The first stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Jeep Tours, we stop at local eatery Hanoians claim is the best spot for Banh Cuon (steamed rolled cake) in town. The skilled chef will demonstrate for us how the ingredients are put together as we get to experience a front row seat to the culinary process. Our tour continues weaving through the streets bathed in the glow of colorful lanterns and decorative lights in the Old Quarter as we ride along the bank of the Red River to take in the views of Hanoi under the cover of night.
The second stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Jeep Tours leads us to one of Hanoi’s most prominent family run restaurants where you will get to enjoy Bun Cha( grilled pork with vermicelli noodle). You’ll be taken on a ride over to West Lake to enjoy the night scenery. A excellent site to see the difference between old and contemporary Hanoi, with the centuries-old attractive area on one side and modern skylines on the other. Before arriving at Ngu Xa village to try Freshly grilled seafood and some different Hanoian version of Pho and Banana salads and other traditional Vietnamese dishes.
The third stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Jeep Tours, you will be taken past the Ho Chi Minh memorial where guards can be seen performing their nightly ceremonies. Nothing captures the reverence and sanctity that the Vietnamese hold for Ho Chi Minh more than these nightly ceremonies. Following, we will head into the densely packed streets of Hanoi to the Train Street where locals cook, relax, and sell their wares. It is a bustling alley full of locals going about their nightly lives, right next to active train tracks!
The last stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Jeep Tours winds down with a stop to a popular cafe to try the famous Vietnamese egg coffee and a top secret desert which you only know when you travel with us! First invented in 1946, it’s a delicacy of whipped egg yolk with sugar and condensed milk for sweetness, and just a drop of vinegar to fluff the eggs. This is floated on top of a shot of espresso and dusted with cocoa powder. The end result is a coffee experience like no other, and a taste and texture reminiscent of tiramisu. Or we may enjoy yummy Mango and Caramel Pudding dessert in place popular with locals.
My son and I had a wonderful afternoon in the company of Kai, the jeep driver, and Sammi, our young and interesting guide. It was fun, interesting and entertaining. Highly recomend.

Mai was an amazing guide and made sure we ate at the best spots in Hanoi. The experience was unforgettable and Viet Anh who drove us around was very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and be sure to keep space to eat at all the spots. Portion sizes are good and great trip for awesome pictures.
Chris our guide certainly knew his history and anything else you needed to know. Had a fantastic sense of humor and knew a lot of Australian slang we were so entertained 😂😂😀😀
Great tour great guide and driver is. Interesting attractions, took good care of us. I have hard time getting in and out of keep and they were very helpful and patient with me.
We did the half day Countryside Jeep tour. We enjoyed it, especially getting up close with a rice field but we only got to see the citadel from the outside as we sat drinking juice. We enjoyed what we saw but I'd rather have actually visited the citadel and skipped the broom factory.

We loved this tour. Trung was such a fantastic guide & the jeep was a great way to get around. We learned so much about Vietnam & really appreciated taking with Trung about life in Vietnam. The food we ate & even the egg coffee was super tasty.
10/10 tour, definitely recommend for families or couples especially for private tours. We did a private tour today by keep with Amh and she was absolutely amazing. We had the best day ever exploring Hanoi and every question we had she could answer. They even took photos for us and sent them to us without us even asking which was so helpful. We are vegetarians and they even took us to an amazing vege buffet that we wouldn’t have found by ourselves!! Will definitely book again in the future when we return :)

Ang and Su were super sweet and kind and gave my mom and I a super informative tour with their excellent driving skills! They were super friendly and answered any questions we had and took us to our requested dinning spot and to coffee after. We even got to go to a local man’s house and have tea and conversation where they translated for us and taught us about Vietnamese culture! These two girls definitely made our trip to Hanoi special! ❤️

Really wonderful experience. We started off seeing the banana island then had and terrific experience on the Long Bien bridge. Seeing the real Vietnam by motorbike is always a good idea and these great tour guide are solid
We had an unbelievable experience with Anh & Thu. They were sweet people and excellent drivers. They were also very good tour guides, who took the time to give us so many details of every place we visited. My wife and I, senior citizens, felt totally secure at all times. I am 6’3”, 240 pounds, and Anh gave me a safe and secure ride. At times we were in heavy traffic, in little streets, and even in the rain, but I wouldn’t have changed a thing. It was truly one of our greatest travel experiences, and we’ve been in 70 countries.
My husband and I had a wonderful sunset tour with Hoa and Soo today. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to tour with. I never rode a motorbike before but felt completely safe and comfortable. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!
This is one of the highlights of my Vietnam tour. Gave us a glimpse of life and geographics of the locals in 4 hours - my most well spent 4 hours in Hanoi. When they rode us through the back alleys, the houses are open and the locals' households are presented before us, some families are having dinner on the floor, some are gambling, watching TV and most of the houses have spiral staircases. We've seen the contrasting streets - nature, modern and traditional infrastructure all at the same time and realize how unique this city is. The food tours are to look forward. That's where we get to bond with Minh, Nhung, Mai, Thu and Hoa. Their hospitality is absolutely the best. All of them are smart kids and they made us feel fully immersed in their culture by interacting and sharing opinions on a deeper level. Thank you so much! If you have a limited time in Hanoi I strongly recommend this.

