It was awesome to cook 5 amazing dishes and doing this by going to the market to buy the ingredients to making the tastiest pancake. Also Vi has a lot of patience and she's always positive and a great teacher.

Vy explains every step and guided us with a lot of patience. I have also appreciated that she was open to discuss various topics so I had the cacnce to find out a lot of Vietnamese people.

Such a good coking class. I learnt 5 different delicious dish and Vy was a very good professor. She explained very well all the recipes and she has a really good English. So nice experience. I recommend !

We had a wonderful time cooking and chatting with Hailey. We learned a lot about how vietnamese food is prepared and then got to taste how delicious our labor was in the end. We cooked Banh Xeo, Soup, Beef rolls, Chicken Salad and Egg Coffee. Everything turned out delicious thanks to Haileys easy to follow instructions!

It was a wonderful Event. Our teacher Hailey explained all very detailed, so easy for everyone to follow. One the market every question was answered. A Great experience and a wonderful cooking time. I can highly recommened the cooking course.

We had such a great experience at this cooking class! The instructor was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. We learned how to prepare several local dishes and really enjoyed the whole process. The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and the food we made was delicious. It was a lovely activity for couples and also a great way to learn more about the local culture. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a very pleasant evening at the cooking class. Even as relative novices, we could easily follow. The location was convenient and nicely cooled (much appreciated in hot Hanoi). After a few hours of following Hailey's enthousiastic instructions, we ended up with 5 delicious dishes: surprised we made it all ourselves!

Hayley was fabulous! Small group (just us - 1 couple - and 1 other person). Informative yet short trip to the market before the class and then plenty of time cooking. Hayley got everyone involved and offered helpful tips and advice on how to prepare the dishes as well as general knowledge on the dishes and Vietnamese life. There was plenty of food - we all ate until we were full and there was still plenty leftover. I would recommend for a local small business cooking class.

We had a great cooking class with Hazel. Lots of information, cozy talks, lots of laughs. I would highly recommend this if you wanna learn about Vietnamese cooking in a relaxed and informal setting!

One of the best experiences we had in Hanoi. Hailey was an excellent guide, from walking us through the market explaining all about Vietnamese food, to making some slight adjustments for dietary requirements and helping us to cook 5 amazing dishes. We couldn’t eat all the food we cooked! Highly recommend this class, it was easy to find and the experience was even better than expected. You also get a copy of the recipes and a certificate. We had a lot of fun!

The experience was amazing. Our guide, Hailey was friendly and made the whole process easily. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The group was a small size and this is best for food lovers like myself.

The experience was wonderful. Me and my family had an amazing time. The class was affordable and the cooking time was very short for the dishes. The class had a chilled but fun atmosphere and I never felt awkward once. There weren’t as many people making the class more fun and flexible. Our guide was very positive and polite and really gave us a lot of insight about the food and culture behind it.

My daughter & I took the class & had Hailey for instructor. She had the best smile and a very relaxed attitude that made the class super fun!

We had a cooking class guided by Vy. She was a very good instructor, explaining every step and also telling us a lot about the Vietnamese food and culture. Throughout the whole course there was a warm, almost family-like atmosphere and we had a great time. We ended the evening with a generous, delicious multi-course meal.

Me and my girlfriend booked this class with Vy (premium option with Banh Xeo) and didn't regret it. The food was amazing and definitely more interesting than the regular option. The price bump compared to the regular is minimal but the experience of likely doing it with less people and making more interesting dishes is totally worth it. Vy has great energy and was super helpful and we also had an amazing chat while eating. To Total recommend it to everyone

Vy was a brilliant teacher. High energy, encouraging, great English, and taught us a lot about Vietnamese culture whilst we ate. The dishes were fun to cook and it was interesting to see how locals buy fresh ingredients at the market (photos). Highly recommend this class and Vy!
