We took advantage of a discount package including spa massage and lunch at their sister spa and restaurant. This included a 4 hands oil and hot stone, bamboo, and herbal massage for couples. What an amazing experience, we started out with a jacuzzi herbal soak for 10 minutes and then a 2 hour massage. thank so much to our masseuses Bella, Misa, Ella, and Atela, very professional and expert hands. The ambiance is wonderful and the host staff very helpful and friendly. We followed up with a short walk along the lake to a great lunch combo at their sister spa and restaurant. Again great service and excellent food. Highly recommended.

Place is awesome,is like a small paradise from the noise of the city. The rooms are beautiful and clean, everybody welcoming and friendly, they really know hot to host. I had a Vietnamese massage and honestly I loved it, i can easily assume all the other options can be equally high level. I’ll have some more treats here as far as I’m in the city.

Visited the spa with my husband and with the help of the very kind manager, we chose the l’essence unique massage combo which included a massage, body scrub, steam room, herbal bath and a meal. All of it was great. The room we were in was private, clean and spacious. The entire experience felt very luxurious . Erina and Kevin were our massage therapists and both were excellent and professional using great technique and always ensuring we were comfortable throughout. The meal that was included at the restaurant was also very delicious and a very nice atmosphere. We originally were not expecting the meal to be anything special since it was included in the spa combo but we were wrong- everything was delicious! Though the pricing is on the higher side, we definitely feel like it was worth the price for a relaxing luxury experience. Our only wish is that we visited sooner so we could have come back for a second time!

Welcome tea and snacks, relaxing atmosphere in clean luxurious room and tea/snacks afterwards meant we had a wonderful time. Definitely will be recommending to friends travelling to Hanoi in the future. We’ll worth the money.

Very nice and clean spa centre! Very polite staff and super attentive to your requests. Zero hard-sell and very patient to share about their various packages and treatments. They have 3 branches and this one is the newest centre that just opened. Highly recommend to come back again, they even gave a voucher to be used for next visit. If you’re coming, do look for Siro and Anthony.. you’ll be in their good hands for sure.

We ended up choosing the honeymoon couple package and it was such an amazing experience! When you walk in everyone is super friendly and while you wait to look at the menu to see what type of massage you would like they give you tea and dry fruit to enjoy! The room was extremely clean and the service here is just superb! They really know how to take care of you the pressure of the massage was excellent and communication with the staff was perfect!
