We will begin our journey by visiting a family-owned restaurant where locals claim the best steam rolled cake, Banh cuon, is served. The expert chef will demonstrate how the ingredients are skillfully combined. As we navigate through the old quarter, passing by shops selling colorful lanterns and decorations, we'll head towards the Red River to take in the stunning views of Hanoi city by night on both sides. Our Hanoi Street Food Motorbike Tours continue to the train track where locals carry out their daily activities, providing an amazing experience. Following this, we will explore a nearby neighborhood to sample various street foods and famous local delicacies such as pillow cake, Hanoi spring roll, and shrimp cake. To conclude our adventurous night, we will visit a local café to enjoy the famous local Egg Coffee. Sit back, relax, and savor the adventure!
The second part of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours takes us to one of Hanoi’s most well-known family-run restaurants, where you will be able to sample Bun Cha ( grilled pork with vermicelli noodle). You’ll be taken on a journey to West Lake to soak in the nighttime landscape. A great place to witness the contrast between old and new Hanoi, with centuries-old picturesque areas on one side and modern skylines on the other. Before arriving in Ngu Xa village, sample freshly grilled fish and a variety of Hanoian versions of Pho, banana salads, and other classic Vietnamese delicacies.
The third step of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours takes you through the Ho Chi Minh monument, where guards perform their nightly rites. Nothing portrays the Vietnamese veneration and holiness for Ho Chi Minh more than these nightly rites.
The last part of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours concludes with a visit at a popular café to sample the famed Vietnamese egg coffee and a top secret dessert that you will only learn about if you come with us! I would like to start off saying this tour was such a unique great experience for our first time in Hanoi. Being foodies ourselves, we got to have a taste on great food of the city. Emma our tour guide is well rounded when it came to Vietnam knowledge very well. She speaks English and Japanese. She made sure to accompany us in all the restaurant spots. Riding on a bike was so much fun and wasn’t scary at all. I recommend this tour to everyone. Emma and Hong knew how to drive a bike really well and I never felt in danger. Great time and experience and I definitely think you should do this!!!

This experience was absolutely incredible. Happy took us around the city, we saw so many wonderful sights and got to experience beautiful food. One of the best parts of this tour, we went to restaurants we never would have experienced without her guidance. Happy was so fantastic, no question left unanswered, took photos of my partner and I, catered to our tastes (not a massive fan of coriander but love almost everything else!). Zooming around the city on the back of a Vespa has been a life changing. It's exhilarating and, in my opinion, the absolute best way to experience this wonderful city. Excellent afternoon out with Summi and team, 5 of us on bikes & they catered wonderfully for my mobility restricted father in law who needed a jeep. The tour guide took as to several food stops and everything was great. Linh, together with the team, was very friendly and insightful about the whole trip. We had so much fun and went back to our hotel full and joyful. The food were all tasty and specifically chosen to feature and promote local and the traditional food in Vietnam. We loved the tour that we booked the city tour right the next day with Linh.
It was an amazing experience! All the tour guides were friendly; Lihn did an amazing job of explaining different elements of Vietnamese cuisine, keeping the mood light and happy and was very accommodating! I was on a motorbike with Genie who was fantastic at exposing Vietnamese life and was great to talk to! All the food we had was great and evidently top quality. After we also got a small film which was well recorded and showed memories of us and the food throughout the whole trip! I would totally recommend and would do again in a heartbeat!
Linh made this experience so much fun! I booked this while I’m traveling solo expecting it to be a large group (which it can be sometimes I think) but it was just me! She made the whole experience super fun and helped me get comfortable riding the back of a motor cycle for the first time! The food was delicious and a good variety of dishes and restaurants I would’ve never tried on my own. The highlight of my trip so far :) Linh is the best! Book this!

We felt very safe on the roads with them and learned a great deal about Hanoi as we travelled to the venues. We loved all the delicious food and had the best fun. Awesome motorbike food tour with Linh
We had an excellent food tour with our guides Happy and Pineapple! They picked us up at our hotel prior to 6pm with an extra motorcycle-driver who was there for safety and to help maneuver traffic. It was such fun to whiz around the streets of Hanoi and join in the motorcycle chaos that Vietnam is famous for! We did 5 stops and had Bahn cuon, Obama Bun Cha at the famous Bun cha buong lien, iced egg coffee at train street then to a proper dinner and the last stop was for iced desserts. Happy even recommended many places for us to go including a Bahn mi place which turned out better than Michelin-select Bahn mi 25. This food tour is the best way to spend your first night in Hanoi! We had an absolutely delightful time on this tour. Happy was wonderful guide and we discussed many topics while eating delicious food at each stop. Tom and Ming are excellent drivers. We toured the city at night - weaving in and out of traffic. We would do this tour again🩷🩷🩷😃😃
I wanted to book a tour similar to this a few years back in Ho Chi Min, but ended up not doing so. I’m glad I did it in Hanoi. Happy was one of our guides and our main point of contact. My friends and I enjoyed every minute of our ride and basically it was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed it so much we booked them for a second night in Hanoi and a third time in Ninh Binh. Happy also recommended a bunch of places to eat in Halong since we couldn’t book her for our final destination. All in all Happy exceeded our expectations and would definitely book her again and this company again.

