Interesting half day tour around Hanoi with Oliver who was very helpful & knowledgeable. Relaxing pace with plenty of time at each location. Oliver was friendly and more than happy to take photos and answer all our questions.

Harley was a great tour guide and very respectful. He assisted my auntie throughout the tour. He was also very informative about the city and the attractions we went to. It was also very convenient to go around the city.

I had an amazing experience with Walter. He was very knowledgeable about the places we visit and he was very accomodating. He also took amazing pictures. Added to that he gave me a list of recommendations on where I can find great foods in Hanoi. Booking this tour is one of the best decisions I made in my solo trip to Hanoi.

Just wrapped up an incredible tour in Hanoi with the amazing guide Bob! Not only did we get to capture stunning photos around the city, but we also delved deep into the rich history and culture of Vietnam. Bob's knowledge is unmatched—he patiently explained everything in detail and tailored the tour to our interests and timing. His kindness truly stood out; when our AC car was delayed due to parking issues, he treated us to ice cream to cool off in the hot sun. Such a thoughtful gesture! This was a wonderful way to see the city and take some great photos. Devin was incredibly knowledgeable and he balanced providing helpful information with taking great photos so you're essentially getting both a tour and an instagram tour. I really appreciated his flexibility with incorporating my ideas into the shots as we found some spots along the tour route that were off the beaten path. My only suggestion is to incorporate a different train street location where it cuts between a narrower street for a more optimal photo. Otherwise, I was really happy with the tour and photos.

My tour guide “V” (Leoryze) is the best. He is super friendly, speaks English well, knowledgeable, and a good driver. Plus he takes photos so well. He went and beyond to go to places where I want to go and see (of course in Old Quarter only) and he gives information from the heart about the significance and importance of the place. You will be amazed how time flies so fast when you’re with him because of casual talks related to the tour. He is hard-working with a heart. I am highly recommending his tour guiding and driving services. I am glad he was my guide. Thank “V” for the experience. It was PERFECT! 👍👍👍

It was a very enjoyable experience to see top Hanoi destinations during the four-hour day tour. This includes historical and cultural places which are all accessible via motorbike. Our tour guides namaed Bo and Leon are very knowledgeable and fluent, very commendable. Would definitely recommend them and this trip for those want to see Hanoi in a day.

Paul and Harley were excellent guides. They had a wealth of knowledge that was only second to their ability to weave through busy Hanoi streets. The many sights they took us too were both breathtaking and rich in history. It was quite the luxury to have them as both tour guide and photographer. This was such a great experience and a highlight of our stay in Hanoi!

- [ ] This tour was the absolute highlight of our time in Hà Nội - not only was it a fabulous opportunity for us to find out about interesting places in the city that we might not have found ourselves, but the bike-ride was totally exhilarating! We had two really wonderful guides - Paul and Jasmine - who were fantastic drivers and made our trip around Hà Nội feel completely safe. I also felt 100% confident that my 11yr old daughter was safe, happy and being guided in a way that made it fun for her too. Paul and Jasmine were very knowledgeable about history and culture and shared their experiences as a young people living in contemporary Vietnam. We went to some super cool places and came away with much more knowledge about this complex and beautiful city. I can’t wait to do this again - highly recommend this tour, but remember long sleeves and a hat to stay sun safe 🥰🇻🇳🥰

The activity was super fun,It was my first time riding in a motorbike and its quite thrilling experience but my tour guide Mr. Devin made the trip safe and sound. It is also nice to wear a beautiful Ao dai to feel like local in Vietnam. Mr Devin is very knowleadgable about the history of their place and good in english communication. I recently booked the "Instagram Private Tour" with Crossing Vietnam Tours through Klook, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! This tour involves riding a motorbike with a tour guide, and I had the pleasure of being guided by Bob. Bob was an awesome tour guide! Not only is he a skilled and safe driver, but he also took some fantastic photos for me throughout the tour. I had to cut the itinerary short unexpectedly, but Bob was incredibly flexible and adjusted our plans on the fly, ensuring we still visited some amazing sites. Despite the rain during our tour, Bob remained cheerful and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Bob and the entire Crossing Vietnam Tour team for making this a memorable and fantastic experience! Also, special shout-out to the lady staff who helped me tie my hair. I really really appreciate the help. It's not part of their package to have the hair fixed but she still helped me! ( I hope they have this additional hair and make up option next time)

I would recommend this trip especially if this is your first time in Hanoi! As a solo traveller, this was an awesome introduction to the city. We drove around the city to the scenic spots. My tour guide Bob was very nice and accommodating! The pictures and videos taken were very nice. I recommend to try out the Ao Dai for the memories.
