Hanoi: Halong Bay Luxury Option – Titop, Surprise Cave, Kayak

We had a great time in the cruise. Right from check in to check out, everything was seamless. The staff were great and we enjoyed the food. They took care of vegetarians in the group and provided great food options. We enjoyed all thr activities planned. The rooms were very clean and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend !!

We had originally planned for an overnight cruise which was cancelled due to a storm warning. The operators helped us to get on to a day cruise along halong bay and we're thoroughly professional and supportive. They refunded the differential swiftly as well. Elbiee the operator representative as very kind and helpful. The day cruise was great too but the way the operators handled the chaos was extra ordinary.

The tour included beautiful places, crew was caring and interactive enough. Breakfast and refreshments were ok, an a vegetarian fruits were the only tasteful option. Other vegetarian things need flavour to it. Cave walk, boat ride everything was good. Drinks prices were ok too. Even if anyone is tired and don’t want to walk they can stay in the cruise and still enjoy the tour.

It was a wonderful experience. Elise ensured I was fully briefed before the trip. On the day, Thang was excellent. He assisted us at every step, anticipated our needs, and made sure no one was left behind. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We did a 2-day Halong Bay cruise and had a lovely time. The food was great, and our senior cabin on the third level had a big private balcony which was amazing. The cabin crew were very caring, and our tour guide Ian was funny and knowledgeable. Overall, a really relaxing and beautiful experience.

We visited Halong bay day trip from Hanoi. First impression was, tour guide was on time, bus is clean and comfortable. Our trip was great, and the tour guide very strict which is good. So timing will be on track. Tour guide remind us every time to not forget our things or missed the moment. Would recomend for anykind of trip provide by this agency.

First time in Vietnam and a very satisfying experience with the day-long luxury cruise and group tour across the Halong Bay. Dolphin was our tour guide, who took good care of us and guided us through the geological wonder of the Sung Sot cave trekking. He was very caring with the buffet spread. He helped us with the tickets for the bamboo boat ride. Going back home to India now with wonderful memories of the cruise and a whole lot of love from Hanoi!

Used it on the final day of my trip to Hanoi. The quality and price were probably the same as elsewhere. However, the tour guide was overbearing and made it impossible to enjoy. I ended up feeling really bad on my last day in Hanoi. It became a bad memory. This company won't even review its tour guides. That's just how the company operates.

The tour was good, cruise was awesome I would say and so the ha kong bay. Just one thing i want to add is food was cold not heated properly otherwise everything is very good.

it was really really nice and worth every penny! we really enjoyed a lot🥰 the views especially at the sunset were soo soo amazing that no words can explain that. The guide picked us up at 8am and dropped us at 8 pm. It was perfect for a day trip. Everything was managed so smoothly by Maddie, who who very proactive and helped us whenever we needed any information. Maddie also took care of our bus travel which was an upgrade than what we had booked for! highly recommended.
