Hazel made our Hanoi jeep tour unforgettable! We did a jeep tour with Hazel in Hanoi and it was a highlight of our trip. Her energy was contagious from the moment we met, and she kept it up all day. Hazel is incredibly knowledgeable and shares it in a way that's fun, not like a lecture. She answered every question with patience and real depth. She was also wonderfully flexible. When we told her what we were most interested in, she adjusted the tour to fit. Then came the part that touched us most: she surprised us with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day feel truly special. Highly recommend! If you want a tour that's informative, energetic, and full of heart, ask for Hazel.

We went on the Jeep tour with our wonderful guide Charlie. We went to different areas of Hanoi, Train station market, Budah temple, had lunch, Coffee and much more. I didn’t want a full day tour this tour started at 12:30pm to 5pm it was perfect thanks again Charlie for the passion, knowledge and love you have for Hanoi 👍

So easy to book the tour with our hotel concierge My Lee. Charlie our tour guide was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the landmarks, the history of these places and why so important to the people of Vietnam. He made the tour a fun history lesson. Seeing a picture of their beloved first President Ho Chi Minh proudly displayed in the poorest home that we visited was moving, the family were so hospitable with the little they had that it was good to hear they were benefiting from these tours. Our driver was very experienced and amazing to see him navigating the traffic, thank you. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and hope you would get a great tour guide as we did with Charlie who was friendly, easy going and knowledgeable about his city.

The tour from the start was amazing, the guide (Mike) was so helpful and very detailed , knowledgeable. The tour was well planned and was not rushed for anything. We had ample time to view the sights and everything was well explained. The Country visit was so refreshing. The Hanoi Train Street was so one of a kind.

Had a fun afternoon jeep tour of Hanoi, train street, and seeing the famous spots around the city. Thai was our guide and explained everything in great detail.He introduced us to the local rice wine which we couldn’t get enough of! Thanks Thai and remember “ Confidence”

Kim was our tour guide for 2 June jeep tour. She was really fluent in English & can converse well with us. She was really patient & brought us around explaining the history & significance of each building / monument.

A great half day experience visiting the key highlights of Hanoi in a jeep. Mike was a great guide and had some really good conversations about history of Vietnam and general everyday life.

Very nice and authentic city tour. We enjoyed the train rail and the countryside the most. Felt very special and comfy, with local tea and sweets. Our tour guide was, Hazel, was really kind and explained in detail all the attractions and cultural aspects of the tour. Highly recommend

We honestly felt this tour was very overpriced for what we experienced. While we appreciated the pickup outside the Old Quarter and seeing the train pass by at Train Street, the rest of the tour felt underwhelming and not really aligned with what was advertised. Most of the time was spent just driving around with very little explanation from the guide. The stop outside Hanoi to visit a farmer’s home and eat bananas didn’t feel worthwhile, and passing by landmarks like the mausoleum and Old Quarter without proper storytelling made it feel incomplete. I also clearly informed the guide that bun cha upsets my stomach, but he still insisted on ordering it instead of offering an alternative. We also didn’t sign up for the backstreet/alternative route experience, so be careful when booking—what you get can depend heavily on the guide and driver on the day. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the price and we did not enjoy the tour.

Great experience riding around in an open top jeep with my Dad listening to very interesting facts and stories from our wonderful guide Hazel. A perfect morning seeing different sides of Hanoi, as we happily chatted, learned and laughed together ❤️ Super photo shots along the way. Give it a go!

Very well informed guide and an excellent driver. Some sites were closed due to Foreign Politicians visiting Hanoi so they rescheduled the day very well so we saw everything.

We had a late flight so last minute decided to do the Jeep tour, so glad we did it was so much fun cruising around in a Jeep with an awesome Guide named Hazel and another lovely family. Learnt a lot of history and had heaps of fun. Would definitely recommend.

An awesome way to see Hanoi ! We did a private jeep tour of Hanoi. We were I. Very good hands with our driver and Thai our English speaker guide. Thai have a lot of information about Hanoi and its history. Thai had a great sense of humour and really took care of us. Would 100 percent recommend this over a hop on hop off tour any day

Thai was a great guide and explained about history and each area we visited. So glad we got to experience seeing the train go by in train street and the driver was great and we felt safe sitting in the back going thru the crazy traffic. Our lunch was very good too! I highly recommend the tour

Its my day 2 in Hanoi and Hazel has been a very friendly and great tour guide. I would love to have her as my guide for my further tour but alas I have my itinerary booked already. She is also a very sweet and lovely woman.

We had great fun on our trip! 4 of us friends joined two lovely Aussies for this trip. Hazel's English was excellent, which was very helpful for us Brits! Farm visit was very interesting but make sure you are covered in bug spray as the mossies are vicious out there!! Train Street is brilliant, too!

What a fantastic experience this tour is! Our guide Joy was wonderful with her knowledge and her English was great. We even asked her where to buy silk pillowcases and they found out for us. The driver Khaoi was a very safe driver and together they made a wonderful team. Recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the real Hanoi.

Our last day in Hanoi, booked a half day jeep tour, picked up from our hotel on time, easy booking and our guide Gina massaged to touch base and introduce herself. So much character in the old military jeep, and the open top let's you really experience driving around Hanoi, and it is a wild experience haha...great trip out to the country side, Gina was amazing, so friendly and informative. Learnt alot of the history of Vietnam and Gina was also super easy to talk to. Wonderful little private tour. Highly recommend seeing Hanoi this way. Thanks Gina and driver! Great way to spend our last day here

Our tour guide was Dixon, he took us all over the city and told us a lot of interesting facts about the city and it’s history. Fun time at train street and riding around in a Jeep is an exciting way to see the city