I really liked going to a local family and drinking tea there. I think it also gives a good idea what its like to be on a motorcycle the first time, and get a good idea of what Hanoi is like. The tour gide was super nice and told me alot about the different places we visted. It's really worth it!
Definitely recommend doing this tour to everyone. you can’t visit Vietnam without going on a motorbike! We are a couple in our 60s and loved riding through places we would never have seen on foot or in taxis.
This tour really was amazing!! We had the best time! The guide was so friendly and knowledgeable he told us about all the sights and extras as we went around. He asked us what we had already seen so we didn't double up on anything. He took photos for us with no complaints. They had water for us and bought us soon street food. We both felt very safe on the back of the bikes. It honestly was the best time that we have spent in Hanoi. I can't recommend this tour enough

I had a private tour with Hien, a lovely young lady of college age. Her English was excellent, so we had no problems communicating and were able to have informative and insightful conversations about Vietnamese culture. I especially appreciated: - guide's in-depth knowledge of Hanoi history and the fairy tales behind its landmarks - considerateness and attentiveness to customer's needs re: photography, restroom, eating, and drinking - as mentioned above, being able to talk freely without language barriers. My guide's years of experience in working with foreign tourists showed clearly in her refined speech and behavior.

We had an enjoyable and fun motorbike ride with our “Fast & Furious” tour guide Ginger and Pai. It was an evening to remember moment because we braced through the traffic jams with their skilful and careful ride. We had better understanding of Long Bien Bridge where both of them explain the history and we are lucky able to see the train! Thou there’s no sun, but still FUN! Awesome ride 👍🏻

My friend and I went on this tour on our first day in Hanoi and it was the perfect way to start our trip! This was also my first time on a motorbike so I was a bit nervous at first but they made sure I was comfortable and felt safe as we went on. I would 100% recommend it to everyone visiting Hanoi.
Just finished our motorbike tour of Hanoi and it was more than awesome! I would definitely recommend for everyone. Both guides were very funny and gave a great history as we travelled around the city. The dinner was definitely a highlight as well served in a great traditional restaurant and they catered to our preferences. I very much looked forward to trying new foods/things and learning about the Vietnamese culture.

My partner and I booked the sunset tour and were blown away with the experience we received. The ladies spoke perfect English and were friendly, knowledgeable and personal. We saw many sights of Hanoi as well as villages and markets that we otherwise would have never ventured to. The food chosen by our hosts was an array of traditional dishes which were absolutely delicious, and it was lovely to sit and share a meal all together. I cannot recommend these ladies highly enough and the service they provided, exceeded expectations!
Hanoi can be a very stressful city, but moving by motorbike is the safest and most fun way to know the city. Lilly and Ginger made it a great evening, taking us through many hidden places and showing us Hanoi in a very friendly way. This tour is a great way to experience Hanoi. Lauren and Lily were so friendly and showed us some of the best sights in the city - from Banana Island to the Train Street and the Opera House. The food was delicious and, for my first time on a motorcycle, I felt like I was in good hands. An amazing experience which is definitely worthwhile!
We had an amazing time with Lauren and Lily and shown the major sites in Hanoi. It was a great experience as we did not know which tourist attractions we should visit. Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour ended with a meal full of delicious Vietnamese dishes (my personal favourite was the fried corn) and egg coffee. Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for a quick but informative tour of Hanoi.

I fully recommend this tour! Our group of 3 did the Sunset motorbike tour with Ang, Chris, and Pai (apologies to any whose name I misspelled!) on the first night we arrived in Hanoi. It was an awesome way to start our trip and to get to see the different parts of the city besides Old Quarter and to eat some great food. All of the guides were super friendly, very safe drivers, and made us feel comfortable and safe driving around. Chris was also great about taking lots of good pictures throughout the trip. Definitely do this tour!
Myself, hubby and our 9 year son had an absolute ball on the sunset tour. It was perfect to experience riding through the City during the day then after dark. I couldn't recommend the wonderful ladies and purple clad gents highly enough. Love!
All the family enjoyed this tour - ‘kids’ 11,16 &18. Great fun on the back of bikes through the crazy streets and out into the countryside. Back again to see some sights of the city and then onto a fantastic dinner. The main guide ‘T’ was great as were all the drivers. My wife and I also did the morning countryside tour which is also to be recommended .
Was a little nervous about going on a bike but Lauren, Chi and Matt (our photographer) we’re so brilliant and made us feel immediately at ease. We had no idea Matt would be our personal photographer and was such a lovely surprise, attached are some of his photos. Dinner was amazing, as was egg coffee, and visiting the scooter-only bridge was incredible especially as the train went past while we were there! You get to see Middle Island and narrow streets and markets you’ll never get to on another tour, and we felt 100% safe and welcomed by our lovely team.
I chose the sunset tour. Anh was my guide who went way beyond what was expected from any tour guide. She is informative, polite and such a very nice woman. An asset to the company.
Great motorbike tour!even though there was no one else for the group, the did the tour just for me. The sites that we visit were very interesting but the best part were Chi and Mao, they made the tour even better looking after me all the time. Also the place were we went for dinner was very good. My friend and I did a sunset motorbike tour. Chi and Hoa, our tour guides, were very nice, informative, and fantastic drivers. They took us to a variety of places, from farmlands, parks, and abandoned train tracks. To top it off, we ended the trip with a delicious dinner. Nộm hoa chuối might be my favorite Vietnamese dish now! This was a truly unforgettable experience. When you visit Vietnam for the first time, you know how trying to walk through the streets can be a harrowing experience. Actually being on a bike, without having to worry about driving yourself, let us immerse ourselves in the environment here stress-free. Looking back on it, I’d say a trip to Vietnam would have been incomplete without this tour.

Amazing tour. Everything was taken care of and the drivers were so sweet! A lot of variation in the tour, you visit touristy places but also local spots and fruit and vegetable farms in Hanoi.
