Hanoi Private Motorbike Food Tours Led By Women

This tour was one of the highlights of our travels. Linh was spectacular, smart, fun, personable and just so kind. She taught us about local foods, was an expert motorbike driver, organized each stop with her team. Drove us safely and confidently through crazy Hanoi traffic and was super safe. She took us to local restaurants where the locals ate. She explained the dishes and how they were prepared and the best way to enjoy all the food! Every part of the tour was seamless. Zero stress and pure fun. It really made us enjoy Hanoi. The city is huge but it seemed totally deferent on the back of a motorbike. She told us about neighborhoods and we saw iconic sights as we drove around to the restaurants. The food was amazing and just the perfect amount. She has cultivated relationships with the staff of the restaurants and it was great and showed in the attention to detail and care we had. Always great seats and she sat with us to show us exactly what to do. She took interest in our time and wanted to make sure we had fun! What an amazing time!!!!!! This is the tour to do in Hanoi and ask for Linh! She’s the best!!!

We had a spectacular time with Happy and Harry/Snow. They did such a great job getting us from one place to the next. It was soooo much fun! Our guide gave us history of Hanoi. All of the restaurants were amazing !

My 16yr old daughter and I had a great time with Sammi our fabulous guide & Linh my talented scooter driver. I loved scooting around the different districts of Hanoi and exploring the different foods in little local restaurants that I would never have found on my own. It was delicious and the team were great company. I wish Sammy & the girls all the best for the future. Am glad that I made this very last minute booking it was definitely worth it!

This was the highlight of our trip! Our guides An and Emma were the best! We truly enjoyed all the stops and all the food we ate! Plus plus that they were the best motorbike drivers too! Very safe, so yummy, and learned a lot about Vietnamese food and also some history of Vietnam! We would do this again in a heartbeat!

Audrey was a phenomenal guide for this tour through the countryside. For me, this tour was such a beautiful way to see the city and countryside from the viewpoint of a local. An, my tour guide, was lovely. It was almost as if I was traveling with a friend. She took good care of me and was so knowledgeable about the historical, socio-cultural aspects of the outskirts of the old quarter. I also admire the way she was able to maneuver through Hanoi's iconic traffic. Everything was well-planned. Overall, I am very satisfied with my tour.

A brilliant last day in Hanoi with our guides : Tour guide Xu and drivers Shang and Thao. We were 2 adults and a 10 year old - we all had a blast. Despite the miserable weather the guides made sure we had a great day. Well organised and executed, a glimpse into traditional life. Felt safe and entertained throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Anh was a lovely tourguide - Very professional and knowledgable. This was a very well planned and executed tour where you get to meet the locals (broom makers, sweet elderly couple’s home) and really see where the locals might sightsee (folklore lake/temple, b52 crash site). If you have done the regular city tours, this will one will not disappoint. I felt very safe on the back of the motorbike and it felt like a local friend taking you around town. Ahn was also up for any questions (I asked her about weddings and dating and living in the city) and she was willing to adjust the tour based on what I had already seen and eat, etc… Ahn has a passion for the city and shares that with you.

The tour guide was very nice and speaks English at a good level, it was our first time on motorbikes and being in Hanoi made me quite nervous. I was accompanied by a nice girl called Christina who I had good conversations with on the bike. We first visited the banana island in between the river and we were shown all the banana trees and their uses. After that we drove to get various exotic smoothies and juices next to the B52 crash and visited a local family who invited us for tea. After we grabbed some lunch and pudding of traditional style which was very tasty. I would completely recommend this tour as it gave us a good overview for Hanoi which we didn’t have before, also having a clear understanding of Hanois history.

What an exhilarating experience with our wonderful drivers, Ang and Lily! They were so charming, attentive and excellent drivers. We had no idea how it was going to be I highly recommend if you dare! They took us around Hanoi, Banana Island and later a foodie tour...it was exhausting for us middle age gals but we enjoyed every minute. One of the highlights of our trip.. We were a little reluctant to get on a scooter in the city but we’re so glad we did! Our fantastic guides ( Anh & Lily) were great drivers, knowledgeable and FUN! You can’t miss this experience! We highly recommend it!

