The tour was great and Hiu was very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication with the tour company was easy and convenient and drove by and saw many of the main tourist sites around Hanoi. Food provided was delicious also.

We got picked up right outside our hotel bang on time, from the get go Hiu (our guide ) and Phong (our driver) were extremely accommodating and inviting. We got taken around in the military jeep and shown the real Hanoi, from the coffee shops and hidden restaurant where we were served some delicious Viet food, to the old black markets. It truly felt like an all inclusive trip. Hiu is very chatty and knowledgable of Hanoi as well as funny making the tour truly enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing experience, you really can feel the life of the average Hanoi citizen. The guide, Hiu, was very friendly and very informative, always answering questions and explaining everything we need to know about this wonderful city. I would really recommend this experience, it is a must.

We had an amazing tour with Jenna and Winner. Such a great mix of sightseeing, historical information and food tastings. An excellent tour of areas of Hanoi that we would not have experienced on our own. Lots of hidden gems, local customs and traditions and an amazing jeep ride in the evening. Jenna, our tour guide was personable and spoke excellent English. Winner, our driver was skilful in manoeuvring the city streets. Highly recommend!

Our guide Travis and driver Da looked after us exceptionally well. Thank you both so much. We really enjoyed the insight Travis gave us into the city. His command of English was outstanding and the level of information he had at his fingertips was amazing. He was polite with a great sense of humour which really added to our enjoyment of the tour. We will really treasure the memory of our first day in Hanoi. Lunch was included on our tour and was superb, in a quirky backstreet restaurant. Loved the experience from start to finish. This jeep tour was amazing. We drove around the city. Hiu & A n were our guide. They were very knowledgeable. We went on a few stops seeing the tourist places in addition to the locals. We stopped by the oldest bridge and the popular train in addition to other attractions. We stopped for local beverages and the tour ended with a great dinner at Hidden Gem. I would definitely recommend you book this tour.

Tuna was our tour guide and was amazing!!!!! This is one of those tours that takes you out of the tourist spots and you get the see and experience things you wouldn't normally see on holiday. An awesome experience! 5 out of 5 for Tuna and the tour!!

We had Hi as our guide. He was excellent and very informative. Our driver Phan was unbelievable negotiating the through heavy traffic

No stress throughout. Contacted by our guide Travis with exact pickup time the day before. Keep transport was comfortable with bottled water and ponchos provided for the light shower we had at the start. Travis had a great sense of humour and incredible knowledge of the City and his Country. He kept us amused and interested throughout with the places visited . Little touches like taking photos of us at each location was appreciated. The final stop was at Hidden Gem cafe for delicious food and the egg coffee /chocolate menu. I'm quite fussy and don't like spicy but this was a perfect 2course meal this is worth going to even if you don't decide to book the tour. A very instagram style place with lots of recycled goods used to decorate. Totally recommend and if you have the option ask for Travis as your host 👍
