, but the tour still arranged for me on another day. The tour guide is friendly, and when I didn't have a raincoat, the guide went and bought one for me.Highly recommended

I discovered Ba Na Hill from online and decided to book a flight to Da Nang for the summer. Ba Na Hill is truly beautiful, and the cable car experience is very exciting. It was great when my friend introduced me to this Ba Na Hill trip, with a short 1-day visit to the famous landmark in Da Nang, the Golden Bridge. On the bridge, you can see the entire majestic natural scenery of a bridge surrounded by hands - it's too big for my imagination. It was an interesting and memorable experience here. Next, the tour guide took us on the cable car - one of the longest cable cars in the world. Go through the mountains with lush green forests to reach the amusement park and exciting games at the amusement park. It's great that the lunch here is very delicious with a buffet and quite delicious drinks and tea. Our tour guide was great and funny. I am very happy to have this interesting experience in Da Nang.

Da Nang is a beautiful and friendly city, the motorbike tour and culinary discovery is very cool and unique. I was taken by a tour guide around the city. We stopped by the Love Bridge, a very beautiful and romantic place. Next time I will definitely come back with my lover. I like the fresh air in Da Nang and how the people talk so happily and welcomingly. After that, I discovered many delicious restaurants in the city, they were all delicious and suited my taste. The skewer dish with many types of sauce was the first time I tried it and was very impressed, the best was the sweet and sour sauce. I ended the trip with many beautiful photos and a full stomach. This is a great and safe experience for women traveling alone for the first time, highly recommend everyone to try this tour!

Excellent private da nang food tour by motorbike .We did street food tour at Hanoi and really enjoyed it so decided to do another food tour at Da Nang . Our tour guide is mary , a very nice lady who can speak good English. The food is a lot nicer than the one we bought from other . It’s a great way to understand the local culture and history. This was one of the best tours we have had so far. First, the motorbike and tour guide picked us up at the hotel and departed for Con Thuong Market. After that, we walk arround the market and learned how traditional Vietnamese markets operate, shopping for local specialties. So much food to stuff our faces but they were so delicious that we couldn't stop eating! I was very impressed with the Rice paper sandwich and Nem lui, they were really delicious. We were able to see the Sunworld theme park, the Dragon bridge and Love bridge in between food stops which were very filling and satisfying, giving us a full experience.

I had the most amazing Halong Bay experience given the fact that I only have 1 day to spare. Halong Bay is really beautiful it's a must-see place in vietnam. We did so many activities. All in all, we had fun.Our tour guide is an excellent English speaker and very friendly and we learned a lot of things from him. Would definitely recommend this tour especially for those who love scenery photos

The trip was so fascinating. We departed from Hanoi along with a certain eagerness about Halong Bay wonder. And we did not regret our decision as we explored amazing Thien Cung cave, played kayak at Sung Sot cave and enjoyed great seafood. There is no exaggeration that this has been one of the most attractive destinations for the past few years!! We believe the city will retain the wonderful values ​​of Halong Bay’s nature and service. We had a amazing day on the water. We had a great time to explore Thien Cung cave. After that we enjoyed kayak to Sung Sot cave. My gf and I had a really memorable time with their operating, satisfied from the beginning to the end, also have some more new friends during the trip, we got well-known of the history and funniest moment from kayaking, and the other activities. We had a happy honeymoon, and among the places ưe travelled, i was quite happy with this cruise. We have a lot of private time together and meet many other couples. We had a good time. Couples may consider this option for their honeymoon

This weather in Viet Nam is not the right time to go to the beach but i have found many other pleasures. Me and my friend met other young people here and we had a lot of fun, especially our guide, he knew how to create atmosphere and make jokes. The food is quite fresh and has a good taste. Recommend to go with friends or family.

It was very great to visit Halong Bay with my firends. It went beyond my expectations. We went on a highway and after roughly 1,5 hour boat journey, we were stopped by Titop Island. Once you step here, you can't help climbing to the top of the island (more than 400 steps). We were amazed by its heavenly beauty with the 360 view of the whole Halong Bay. Moreover with our friendly and knowledgeable guide, we could understand the interesting history of the island and we really had a good time here. Besides climbing, we also swam in the beach because the weather in June, white sands and warm water were perfect for activities like swimming. After enjoying these above activities, the food would be definitely more delicious, especially with the fresh seafood specialities suggested by the nice guide. This amazing tour won't disappoint you. Try it and never regret.