If you visit Hanoi I would highly recommend this company for a motorbike tour. Our two tour guides Ginger and Pye gave us the best experience ever! They shared their huge knowledge of the city and country very well. I learnt so much from them that I would otherwise never have known. They were both so friendly, their english was excellent and nothing was a problem, it was fun hanging out with them for the afternoon. I felt totally safe and at ease on the bike. This is a must do if you want to experience more of Veitnam. I'm sure there are plenty of tour company's but I liked this one because of the personal experience they provided. So skip the rest because I'm sure this is the best. What an adventure!

What can I say... This tour was spectacular and breathtaking! Weaving through the frenzy of Hanoi City traffic my tour guide, Lauren, sped our way into the country side crossing Long Bien Bridge where we visited rural villages, saw their fields, shrines and a citadel by a gorgeous lake, and invited for tea with a local villager who spoke of his life in rural Hanoi and the Vietnam war and showed us his magical miniature bansai trees. We then ventured our way back into the city taking an extraordinary detour off Long Bien bridge into and along meandering tracks to the inner city garden island, a rural oasis in the heart of the city! Coming back onto the bridge we maneuvered our way through narrow laneways, back into the streets passing and visiting landmark sites including the Opera House, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the B-52 Crash site and the highlight for me, Train Street! The day finished with the classic Egg Coffee in one of Hanoi's most authentic coffee shops. And still, the best part of the tour was my guide Lauren! Thank you Lauren. And thank you also to another guide, Chris who by chance accompanied us for part of the tour. Hanoi will always be dear to me for what you have showed me!

This tour was such an unexpected surprise! These amazing 3 women, Lauren, Pii, Megan picked us up at the hotel on their motorbikes and loaded us on! It was my 81 yr old father, my 51 yr old sister and me who just turned 40. These girls were so skilled at operating the bikes. Every stop was so perfectly planned ending w a must have egg coffee at the end of the day! Our dad rocked it! The tour lasted from 8-4pm. Such a wonderful 2nd day in Hanoi and a perfect way to see the city! Such a highlight!

We did a last minute booking with this company and were thrilled with the tour. We had two young girls with mopeds who took us to local villages, rice paddies and to a home in a local village for tea. They translated the conversation and it was all very interesting. Had a wknderful lunch as well. We would definitely recommend taking this tour to see the areas outside the city. Hoa, Pai and Sang were our guides and we had great fun with them. Walking out of our hotel first thing in the morning, we were greated by a very enthusiastic Trung (our guide) and the two lovely ladies Anh and Jen (our drivers), this was the start of an amazing and insightful day. The tour was well thought out and packed full of local history, culture and tidbits of Hanoi and Vietnam as a whole. Trung was very entertaining and a great guide, making many small chnages and having a very can do attitude to every suggestion we made. The 2 drivers, Anh and Jen were so welcoming and excellent at navigating the crazy streets of Hanoi while still providing comfort to both of us on the back. These 2 made the whole journey so much greater than if we were driving ourselves around. I was slightly sceptical of the price of this tour to begin with... but the inclusions and extras provided by Trung and the girls was well worth the price, not to mention the great memories and local hot spots to visit that we walked away with. 'Greatest way to see Hanoi', is how I would describe a motorbike tour and this one was definitely way up there for any other tour I have done.

What an excellent tour. I was fortunate to spend my time with two great people Ninh and Van Anh who were my tour guides. Both were so kind and made sure I was well taken care of. The tour was unrushed and we had plenty to eat along the way. Some of the best moments of the tour besides eating was spending time with the local Vietmanese people. I highly recommend this tour and if they are available I would recommend requesting my above mentioned tour guides. Worth every penny. Have fun.

We've done other bike tours in Vietnam, including ones on a vintage vespa but this was the best. Excellent, safe and enthusiastic drivers/guides. All locations were great and the food also excellent. Highly recommended.

We did one day tour and they are amazing. We learnt much more than doing the city by ourselves. We opted the full day city and countryside and this is awesome tour. Can't recommend high enough. Tour guide and drivers are happy and fun to be with. You must do this!
