It started at the hotel Everything was perfect and highly recommended. 5minutes before the time arrived to pick me up, a nice jeep with a great driver and cold water was waiting for me. Everything was perfect, Summi se had lots of information and knowledge to share about the streets and every historical point we pass. Absolutely — I’ve moved Train Street before the B-52 Museum section. Absolutely loved this tour! We had such a great day exploring Hanoi with the Hanoi City Insight Jeep Tour. It was a fantastic way to see parts of the city we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, and the whole experience felt really relaxed and authentic. One of our favourite stops was Banana Island, with its lush gardens, farmland and a completely different side of Hanoi. We also viewed the historic Long Bien Bridge, which was great to see as part of the tour. And then there was Train Street! We had coffee, took plenty of photos and got to experience the excitement of the train passing incredibly close by. Definitely one of those Hanoi moments you won’t forget. For me, the B-52 Victory Museum was a real highlight. Seeing the remains of the original downed B-52 bomber, along with the huge SAM-2 radar, really brought the history to life. If you’re interested in history, I’d definitely recommend this part of the tour. We also passed lots of Hanoi landmarks along the way before stopping for a delicious traditional Vietnamese meal and a beer. It was a great chance to sit back, enjoy some local food and take in the atmosphere. Overall, it was such a fun and interesting day, and Linh was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel personal rather than just following a standard tourist itinerary. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi. It’s a great combination of history, local life, food, sightseeing and a bit of adventure — and the Jeep is a pretty cool way to experience it all!

We went on a city tour of Hanoi today. This jeep tour is highly recommended. Our guide and driver (Hoa and Kai) picked us up from our hotel right on time. We saw a lot of the city, and the guide was very knowledgeable about its history; he shared a great deal of information and was able to answer all our questions. The driver navigated us safely from place to place amidst the city's busy traffic. A fantastic experience—we're so glad we took this tour!

We did the outer city tour of Hanoi with Hoa (tour guide) and Ba (driver) helping us with the beautiful experience. We must say the timing was excellent, the knowledge from Hoa was top notch. He has a pleasant disposition and knew how to keep us engaged while giving us the space to consume the rich heritage of the outer city of Hanoi. A jeep tour is a fabulous way to see some unique highlights of Hanoi. We’ve seen quite a bit of the city prior to this tour but our guide Jinny was informative, knowledgeable and funny. We had a fantastic time and learned even more about this amazing city. Well worth it. Would highly recommend.
Our party of 3 (2 adults and 1 child aged 10 years) had a wonderful tour with Summi (our guide) and Minhba (our driver). We travelled in a comfortable jeep to city landmarks, Banana Island, the water houses and a military museum. Our guide provided information on the history of Vietnam, landmarks, food and culture and we had the most delicious and authentic bun cha in a small restaurant frequented by locals. The guide took photos which was also great! We wish we had done this tour the first day of our trip!

Very good experience cost was affordable considering it was all included it took 4 hours. Very fun atmosphere, we had 4 people but we could fit 6 so it was spacious. The staff were nice and assisted us well.

Our guide Emma and driver Kai were excellent! The tour was very interesting. Emma shared a lot of her knowledge in excellent English. And in case she did not know something herself, she shared information from the internet very quickly. She also shared some links to websites to explore some more detailed information later. Moreover, she gave good advice on what to order for lunch. Kai's driving skills are remarkable: he is able to move and manoevre very smoothly in the hectic Hanoian traffic. To cut a long story short: we had a great (morning) tour.