There was a lot packed into this day, but it's definitely a budget tour without any frills at all. I was disappointed up be picked up in a cramped, grungy "bus" packed with people. It was hard even to walk down the "aisle" in this tiny van. There is very little legroom if you are tall. It takes a while to get on the road with all the pickups - - we didn't leave Hanoi until 9:30. However, there are vents and curtains, and the ride was not terrible. They told us it would be 3 hours, but it was closer to 2. There is a break in the middle for bathrooms and snacks. A bottle of water is provided at the start of the road trip. You're ushered onto the boat for lunch. We were merged with another tour group, so the boat had 25-30 people. The vegetarian lunch was not very good and was cold. Drinks aren't provided on the boat and are quite expensive to purchase. After lunch you can go sit on top of the boat and check out the stunning scenery. There are tons of other boats, but nothing can ruin beautiful Halong Bay, with its spectacular rock formations. There are 3 main stops: Ti Top Island: If you're in reasonably good shape, the climb to the top (about 400 steps) only takes 10 minutes, but there are tons of people stopping to take photos and breaks. The top has great views, but it's incredibly crowded, and of course everyone has to take 25 Instagram quality photos in front of every view, so you really have to be kind of pushy to get done and down the steps in time to get back on the boat. If you don't want to climb, you can hang out on the rather junky beach, but at least the views are pretty. You can swim if the weather is right or you like cold water. Kayak or bamboo boat: choice between kayaking or riding in a bamboo boat. Both go through a cave and into a beautiful bay, with towering rocks and entertaining monkeys. Again, it's crowded, and lots of people are shouting, but it is lovely. Cave: Sung Sot Cave, or Surprise Cave. Be aware there are more steep stairs up here. The cave is spectacular, and I really wish we'd had more time and heard more about the cave and it's history. It's enormous and really incredible, and very much worth the climb. After your activities end, it's back to the boat for "Afternoon Tea", which was pineapple, jicama, weird sweet crackers, and a choice of a small glass of (truly terrible) red wine or green tea. Then you can go up top again to watch the sunset, and cruise back to the bus in the twilight. It was cool and beautiful, though a lot of people were facetiming, on their phones, or generally being loud. More chairs are needed on upper deck of boat, as there were only about 5 chairs and 4 chaise lounges for close to 30 people. I wish they wouldn't allow smoking on the boat, but they do, so be prepared. The only beverage provided is the one bottle of water at the beginning of the trip, so be prepared. Tour guide Diamond was very sweet and tried very hard to make everyone happy and keep us together. She did her best to tell us a little something about each location we went to. Overall I can't complain much for the price. However it was a very rushed day and the bus was very crowded. Everywhere you go is crowded with people, so if that bothers you you won't like this tour. I found myself wishing I'd sprung for an overnight cruise to be a bit less rushed and crowded. Also, be aware you won't get back to Hanoi until 9 or 9:30pm.

Climbing 420 stairs up to the top is not sissies. How ever, the steps are accessible and wide enoungh to rest and catch your breath to make sure you get to the stop. The 360 view is fantasic

Well, this was an unexpected trip for us and i have so many things to tell about it. We were looking forward to an enjoyable vacation and it was beyond expectations. The weather in the whole trip was so great. It is the time when season changes. Nice sunshine and cool breeze, suitable for swimming or water activities. This trip totally different than previous trip. We had a private time together, went swimming and made new friends. I love swimming and feeling of swimming between nature truly wonderful! I feel quite regreatful when we was spending 3 days around Ha Noi but only 1 day for Ha Long bay. But it was exceptional, the tour company were very attentive with our needs, we got the plan changed and our request to modified easily. Food was really interesting during lunch, and the guide shown us how it made, led us to the island wasn’t so touristic where we could have a very clean swimming areas. Absolutely recommend for 5 star at all, C soon !!!

I wasn't wanted my lifetime for exploring Ha Long bay and got my destiny aswell, the beautiful paronama in here me love on, my family got a lot of experiences and tasty dishes... and our guide- Lily she was the best energytic girl ever and also her beautiful voice, willing to an answered any of our questions. Last week, my family had a trip to Vietnam. The first place is Ha Long and it was a great time to relax. First of all, we got up and drop off right at the hotel was very convinient for us because we have a children with, appreciate their flexibility in keeping my younger brother in charge of children even when he was the same age as an adult on his birthday, and they also gave him a nice birthday cake on his day. The delicious vietnamese seafood during our lunch, everything seems to be clean. Tour guide always listen and focus on everyone in the group to make sure we had a great trip. Long day was quite tired for us however, the sunset teatime was refreshed us before back to the capital. No need to complaint anything.

we weren't disapoited at all. With our little time , we could choose 1 day trip but with them everything was perfected , we went on the highway so it just took us nearly 2 hours bus save out time and very impressed with their menu for lunch, it look fabulous. Moreover, i heard that normally for 1 day trip it's hard to take swimming but their organizing direct Titop island where's more further and could swim there. We'll definitely be back!
