Saved me at least hours for line up at the immigration as I past through priority line. Well worth spend $20 this time.

All Viator did was take us to the fast lane and then disappeared even though we paid for full service luggage etc

I read it can time to get through immigration so I decided on the fast track. It literally took less than 10 minutes. My friend went old school and it was 2 hours!!!!

Jimmy was amazing! He was super friendly, efficient and polite. He was waiting when I landed and we flew through customs, he collected my bag, and carried it out. Helped me find my driver. After being awake for 30+ hours this service was worth every cent! Highly recommend!

Mixed views. Beating the queue for immigration worked perfectly, avoiding a huge line. However, we had to wait as long as everybody else for our bag from the carousel, and the value attributed to the taxi portion of our fee was overpriced. Bottom line, just pay the fee for jumping the immigration queue and take a Grab taxi into town.

Real fast lane passed through in 2 mins.

Jimmy met us with a name card and we breezed through customs and immigration. He even took us to get a SIM card before making sure we had a ride to the city of Hanoi!

Toan met us at the gate and honestly we were through immigration, picked up our bags, and through customs and into a car to the city within 15 minutes of getting off the plane. Absolutely brilliant service.

We booked this to clear immigration and customs quickly in Hanoi. Our flight was a bit late but Jimmy was waiting for us with a sign. We got through very quickly and he waited until our bags arrived and then escorted us through customs and took us to where we could purchase SIM cards. Quick, easy and so much better than going through the process on our own. Excellent service from Jimmy—very professional.

Fast track Rep got us through customs and immigration lightning fast so that part was great. But that’s where it ended. When I indicated I’d rather take a grab than a taxi he was no help. Dumped us outside and pointed to a general direction to catch a grab. Being our first time to Vietnam and. It speaking the language made finding a ride or locating where to meet a grab driver very difficult. We learned from experience the grab scam that is common in Vietnam. It was a bad introduction to the country.

Thanh was terrific, sent me a message and a photo so I could easily see him as I exited the plane, took me straight to the front of the immigration line, took less than 5 minutes to get through immigration! Then assisted in retrieving my luggage. Saved me at least an hour of waiting in line. Highly recommend this service.

Great experience. We were met from the gate and escorted through the VIP lane at immigration. The main queue looked huge and I’ve no doubt this saved us a lot of time. They waited with us and helped with luggage before taking us through to our transfer driver. Would definitely use them again.

We paid $50 AUD each for 4 people ($200 total) through Booking expecting a premium, fast service at Hanoi Noi Bai Airport. Instead, it was an organized waste of time and money. * Massive Delays: They took us to an outside office, took our passports, and made us wait 20 minutes just to get a taxi. Also they’ve asked the drop off address again, which seems that they even didn’t check the details in the booking, Any time saved at airport immigration was completely lost waiting around to arrange for the driver pickup. * Ignored Accessibility: I explicitly requested a wheelchair for my elderly mother, which was completely ignored and never provided, causing her unnecessary strain. * Hidden Costs: Upon arrival at our destination, the driver demanded a tip for a service we had already fully paid for. Verdict: Zero efficiency, zero care for elderly passengers, and unprofessional financial demands. Avoid this service.

The whole process was very smooth. Very easy to find the counter waiting when exited from plane. The immigration process was very quick. Worth paying for it especially no checked in luggage.

Arrived at 9am on Monday morning. Got through immigration in 5 minutes. No queueing. Guide was informative and friendly. Not really easy finding him at the start, I was expecting to see someone holding a sign with my name but there wasn't. I had to ask. Is it worth it? Maybe, the queue for immigration looked quite long. But I did have to wait 30 minutes for baggage anyway. Recommended, for piece of mind if nothing else.

Really great experience and worth the money . We were met by Toan just after the gate and before immigration. He’d already messaged the day before to confirm arrangements and again just before our flight departed to Hanoi. He was friendly, polite and made the experience at the airport entirely stress free and saved a wait in what looked like a huge queue!

Tell your rep if they need to slow down. Mine was going too fast for my bad knee and he slowed down when I asked. It was well worth the expense to be guided through arrival and to my ride after 32 hours of travel.

Definitely worth doing especially when exhausted from a long flight. The organisation was smooth. A bit impersonal and seemingly not value for money for how short the interaction with the agent was- but in the end was definitely worth it if the que was any longer.

Walked through immigration quickly but when we encountered a visa problem, we couldn't find anyone to help us. Eventually we flagged down a young man who texted his boss a few times and then said we had to pay for another Visa because there was an incorrect date. He been abandoned us and we had no one to direct us to a car which was something we were offered.
