Our tour guide Kelvin was amazing! He sent us messages in advance to organise pick up and the logistics of it all. He answered all our many questions about culture and history with a smile, took wonderful photos of us, and showed us in detail the process of making incense (we even made our own). The train street visit was super cool! From tasting different types of coffee to watching the train passing by so close to us. Our driver was great as well. Highly recommend the tour!

Thomas and Daniel were amazing hosts for our half day Incense Village and Train Street tour. They were warm, friendly, welcoming and great vibes all round. They explained how the incense is made, which made the experience even more interesting. They also took beautiful photos of us with a professional camera and told us how to pose which made things so smooth. We really appreciated them looking after our bags too. The door-to-door pick-up and drop-off was especially convenient as we were staying outside the Old Quarter, and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend Thomas and Daniel for a fun and memorable experience in Hanoi.

My mom and I just finished an incredible tour of the Incense Village and the famous Train Street, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. It’s hard to find tours that are truly comprehensive without feeling exhausting, but this was perfectly paced—we got to soak in the stunning colors of the incense sticks and the unique buzz of the train tracks without ever feeling rushed. Beyond the experience itself, we really felt like we got our money’s worth. Every moment felt well-planned, and the value we received for the price was exceptional. Our guide, Devin, was so incredibly nice and friendly, and made sure both my mom and I felt comfortable and well-cared for. It was so helpful having someone so knowledgeable who also shared such great local recommendations with us; it’s really helped us plan the rest of our time here. If you’re looking for a special experience to share with a loved one in Hanoi, I couldn't recommend this tour more!

It was a very pleasant outing. Walter, our guide, was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Seeing how incense is made was pretty neat. Fun place to take pictures too. It was also a nice way to see some of the area outside Hanoi Old Quarter.
