Was really looking forward to this having booked back in the Uk. I was reluctant to go to some side street venue as I wanted a professional massage. I did my research and found this would be the place for me. Upon entering, I was greeted with a big smile and welcome. My masseuse Hoai was excellent. She made sure I was ok and not using too much pressure. This was the best facial and head massage I have had anywhere in the world and for the price you pay- it’s soo cheap. I felt so tired after as it was so relaxing. I would 100% recommend this venue and Hoai if you want to feel looked after and happy with the service. I can see why it’s won trip advisor awards. Thank you!!

I decided to book a Nourishing Shampoo and Head Shoulders and Face Massage with Jun today. So glad I did. My first experience of this treatment and the best 1hr treatment I have ever received. Jun was professional, skilled and attentive. She checked in to ensure I was comfortable with pressure applied etc. I left feeeling pampered with soft, nourished hair and scalp, pure bliss. Have now booked a 1hr Thai massage tomorrow before flight home to UK. A shout out to Jun - thank you :)

Apologies for this late review, when visiting Hanoi, I was looking for a spa where I could have a couple of treatments. When looking around the area at various other spas I was drawn to this spa as the staff were uniformed and professional. (As a Therapist myself) this is something I look for and it didn't disappoint at all. My Therapist was Jun and I had the facial and hair washing.......where do I start......fabulous. The best facial......ever. My hair was so shiny when I left, it was an experience. Then I had a mini pedicure (Gel polish paint and cuticle trim). The therapist had to be switched at the pedicure part purely as they got busy but the service was equally as professional and both therapists so professional, polite and helpful. I am glad I visited, it was such a lovely afternoon, so if you are looking for a professional, clean, relaxing environment, then look no further, what a gem of a spa!

I just experienced the service at Hoangs Spa and was really satisfied! The staff was friendly, enthusiastic in consulting, and did not try to entice. The space was clean and had a pleasant scent of essential oils. After the skin care, my skin was noticeably soft and bright. I will come back many more times!

On arrival I was welcomed with a cup of tea and a footbath. Next I was taken upstairs for the hairspa treatment. She did a full facial, neck & shoulder massage, and an amazing hairwash + scalp massage. Afterwards she even blow dried and styled my hair. Back downstairs I received another cup of tea and had a chat with the owner, who was lovely. All in all a great experience :)
