We had the best time with Anna! She shared a lot of knowledge and was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. Anna explained the history and stories of the traditional and local food. We would have never had the chance to taste and explore these small hidden jems without her. Highly recommended and we will definitely contact her again next time we come to Vietnam.

The tour was amazing! Anna took us to try authentic Vietnamese food and it was delicious. She explained everything so well and answered all our questions. She even brought us to the original spot for egg coffee; hands down the best I’ve ever had. I’d tried it elsewhere, but nothing compared to this one. Anna was fantastic! Highly recommended.

The food tour with Anna was a pleasure, not only because of the types of food but because of the places and memories that were in some of the places. Me and my friend did the local food tour with Anna and I have to say I highly recommend her tour! She brought us to 6 food spots in Hanoi city and each one was better than the last - she brought us to places where locals eat so it’s great if you want to be more immersed in local cuisine. Although it’s a food tour she also showed us some historical spots on the way and is very knowledgable in the history of the city. During our visit to Hanoi, Vietnam in early June, we had the pleasure of having Anna as our guide for a walking and food tour. She graciously met us at our hotel in the lively Old Quarter and provided us with an enriching experience. She guided us to several eateries throughout the Old Quarter, each offering delicious food that left us wishing we could taste everything despite the generous portions. Our culinary adventure included visits to three or four savory food spots (Quay Banh Xeo, Quang an Mien Luon, Bun Cha), a delightful dessert place, and a charming coffee shop (original egg coffee inventor). This tour was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend Anna to anyone visiting Hanoi, as her expertise and hospitality made our experience memorable.

Money very well spent. We had already had a few days in Hanoi but after our tour with Anna we have way more street food options! So good. We also appreciated her including both meat and vegetarian options and sharing a lot of information about Vietnamese culture, history etc. totally recommend. The 3 hour food tour with guide Anna was amazing and I am super glad I signed up this tour. Anna was very friendly and shared local culture and history over the food we had. I wouldn't have eaten such authentic Vietnamese food in stalls that are frequented by locals if I were to walk the streets myself. This tour is really worth going. Highly recommended👍

An incredible 3hr tour!! They can cater for most dietary restrictions, which in our case was lactose-intolerance. We could even choose from more than 6 types of typically Vietnamese desserts despite the restrictions. Anna, our guide (on behalf of Ella Hanoi) spoke excellent English, we understood her very well. The tour was well planned and included generous and varied dishes at a very fair price for such generous portion. We learned a lot about diverse Vietnamese dishes. All restaurants were local places which we would never have tried without the guide. Anna taught us about the ingredients and how to eat the varied dishes. We had a wonderful experience!

You will learn so much from her about the city and Vietnam. She is full of stories and tips on how to make the most of your stay. After the tour you will feel so much more comfortable moving around the city and finding places to eat. This will definitely be the best thing we did in Hanoi. The only thing is, make sure you are hungry when you go!

We spent a wonderful day in Hanoi! Ana showed us beautiful places and told us a lot about the history of Vietnam and also about the modern life and traditions! She answered all our questions and was very friendly! The city tour was perfect and street food tour was above our expectations! Delicious food pop! This tour is A good introduction to Hanoi teaching us about different foods Anna is a great guide who knows her way around the local food /culture I would never if on my own venture into these back street places but it was well worth it She also taught us how to cross the road !!
