Amazing experience and really enjoyed our trip. Our tour guide Tom was very informative and was flexible to what we wanted to do. Our bike ride around the area was our highlight as it allowed us to leisurely take in the sights.

Day trip to Ninh Binh for full day with your guide and driver. From Hanoi 2nd time we had Tom as our tour guide. Great guy, charismatic and very helpful with making sure your tour is as comfortable as possible. We were able to customise our trip to take the trip up to the Sleeping Dragon first while the weather was cooler and not as busy. Thoroughly enjoyed the Tam Coc boat trip with some incredible views. Nice Vietnamese meal at a restaurant before heading back to Hanoi. Recommend the trip to Ninh Binh as a must do. We had restricted time to spend there, so the day trip worked perfectly.
We had a great trip with Tom in Nihn Bihn We were able to get the tour suited to what we wanted and did as much walking as we liked. Nihn Bihn is very beautiful and worth a trip. We were lucky the weather was on our side. Tom is a great type guide because he's fun and educational but also very respectful to the culture and tells us how to also be respectful, so maybe the good karma is why we've had a good time :)
The day is well paced, with our lovely tour guide Melody who really did her best to co-ordinate a large group of 17. The tour was well organised and communication between the tour guide/operators was fantastic. The air conditioned bus was comfortable and really helped beat the heatstroke in between venues. The lunch was surprisingly good with a wide range of dishes. The Tam Coc river boat ride was so serene and beautiful and fun to people-watch the rowers using their feet and other people having a good time. The Mua Caves were extremely physically challenging but well worth the climb, and the lotus gardens at the foot of the mountain were a surprising highlight and great for photos. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Good tour, we did nearly everything that was described in the info of the tour. Tour guide was nice but his English not so good and so it was a bit difficult to understand his pronunciation when he explained history etc. Tour is worth doing and the hike up the mountain at the end was good but there were a lot of people / busy. More tricky coming down I thought. The Restaurant the guide took us too did have vegetarian food option and we were able to get enough to eat and food taste was ok too. They did switch buses once for a short while for some reason and then switched back. Bus was a little tight for space, not luxury but functionally ok
We had a great and knowledgeable guide in Trung on our private Ning Binh tour. Really enjoyed the day and would recommend Trung anytime!
Super nice tourguide. Suuuuuuper liar salesman. He told me we had planta of time to do everything ... long story short: it was a lie. We couldnt do the last part.
The best part of the tour was the Tam Coc boat trip. Loved going through the 3 caves. Hoa Lu was s bit disappointing although the cycle ride was quite interesting.
The kids said “FIRE” when I asked them what they thought of the street food tour with Duy. It was a great way to experience foods that we would never know to order and try. Everything was so delicious, fresh and interesting. Duy spoke English perfectly and was knowledgeable and patient with us. I would highly recommend this tour if you are considering doing something like it. Well worth it. Duy even found a relatively obscure street food my sons buddy from SF told him we should try. It was NGON (delicious)!! Plus the owner of the company was quite accommodating to our changing schedule needs. Cam on!
This is a trusted company with the best price you could find, the people with me on the tour paid more through another agency so you better be careful who to chose. With this company you will get the cheapest price and the best experience. The tour was well organized, the guide was very good and he explained about Vietnamese culture. The bus also was very comfortable. Thank you for this tour
I cannot say enough good things about this tour. Our tour guide was incredible. We learned so much about the culture, traditions, and rituals of Vietnam. I can’t wait to share all that I learned with my family back home. Transition from each activity was flawless. Each planned venture was a life changing experience full of beautiful views. I am only two days into my trip to Vietnam and already know this will be a huge highlight. THANK YOU ALL !!!
Everything went so smoothly. Great guide who ensured we stayed ahead of or away from the big tour parties. Excellent knowledge and English too.
The trip was excellent. Considering the price I paid for a last minute booking on Viator. I sent them a WhatsApp message to confirm my booking and pickup location and received a prompt reply. The ride from old quarter is very long 2-3hours dependant on day and/or traffic. If you have evening plans like flights etc. Don't do this tour. As you may end up missing your flight or cancelling your evening events. Make sure you have the whole day and evening free! The compulsory halfway stop is great toilet stop. Definitely came in handy if you drink a lot of water like me. The temple tours can be boring an very repetitive. I didn't realise their were two options. If given the option I would perfer the hike to Mua Cave as I'm more adventurous type of person. Lunch was a simple buffet lunch. It was great to escape the heat for an hour or so. Please note drinks are additional. The Tam coc ride down the river for a few hours was amazing. Great scenery and it was a great talent to see most of the locals paddling the boat with their feet. Our guide was get lots of attention as she was watching Vietnamese Netflix, holding a umbrella and paddling. That's skill, but if it was a race we definitely were the slowest by 30 boats that passed us. (So if you want a fast ride jump in with a older guide) It was extremely hot and very humid. So if you don't like heat or sun you may get over the trip really fast. The bike ride was beautiful, however many of the bikes are old and in need of some decent repairs. Warning check the brakes and tires before leaving the bike store. Over all I had no complaints and really enjoyed my day trip. Make sure if you want a very active trip to do the option with Mua caves or alternatively if you want a more relaxing option select this tour.
Awesome landscape after climbing the little mountain. Relaxing boat trip and funny the bicycle ride.
Very good value. guides very friendly and explained the history behind everything very well. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the day. The journey to and from the locations was comfortable in a bus with decent air conditioning. The lunch included in the middle of the day was very good value for money as it was a buffet style meal with lots of options. Overall a great trip and would highly recommend.
The trip included the King’s pagoda, a long boat ride and a short cycle among all the wonderful nature sites in Ninh Bình. Tour guides were very good and informative. Lunch was good, and tour was well organised. Was highly enjoyable! A great way to see the countryside.
Had a wonderful experience on this tour. The location was stunning, and the activities were very well timed. Tour guides were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Would definitely recommend!
Tour guides were very helpful and friendly, food provided was also excellent and filling (with plenty of options). Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi!
After the visit to the Sacred Temple we headed on foot to the banks of the river, (crossing beautiful and unspoilt places) where the girls who would ferry us on this adventure on the river in the middle of the forest, passing through very narrow natural caves and tunnels, and then suddenly emerge in front of overhanging hills, awaited us happily and smiling. A curiosity... the girls row with their feet and not with their hands, all the way! In these places the Vietnamese defeated first the French invader and then the American one!!! Places not to be forgotten.
Fazit: Empfehlenswert!