Awesome experience on the food tour. Happy, our guide, took the time to get to know us. We already had bun cha earlier in the day so she took us to get another dish that we hadn’t tried before. Every place we went to was delicious and we tried dishes we would not have known to try on our own. Every place was also packed with locals so truly very high quality. The motorbike ride was fun and we got to see the city by night. I think this is a great way to start off your visit in Ha Noi!
Huyen and her group were the best tour group we have had in Vietnam and I cant give a better recommendation! They were very well organized and even had backrests on their scooters for my family. Little details like these were always accounted for with these expert tour guides. The actual tour was filled with tons of information and the perfect amount of food. This is so well planned and organized, the best scooter tour we’ve been on so far! The main tour guide was super knowledgeable, but the individual drivers also knew so much about the city as well. Duyen was so kind and helpful and I felt very safe riding around with her. The food was amazing, and they even took photos and videos for us. Such a fun way to eat your way through Hanoi! We had a group of 8. My wife and I, our two 20ish sons and my sister, her husband with her 20ish kids. The girls that drove us around were all cute college girls, that spoke a decent amount of English; much more than my meager vietnamese. We zipped around the city, with the girls pointing out sites of interest, while we asked about the city and culture. We had 5 food stops, each delicious! Our guide, Huyen talked about the history of the food that we were eating and also explained how to eat each dish. While each of the stops was memorable, two were distinct, the Bun Cha where Anthony Bourdain and President Obama broke bread and where they memorialized the plates/bowl/chopsticks used and the train street with all the tik tok videos. Trang, my driver was an adorable college tourism major. She kept me safe, expertly zipping through the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Overall experience.... 10/10! Wait! It got even better. We had 2 college boys who were traveling with us. They had been blocking traffic for us and taking videos. At the end of the tour they presented us with a professional looking compilation video of our experience... Free of charge!
Happy was an exceptional tour guide. She was attentive to our dietary restrictions and preferences. A great interlocutor, we’d highly recommend having her as a lead to all our friends. We wanted a true Ha Noi experience and this was it. Our other driver, Mai was also excellent. They made a great team.

Simone and Emma were fun, knowledgeable locals who shared a ton of great info on different neighbourhoods and local specialties in Hanoi. What a great intro to a new area and fun way to try some new treats. They were very good drivers and it was so much fun to cruise around with them and ask all of our nerdy questions about different sights and new foods to try, etc. We were glad we went on the tour quite hungry because there was a lot of food. Checking out the train bridges and Banana Island were a nice break from the business and some good exercise between stops. I highly recommend this food tour.
We really loved the Vespa food tour with our guides Summi, Kai and Tom. They told us all about the different foods, and we loved how the tour worked through a full day of meals. I’d definitely give it 5 stars – and even more (mat be 1000 ?!?). We were with Summi, Joyce and Hung – a dream team. The scooter ride was simply magical; we were immersed in the ‘real life’ of the Vietnamese people. We went to restaurants we wouldn’t have visited on our own, and we enjoyed delicious dishes, thanks to Summi’s expert advice (it’s not enough just to choose the dishes; you also need to know how to combine the ingredients!). Of course, we had an egg coffee whilst watching the train go by. Summi, Joyce and Hung were lovely – cool, friendly and professional all at once. Summi has a radiant personality and I’m sure she has a bright future ahead of her. Vietnam is lucky to have such wonderful people! I can’t photos, the wifi ils not good enough…

Happy and Duyên were absolutely wonderful!! At no time did my daughter or I feel unsafe as we zipped through the traffic and back streets. They made the trip very enjoyable and provided a lot of interesting facts about Vietnam and their culture. The food was absolutely delicious and we tried many new foods. It was interesting to see yge ceremony for taking down the flag and an absolutely unique experience going to train street!! This was my third food tour in Vietnam and hands down the best one yet! My husband Chris and I did the evening motorcycle tour last night and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Sunny, Melanie, and Ally were phenomenal — knowledgeable, warm, funny, and genuinely passionate about Hanoi's food scene. We felt completely safe the whole time and totally taken care of. The food stops were perfectly chosen — authentic, delicious, and exactly the kind of local experience you can't find on your own. What a fantastic experience - every bit of it! Riding in the back of motorbikes through the crazy, crazy traffic! Tasting food representing local dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert with a fabulous surprise of a drink at train street watching the train go by inches from us! A great introduction giving us a better understanding of the food, the tastes and how to eat it. Our guide and driver Summi, driver Thu were very informative, and Hieu was an excellent and friendly support driver. We highly recommend this tour!

This is such a fantastic way to see and taste Hanoi! We had such a great time and felt totally safe and so well cared for by Happy, Hang and Hung. The first thing Happy asked when they picked us up at our hotel was where we had been so far in Hanoi so she could pick places we hadn’t been and anything we wanted to try. You simply must do this when you’re in Hanoi.

Emma came to pick me up at the hotel a bit before the scheduled time. The foods were fantastic and authentic. The trip to the train street was full of fun. I had a local beer and took a lot of pictures. We had a great dessert before she took me back to the hotel. Enjoyed it so much and I'll definitely recommend her and your company to all my friends and relatives
