Liam, our guide, was just the best! He made us welcome and was very knowledgeable about the sites and Vietnam. Would recommend this trip to anyone.

We had such an amazing experience on our jeep tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Charlie (Tung)! 💓 From the very beginning, everything was so well-organized. He had water bottles prepared for us and even brought raincoats in case the weather changed. Thankfully it didn't rain, but when he noticed we were opening our umbrellas during the jeep ride, he immediately asked the driver to put up the jeep's hood for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how attentive he was throughout the entire tour. Charlie was also excellent at explaining the history and culture of each place we visited. He made everything interesting and easy to understand. On top of that, he's incredibly funny and made the whole trip so much more enjoyable! SLAY!! One of my favorite things was that he took photos for us and he was actually really good at it! We ended up with so many great pictures and memories from the trip. The lunch arrangement was excellent as well. After the tour, we arrived at the restaurant and were welcomed to a reserved table with all of our food already prepared and ready to enjoy. Everything was seamless and well-planned. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. I would absolutely do this tour again and would love to have Charlie (Tung) as our guide again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We did tour city tour with Charlie the best time surrounding in Hn he show me three different regions of Hn like the quarter Westlake or banana Island. he very knowledgeable guy all need to be a tour guide. highly recommend if you wanna have a tour in Hn

Our family of 4 booked a jeep tour with Hanoi Jeep Tours and we were so fortunate to have Duc Tung as our guide for the day. He made the whole experience amazing. Not only did he give us all of the information and history of the various spots, but he was so helpful and friendly, we had loads of fun the whole time. He even carried our 3 year old son round with him for a lot of the tour, which was greatly appreciated by us. We recommend booking with Hanoi Jeep Tours and asking for Duc Tung to guide you, and you'll have a great time.

The tour was really amazing and informative. Kimmy knew alot about all the places we went and we learnt things about Hanoi that we wouldn't have known about. Would recommend if you want to have a look around the city and learn about some history.

We’ve done about 5 tours during our stay in Vietnam, and this one was by far the best. The general atmosphere and experience as we drove around was exceptional, and Linh was an amazing tour guide, answering all our questions, and having swathes of information on literally any topic we could think of. 10/10, best thing we did in Hanoi. We would 100% recommend without a doubt!

Top tour for me will forever be the Chicago Architectural Boat Tour, but this hands down comes in a close second. If you can choose a tour guide, go with Mike. He was so informative and brought a lot of energy. Very knowledgeable and he was very down to earth and funny. I truly enjoyed this tour. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This was a half day tour in an open jeep with our English speaking tour guide Tùng and driver Khòi. The pickup was from the hotel and they arrived early. They were friendly and welcoming right from the get go. The tour style was relaxed, with the right mix of history and cultural information. There were a few stops included where we could get out of the jeep for photos. We stopped at Train Street and purchased egg coffees while waiting for the train. Loved the unexpected free souvenir momento Tùng provided - a smashed Hanoi beer bottle cap - courtesy of the train that passed by! The stop at a local farm was really special. Enjoyed seeing a family-owned farm, meeting the smiling owner, sipping tea, and trying freshly picked banana and papya. The pagoda stop was peaceful and charming. The shopping stop at the government oversight store provided us the chance to sample different coffees and candies, and see high-quality products for sale including jewelry, silk artwork, and purses. The last stop was for lunch at a local small restaurant and was the perfect end to the tour. The food our tour guide selected was tasty! What we appreciated most was our tour guide and driver and their easy-going manner and professionalism. It was such a delightful start to our first visit in Hanoi.

The jeep experience was amazing! The spots we have visited are linked with the culture and history of Vietnam. Walking in the streets along with the locals is so cool. Eating as them, the struggle with chop sticks was real and funny 🤣, Kim ( our guide) and the driver were so friendly and knowledgeable about the city and all the hidden gems they have. Riding a vintage open-air jeep through Hanoi offered a relaxed, authentic glimpse of daily life. Visiting the rural farm was really cool. Both driver and the tour guide did a wonderful job.

Fascinating jeep tour in Hanoi, our tour guide Charlie is very nice, kind, knowledgeable, know how to take care of all people at the same time. Showing a lot of things in Hanoi and interesting stories behind it, telling us all lot of hidden jem in Hanoi like a shop from outside just like a place that sell the silk and cloth but when you go deeply inside, that is a coffeeshop with lovely view architecture decoration, and gorgeous rooftop. Recommend

This is an excellent way to explore Hanoi when you first arrive in the city. Our guide Tyson was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The introduction to local cuisine was excellent. Our driver David navigated the hectic traffic with ease and being in an open topped jeep was a great experience. Overall a really super introduction to the city, the people and the culture.

We had a really nice experience with Tien (guide) and David (driver) - Tien is really funny, knowledgeable and shared with us a lot on the history and culture of Vietnam and Hanoi. David is also very skilled at driving through the Vietnam traffic and the ride was very smooth and safe. Highly recommended if you want to find out more about Vietnam and have lots of fun at the same time!
